The Empress Wants a Divorce Every Day

Chapter 206: Chapter 206: This Woman Is Really Stupid

Rong Ling thought, and slowly fell asleep as well, holding the person in his arms. He realized he wasn’t truly alone; there was someone by his side. Although his Little Princess was always as untamed and headstrong as a wild horse, whenever he was in danger, she was always the first to come to his rescue.

With her by his side, he felt at ease.

The next morning, when Feng Qing woke up, Rong Ling was already not by her side. Feng Qing sighed in relief; if he had been there, she wouldn’t know how to face him.

But thinking of last night’s events, Feng Qing was still a bit annoyed. Clearly, that guy wanted the consummation, yet it ended up being her who wanted it instead.

Outside the tent, Si Qi and Si Hua brought in some food. As soon as they entered and saw Feng Qing was awake, they hurried over to serve her.

With a sour face, Feng Qing asked the two maids, ”Where’s the Prince?”

Si Qi and Si Hua reported one after another, ”The Prince went to participate in the Emperor’s memorial ceremony.”

”The Prince asked us to let the Princess know that after the ceremony, he will take the Princess horseback riding.”

Feng Qing snorted coldly, ”Who wants him to take me?”

Having said that, she didn’t want to talk about Rong Ling anymore. After all, she was about to leave, and the past was the past.

She was about to start leading the life she had always dreamed of, healing the world and roaming the martial arts world freely.

Thinking about this, Feng Qing felt better. She walked to the table and began to eat.

After finishing her meal, Rong Ling still hadn’t returned, and Feng Qing had no intention of waiting for him. She got ready and, with her two maids, left the tent.

Outside the tent, female members of various families were all heading out. Drums started to sound in front of the Hunting Ground, signaling the beginning of the hunting activities.

Hearing the drum beats, Feng Qing immediately quickened her pace. Behind her, Si Qi, Si Hua, and two guards followed closely, fearing any mistakes would occur.

Yesterday, they had caused the Princess Consort to fall, and if anything happened today, the Prince would not forgive them easily, so none of the servants dared to be careless.

As Feng Qing was rushing to the Hunting Ground with her entourage, someone behind provocatively called her, ”Princess Yong, rushing to the Hunting Ground so eagerly, are you planning to join today’s hunting activities?”

Feng Qing turned her head to look back and saw a group of women approaching. They were dressed in riding outfits, clearly ready to participate in today’s hunting activities.

These women, Feng Qing recognized naturally. Leading them was the Fifth Princess of the Dayan Royal Family, Rong Qianjin. Being the Empress Dowager’s own daughter and the Little Emperor’s sister, she was pampered by the Imperial Family and because of her privileged status, was arrogant and domineering.

Anyone she disliked would receive a whipping from her horse whip, yet no one dared to offend this Princess.

But although the Princess was arrogant and domineering, Feng Qing had no interactions with her and had never had any conflicts. Why was the Fifth Princess picking on her today?

Feng Qing glanced beside the Fifth Princess and understood why the Princess was troubling her — because among the people with the Princess were those with whom she had previous grievances, like Li Yunrui. With that woman around, it was no wonder the Fifth Princess was bothering her.

But despite thinking that it was foolish for the Fifth Princess, a royal Princess, to be used by the likes of Li Yunrui, Feng Qing sincerely thought the Princess was dumb.

However, whether the Fifth Princess was foolish was none of her concern. She was in a hurry to get to the Hunting Ground to handle her own matters, and soon she would be free to roam the martial arts world.
