Celestial Night Emperor

Chapter 93: Chapter 93: The Domineering CEO’s Badass Move

The twelve presidents crowded around the bathroom, bickering amongst themselves.

Qin Tianxuan shrugged off his protective gown, peeled off the plastic gloves, and coolly flicked his hands.

President Chen Haobei came over, trembling, and frantically dug through his pockets, trying to find a tissue.

The other executives also dropped their cleaning supplies and began comically patting themselves down.

Normally, their personal assistants carried things like tissues and water bottles for them; as presidents, they would never have such items on their person.

They patted themselves down awkwardly, finding nothing.

Just then, a timid figure appeared, offering a clean white handkerchief.

It was the lovely Wang Xiaoshuang.

Qin Tianxuan nodded slightly, took the handkerchief, and wiped his hands. ”Thank you.”

Wang Xiaoshuang’s heart felt like it was going to leap out of her chest.

’Being so close to him, I’m even more drawn to his charm. Yup, he’s exactly my type.’

’And his status is so incredibly high!’

Qin Tianxuan offered the handkerchief back to her.

Wang Xiaoshuang shyly waved her hand. ”You should keep it. You might need it again later.”

Qin Tianxuan didn’t refuse. He used the handkerchief to wipe the sweat from his neck, then turned to the twelve presidents. ”I gave you ten minutes. What time is it now?”

His tone was level, but the twelve executives shuddered, lowering their heads and not daring to speak.

Qin Tianxuan scoffed. ”So my words mean nothing, is that it?”

Ah!

”No, no...”

The twelve presidents shook their heads fearfully, not knowing how to explain.

Just as Qin Tianxuan was about to erupt, Wang Xiaoshuang quickly interjected, ”It’s my fault! I didn’t relay your instructions in time. The presidents all rushed over as fast as they could!”

Phew...

The twelve presidents all looked at the young woman with immense gratitude.

Qin Tianxuan let out an ”oh.”

He scanned the group again. ”If it weren’t for Miss Xiaoshuang here, you twelve... Heh.”

The twelve presidents lowered their heads in shame.

’We’ve been in the corporate world for so many years, and today we almost made a catastrophic mistake. Thank goodness for that conscientious Wang Xiaoshuang.’

”What are you all standing around for? Get in there and clean the bathroom!” Qin Tianxuan sneered. ”Weiwei will be back soon. Do you expect me to clean it myself?”

The twelve presidents scrambled to grab mops and buckets and hurried inside.

They threw themselves into the work, even scrubbing down the tiles of the public restroom.

And they were incredibly efficient.

Qin Tianxuan just stood at the entrance, watching them without a word.

What kind of pressure was this?

A pair of eyes boring into your back!

Only when the floor tiles were polished to a mirror shine did Qin Tianxuan nonchalantly raise a hand. ”That’s enough.”

The twelve presidents emerged, wiping sweat from their brows.

Then, some fetched chairs while others found teacups, setting up a makeshift office for Mr. Qin right in front of the bathroom.

Qin Tianxuan sat down leisurely and patted a small stool beside him. ”Wang Xiaoshuang, come sit.”

Wang Xiaoshuang didn’t dare to sit, but she also didn’t dare to refuse.

Her back was now soaked with sweat, the tense atmosphere getting to her.

’He really is the big boss behind the scenes,’ she thought. ’With just a few words and gestures, he has the Twelve Celestial Kings of Dongshen terrified.’

”What exactly happened with this interview? Who assigned Weiwei to clean the bathrooms?”

Across from him, Chen Haobei recounted the events in a somber tone.

Qin Tianxuan slammed his hand on the table. ”Fire Yang! And blacklist him permanently!”

”Yes, sir!”

”The four people from the HR department who conducted the interview—fire them all. Blacklist them permanently!”

”Yes, sir!”

”And make sure they keep their mouths shut. Don’t let them go around talking,” Qin Tianxuan said, taking a sip of his tea. ”Also, investigate why Li Xiaohai and Han Qianqian applied for jobs at Dongshen.”

”Understood!”

Qin Tianxuan set down his teacup. ”As for the Northern Commerce Department, arrange for a few elites from Internal Affairs to monitor them around the clock. That department is our liaison to the extraterritorial battlefields—there can be no mistakes!”

They memorized his every word.

Finally, one of the twelve presidents worked up the courage to ask, ”Sir, how should we handle the Madam’s position?”

The job of cleaning toilets couldn’t even be considered a real position.

It had always been outsourced in the past.

But now, the situation was difficult to reverse. Could they just promote Madam Han Biwei directly?

Qin Tianxuan slowly stood up. ”How to handle it? Are you all dense? We have to let this ’mistake’ play out. Weiwei wants to earn a promotion through her own efforts, through tests, so for the time being, we’ll just have to let things be.”

The twelve presidents’ faces were etched with worry.

’Th-then... what are we supposed to do?’

’We can’t just watch Madam Weiwei clean toilets every day, can we? How could the twelve of us even dare to come to work if she is?’

Seeing their troubled expressions, Qin Tianxuan shook his head. ”Can’t you even think of a workaround?”

Ah!

”Please instruct us, sir! There’s no way we can let the Madam actually clean toilets!”

Qin Tianxuan immediately pointed to a spot in the interview lobby. ”Right there. Build a new bathroom!”

”Huh?!”

Qin Tianxuan’s voice was cold. ”What do you mean, ’huh’? Build a new bathroom and put Weiwei in charge of it.”

The twelve presidents’ eyes lit up. They understood!

”We’ll get right on it!”

Then they began scheming on the spot. ”This new ’bathroom’ won’t have any toilets. We’ll build it to the standards of a presidential suite!”

”Yes, an isolated space with its own security detail to prevent anyone from disturbing her!”

”Perfect!”

”We’ll design it tonight, use next-gen materials... it should be ready before work starts tomorrow!”

”What are you all standing around for, gentlemen? Let’s get a move on!”

Wang Xiaoshuang was dumbfounded as she listened from the side.

’What kind of power move is this?’

’Just what level of overbearing CEO do you have to be to think of such a brilliant play?’

At that moment, Niannian’s laughter echoed from the main entrance, and Han Biwei’s graceful figure came into view.

Qin Tianxuan immediately coughed. ”All of you, scram! Now!”

The twelve presidents grabbed Wang Xiaoshuang and made a hasty retreat.

Han Biwei led Niannian inside, her jaw dropping at the sight of the sparkling clean bathroom.

She peeked inside and was even more incredulous.

”Tianxuan, you’re incredible!” Han Biwei grabbed her husband’s hand, her voice filled with adoration. ”You cleaned it this spotless all by yourself in such a short time? It looks like it’s brand new!”

Qin Tianxuan smiled slightly. ”So, can we clock out now?”
