Fated to My Billionaire Husband

Chapter 1904: Chapter 1904: As Long as the Children Are Alive

Wang Daizhen laughed, “Just call us Grandpa and Grandma, calling us Laoye and Laolao sounds so strange.”

They are from the south and aren’t used to the northern way of addressing.

Jian Yufei didn’t have Ansel change the way he called them, after all, they still had another grandma, calling them differently makes it easier to distinguish.

“Yufei, are these your children?” Wang Daizhen asked tentatively.

Jian Yufei nodded, “These are my children, the twins from back then, they didn’t die. This one is Ruan Junchen, and this one is Ruan Junqi. Junqi grew up abroad and doesn’t speak Chinese yet.”

Wang Daizhen was stunned, and so were Sun Zhaohui and Sun Hao.

“Sis, what exactly is going on?”

Jian Yufei didn’t tell the truth, she just found some excuses, “Back then, I deliberately sent the children away, so I lied to you. I wanted to take the children abroad to live. I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to deceive you.”

Ruan Tianling also said, “Yufei did that all because of me, it’s all my fault. But now we’ve reconciled and will never be apart again.”

Even though Wang Daizhen was confused, she roughly understood.

Yufei might have had her heart broken by Ruan Tianling back then and planned to secretly leave with the children.

As for what kind of problem arose between them, she didn’t know. She only knew that they have reconciled now, and everything is fine.

Since it’s a happy ending for everyone, there’s no need for her to ask about the process. If they don’t talk about it, she won’t ask.

“This is really wonderful.” Wang Daizhen was so happy that she couldn’t close her mouth, “It’s just great that the children are still alive. I truly thought they had died back then and was sad for a long time. Children, come over here, let Grandma have a good look.”

Ansel smiled as he walked over and thoughtfully explained, “Laolao, my brother just came here and is shy, don’t take it personally.”

“It’s alright, I understand!” Wang Daizhen pulled Ansel up and examined him from top to bottom, left to right, the more she looked, the more she liked him, the more satisfied she became.

“I have never seen such a beautiful child, truly adorable.”

Wang Daizhen had Ansel sit beside her, clearly very fond of him.

Ansel was sensible, very accustomed to these social occasions, and since these were his mother’s relatives, he naturally wanted to be good to them.

With Ansel livening up the atmosphere, they all enjoyed a very happy meal.

Wang Daizhen was very gratified to see Jian Yufei’s family of four so happy.

In short, now that Jian Yufei is happy, she is assured too.

In the future, when she dies, meeting Jian Lin in the afterlife, she’ll have no guilt, and could face him with pride.

…

After the meal and catching up, it was time to leave.

Jian Yufei saw her mother and them off into the car, watching them leave, they also planned to take a car back.

Then they turned around and noticed someone was missing.

“Where’s Junqi?” Jian Yufei asked in surprise, how did that child disappear again?

Ruan Tianling smiled and said, “He’s still at the hotel, don’t worry.”

“Why is he still there?”

Ansel laughed, “Just now my brother saw colorful fish in the aquarium, and then he couldn’t move away from the glass.”

Jian Yufei and the others walked back to the hotel, and sure enough, saw Junqi staring curiously at the colorful fish in the aquarium.

However, there was a waiter standing beside him keeping an eye on him, as instructed by Ruan Tianling.

Jian Yufei walked up and gently pulled him over with a smile, “Sweetie, do you like fish?”

(⊙o⊙?)

Junqi blinked his eyes and then continued gazing at those beautiful fish.
