The Female Lead Decides to Act Wickedly

In the evening, after the villagers of Qingliu Team finished their meals, a few of them headed to the elementary school in twos and threes.

He Tiantian’s writing class attracted not only school-aged children eager to attend, but also many young men and women in their twenties joined in the fun.

There were even a few middle-aged people mixed in.

Learning a skill, after all, and it’s free, so coming here is a win.

Even if it’s just to listen to stories, it’s better than wasting money on lamp oil at home.

Yes, listening to stories!

He Tiantian’s class wasn’t about tediously teaching how to write essays.

The reason she could attract so many children to sit quietly and listen was mainly because of the stories she told.

She wanted to share the stories she had published in journals like ”Children’s Literature” and ”Revolutionary Story Club” with the children.

Especially a few fairy tales where He Tiantian built a fantastical universe of the future world, without writing too much fantasy.

She depicted the state of Hua Country forty years later using a ”dreaming” method, woven it into stories, and narrated them to the children, leaving them in awe.

”Teacher, is the future really that good? Will there be robots that work by themselves?”

”Teacher, teacher, can you really travel across the country with just a mobile phone?”

”What exactly does a mobile look like? Is it like the phone at the team headquarters?”

”Teacher Heh, the future world sounds amazing, there’s ’Student Xiao Ai’...”

After each class, a group of children would gather around He Tiantian, chattering with questions.

The parents, not understanding why, thought their unruly kids had finally smartened up, starting to learn well and strive for progress.

Only when some people joined the writing class and listened to the lectures themselves did they realize why the children liked to surround Educated Youth Heh so much.

Tsk, the kids aren’t interested in writing; they just enjoy listening to stories!

However... ahem, the stories Educated Youth Heh wrote were really captivating.

Oh, is that what the future world looks like.

Sigh, I wonder if I’ll live to see that time, if I’ll personally experience a day of such abundance and beauty.

With these thoughts in mind, even adults became interested in Educated Youth Heh’s class.

Well, they might as well treat it like listening to storytelling.

Qingliu Team is too poor, among hundreds of households, only the team leader’s family has a radio.

Listening to the news or broadcasts usually crowds the courtyard to bursting.

However, the content on the radio doesn’t match the excitement of Educated Youth Heh’s stories.

The key is that they’re incredible and wondrous.

People think it’s unlikely, yet they can’t help but want to know: what exactly is the future like!

Of course, some parents came to question He Tiantian: ”Educated Youth Heh, we send our kids to class for learning how to write articles. You’re telling stories all day and not teaching the legitimate things—”

These parents suspected He Tiantian of withholding knowledge.

Like the masters of the past, who liked to keep a trick up their sleeve when teaching apprentices.

He Tiantian responded with a smile: ”Before writing, one needs to listen more, read more, observe more! Only by knowing more can you write something!”

”As ancient wisdom says, read a book a hundred times and its meaning self-reveals. Writing is the same.”

Parents:...

Whatever ancient wisdom they cannot understand.

Nonetheless, seeing He Tiantian’s sincere attitude, bright eyes, and lack of evasiveness,

parents temporarily believed her words.

”Let’s see, if our kids fail to learn after following for a month or two, then we’ll hold her accountable!”

”What to hold accountable? Educated Youth Heh isn’t even a primary school teacher, coming to teach at night, not charging a penny, she’s doing it all voluntarily!”

”Right, right, in fact, even if they don’t learn to write, it’s fine! It’s better for kids to listen to stories than to be naughty outside!”

”Indeed, indeed! My Gou Dan attended a few classes with Educated Youth Heh, and now he rarely goes out, instead scribbling on a notebook!”

”Yes! Yes, yes! My Xiaoya is the same; she’s even telling stories to her grandmother, leaving the old lady filled with astonishment!”

Parents discussed enthusiastically.

Some questioned He Tiantian, but more trusted her, feeling sending their kids to her class was beneficial and harmless.

Especially after a month, encouraged by He Tiantian, a mischievous boy from the class managed to write a short essay.

He Tiantian directly helped him send it to the newspaper.
