The Female Lead Decides to Act Wickedly

Chapter 1144: Chapter 432: True Love’s Counterpart Group (Part 8)

Even with the filter of familial affection, Tian Huimin knew that her youngest daughter was really quite ordinary.

Appearance, talent, both average; low education, no job, the He Family at most was just middle class.

With such conditions and family background, it was indeed not easy for He Siyu to marry into a good family.

As for Meng Hao, although he was a second-generation rich kid, his character wasn’t bad, he hadn’t crossed any lines, and didn’t have any stains on his record.

At most, he was just spoiled by his family, acted willfully, and was a little extravagant.

But he had already ”mended his ways,” just focusing on his sincere feelings for He Siyu, and Tian Huimin was somewhat moved.

Tian Huimin and He Yannian had the same thought, they weren’t after the Meng family’s money, they just hoped Meng Hao would treat He Siyu well.

Recently, Meng Hao’s behavior had made Mr. and Mrs. He very satisfied.

It’s just that He Siyu was still young, only twenty-one this year, having just graduated from college not long ago.

In another two years, if Mr. and Mrs. He observe carefully and Meng Hao can consistently keep it up, they would be very willing to marry their daughter to him!

”...I see.”

He Tiantian deliberately made a pondering face, and after thinking for a moment, she slowly said, ”I haven’t seen Siyu these days; if they have time, let them come to the hospital, I can check on Siyu for you!”

Since their last meeting, He Tiantian had always resisted He Siyu.

Tian Huimin considered He Tiantian’s attitude, and she also realized that her little daughter was somewhat immature and didn’t care enough for her sister.

To let her eldest daughter heal well, Tian Huimin not only stopped Lian Cheng from entering the ward but also didn’t allow He Siyu to come to the ward rashly.

Making this decision, Tian Huimin felt a bit distressed.

As a mother, she really didn’t want to see a rift between her two daughters.

Now, hearing He Tiantian relent and express her willingness to help her sister, Tian Huimin finally breathed a sigh of relief.

She smiled even brighter, repeatedly saying, ”Good! Good!! You are all young people, better at understanding each other’s thoughts!”

It was wonderful, the eldest daughter was no longer throwing a tantrum, and the two daughters could reconcile again.

Of course, Tian Huimin also thought that when she returned, she must carefully remind Siyu, ”Do not ignore familial ties, care more for your elder sister.”

”Lian Cheng is indeed suitable for your sister, and they truly love each other. But now your sister is injured and must be feeling bad, be careful with your words so as not to upset her!”

He Siyu was very displeased after listening to Tian Huimin’s naggings.

How could she be indifferent to familial ties? Didn’t she know how to care for her elder sister?

If she didn’t care about He Sitian being her sister, would she feel so guilty and self-blaming after He Sitian got hurt?

Would she be willing to sacrifice her own love to ensure her happiness?

Her parents didn’t know anything, they didn’t understand anything.

They only saw He Sitian’s right hand injured, but couldn’t see that her heart had already been battered and bruised.

And Lian Cheng, he was so kind and noble.

To save He Sitian, to pull her back from the abyss of despair, he proposed time and time again and visited the He Family over and over.

He Sitian’s injury causing her temper to become strange was one thing.

But why were even her parents stopping him, not allowing him to see He Sitian?

Seeing Lian Cheng’s humble proposals, He Siyu’s heart almost broke!

Lian Cheng was her Heavenly God, and now he was being so despised.

He just fell in love with her, He Siyu, what crime did he commit?!

He Siyu felt both wronged and heartbroken for Lian Cheng.

However, upon hearing her mother allow her to go to the hospital to see He Sitian, He Siyu was still somewhat happy.

She had long bottled up a lot of words she wanted to say to He Sitian, she wanted to remind her: Cherish the person in front of you! Don’t waste Lian Cheng’s sincere feelings!

As for her real mother’s advice, He Siyu didn’t take it to heart at all.

Early the next morning, Meng Hao drove his sports car to the He Family to pick someone up.

”Meng Hao, help me keep an eye on Siyu, she’s too childish and spoiled by us; I’m afraid she’ll say something inappropriate in the ward and upset Sitian!”

Tian Huimin was ultimately not at ease, and she pulled Meng Hao aside to remind him a few words.

”Auntie, rest assured, I’ll take good care of Siyu!”

Meng Hao eagerly promised.

He was twenty-six years old this year, having studied at a university abroad.

Although he wasn’t a top student, he wasn’t a good-for-nothing playboy, either.

He was handsome, with a tall and slender build, well-spoken, and carried an air of elegance cultivated by a wealthy family.
