The Female Lead Decides to Act Wickedly

Chapter 150: Chapter 095: Entering the Martial World (Part 8)_2

On the contrary, if He Tiantian were always very easy to talk to and suddenly became picky, Student Xiao D would think she’s being a drama queen, hard to please!

”Tiantian, I’m sorry, this time it was my mistake,” Student Xiao D sincerely apologized.

”It’s okay, we are good partners, after all!” He Tiantian replied just as sincerely.

”Yes, yes, we’re good partners!” Wuuu, Tiantian is too nice. It would never again criticize her for ”becoming more like a villain.”

Deep inside, whining, Student Xiao D hurriedly told He Tiantian about the mission requirements, ”Oh, right, this time the mission is still about completing the story line.”

There were no clear, detailed tasks.

It’s not that there were no requirements from the readers, but this world, well, is somewhat indescribable.

As mentioned before, the novel world is derived from a fan fiction of a Martial World wuxia story.

Since it’s a fan fiction, the original male lead Kang Shenxing and female lead Fu Yaozi would step down, and the novel world would have new protagonists.

And in this story, the male lead is the senior brother from Carefree Manor, Kun Peng. Of course, it’s not the original Kun Peng, but a transmigrated man.

”...This transmigrated man, also the male lead of the fan fiction, is a stallion. Not only does he covet Junior Master Uncle Fu Yaozi, but he also seduces various beauties from the martial arts world while suffering from amnesia.”

”Whether it’s fellow sect’s Junior Master Uncles, witches from Wuyou Island... anyhow, whether they’re from reputable sects or ordinary families, beauties or pretty ladies, whether they’re young girls or married women, he meddles with them all!”

Student Xiao D felt somewhat speechless when talking about these things.

Yet He Tiantian got excited, ”And then?”

”There is no ’and then’!” Student Xiao D said through gritted teeth, ”How could such morally corrupt plot even have an ’and then’?”

”The author abandoned the story?” He Tiantian didn’t feel that it was ”morally corrupt”.

Fan fiction, after all, is a secondary creation based on the original work.

And surely, authors willing to write fan fiction must deeply love the original work.

They either like the original itself or have a deep affection for the male or female lead.

Fan fiction authors, being believers of love and lacking a girlfriend in reality, indulge in wishful thinking in their writing.

It’s easy to abandon original stories, so they write fan fiction instead.

For classic works’ fan fiction, one dares not write hastily, so you might as well choose a less-known work to start with.

Writing a short fan fiction side story can satisfy the fantasy of being a king of the seas and having a harem, which is understandable.

As long as the plot is thrilling, nothing else really matters.

Uh, okay, He Tiantian felt her own values were indeed a bit endangered.

She shook her head gently, tossing all those cluttered thoughts away.

”It’s not abandoned; this novel received complaints from readers, especially since the original work, despite being controversial and not well-known, has a few true fans. They almost stormed the comment section, and then—” Student Xiao D didn’t finish speaking.

But He Tiantian nodded with understanding, ah, so it got blocked.

In the past, oversight of online literature wasn’t very strict. As long as stallion novels or those clearly corrupting morals were entertaining, readers would pay for them.

But not anymore.

One’s values must be upright; sensitive topics are not allowed, not to mention starting harems or engaging in ambiguous relationships.

Even some words that seem very normal can be easily blocked.

This piece of fan fiction, with its harem and destruction of the original work, would upset fans of the original. Even regular readers would feel uncomfortable after reading it.

Without a doubt, one word—complaints!

Complaints kept coming until this fan fiction was sealed off, and readers still didn’t seem satisfied.

Hence, a mission was born.

”Completing the story line? Are there no other requirements?” He Tiantian pondered.

”Yes, there are no other requirements. Just complete the story line,” Student Xiao D eagerly said.

See, how simple is this mission?

Student Xiao D felt, there was no need for He Tiantian to do much. She just needed to follow the original story and prevent Kun Peng from messing things up and destroying the CIP.

”...How would this fan fiction be any different from the original work?”

Having received a reward from a reader, He Tiantian set higher expectations for herself.

She carefully studied the original script, connecting the cause and effect, then re-evaluated the mission. A clearer thought process gradually formed in her mind.

The CP of Kang Shenxing and Junior Master Uncle was locked in tight, with the keys all eaten by the dear readers.

He Tiantian wouldn’t think of intervening.
