Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

Those slightly further away naturally would not be greatly affected; they were more focused on dealing with personnel sent by the Dual God Church.

At that moment, Lucilia, who was lying down asleep, suddenly sat up and opened her eyes.

”Someone is coming.”

Hearing these words, everyone instantly became more vigilant, although outwardly they did not show any obvious signs.

”It’s people from the Holy Mother Church, what are they doing here?”

Lucilia said, somewhat puzzled, after receiving the exact information.

During the recent hunt, they had already reached a kind of understanding with the demon hunters organized by the church staff around the front lines, each handling their own business.

Sailing straight towards them, it was clear there was something going on.

Otherwise, who would come to this godforsaken place; everyone knew this had become their temporary camp.

Soon enough, the small boat stopped at the port, and the church staff onboard, along with some guards and attendants from the Flower Fairy side, boarded their temporary camp.

”I’m looking for Alka.”

The voice was slightly loud, and Alka, already prepared, came to the entrance of the camp.

The church member waved their hand to the attendants behind and entered their camp alone, turning to look around.

Although the camp was made of woods and reefs, it had been transformed quite well by Alka and them, given their capabilities.

It could already be considered a small outdoor inn.

This church member was none other than the temporary leader of the Holy Mother Church team that arrived here with them before.

”Alati, why have you come? Is there something you need?”

He asked Alati, while Juanlu already brought a few drinks and placed them in front of everyone.

Alati should be busy at the front line; coming to see them personally indicated it was no small matter.

Logically, there were no conditions or needs requiring them to be contacted.

Alati didn’t beat around the bush, looking at Alka and them, saying, ”We have a mission here, and I’d like your team members to participate.”

”What mission?” Alka asked, slightly wary.

He had a bad feeling about it.

Moreover, he was responsible for his crew.

”After our research and reconnaissance over this period, we’ve roughly discovered the main reason for the frequent appearances of the demons’ teleportation gate behind the scenes.

It’s a combined array covering the area surrounding the Land of All Spirits.

But the problem is, the area inscribed with the array has a power that blocks external spying, so we have to shift our target to the place providing power to the large array.”

The place supplying energy to the array? Cut off its source? That’s indeed a good choice, Alka thought.

But if there’s any area around providing energy to the frequently activated evil magic array,

it must be an area filled with negative energy.

Alati looked at everyone and continued, ”Clearly, you’re already aware that the energy source of the array is located not far away at the Life and Death Boundary. If we want to destroy the energy source, we must take certain risks to infiltrate.

And we need members we can trust and who are powerful enough to be our teammates.”

At this point, his request was self-explanatory.

He simply wanted to temporarily enlist Alka and them to solve this problem together.

Once this problem was resolved, the back line could finally be in a relatively safe and peaceful place.

This way, the frontline could more easily break through and complete this war to bring it to an end.

”To the Life and Death Boundary?” Alka asked with a heavy tone, frowning.

Alati nodded.

Although resolving the source was somewhat unfavorable for Alka and them at this stage.

Because this month, they had earned a considerable fortune by clearing out the demons.

But this was just thinking from a perspective untainted by emotions, as their main goal remained the treasure of the Nafasi Clan.

Moreover, in this area, they had received considerable help from the Flower Fairy and her followers.

Their impression of the people in this area was also quite good.

Personally, Alka was inclined to go because it might also be an opportunity to get their hands on the last piece of the Holy Grail Treasure.

Once acquired, it would virtually bring Vastva’s orange treasure within reach.

They would then have collected another Treasure of [Scepter] level.

Since they were going to take it anyway, why not do it now together?

With this in mind, Alka began consulting his teammates to seek their opinions.

Faced with such matters.

Chadite and them did not overthink it; after briefly considering the risks, they all agreed.

Subsequently, Alka asked, ”The energy source wouldn’t be deep inside, would it? If so, that would be too dangerous.”

The boundary’s surface and depths were entirely different places.

At least they knew that a Life Master of Tier Six had faced death exploring the depths.

Alati shook his head, ”Of course not. Otherwise, if these cultists found setting up an energy source that easy, it would be a foolish dream.”

The Life and Death Boundary had no agreement with these cultists, only intending to attack independently.

But it’s predictable that if the cultists didn’t seize this opportunity to launch an attack, it would be quite unusual.

Since it was at the periphery, they had no reason not to agree.
