Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

Alka and the other two quickly returned to the camp, which had essentially become their residence.

”How’s the situation in the Land of Fragrance?” Lucilia jumped onto Alka’s shoulder and asked.

The three sat in the center for a bit.

They began to recount.

”The situation in the Land of Fragrance isn’t bad, but it’s heavily guarded, making it very troublesome to get inside.”

Alka said from the side, ”As for the two plans we discussed earlier, the one by Chadite has been eliminated.”

”What’s the situation?” Julia asked.

”Because the area where the treasure is hidden just so happens to be where those undead are garrisoned. Unless we can fight our way through, it’s better not to seek treasure there under such circumstances.”

Alka said, giving Narvi an apologetic smile, ”Now we’ve accepted the Land of Fragrance’s commission to help them clear out the demons rampaging inside.

Do you want to join? The spoils will be divided according to your contribution.”

He could gauge Narvi’s strength, also being at the Third Stage, though he didn’t know if this member of the Nafasi Clan had any treasures.

Having a treasure and not having one results in two different effects on the battlefield.

Those with treasures have a significant advantage.

Otherwise, they couldn’t have dealt with the demons so easily as they did before.

For a normal combatant, without treasures, it’s very difficult to be as at ease as they are. Facing demons, some cost must be paid.

Narvi thought for a moment and then nodded.

Since he was here, he couldn’t just stay idle; he had to find something to do.

Moreover, he had clearly seen the strength Alka and the others displayed, and following them was safer than staying alone in the camp.

Seeing Narvi nod in agreement, Alka also nodded, and the matter was settled.

”Get ready, everyone. After understanding the specifics tomorrow, we might conduct divided operations. It will be more efficient this way,” Akka said, turning to everyone.

The main issue was that there were too many people, and the resources were well allocated, thanks to the Puppet Girl’s help.

Moving as one group would be too inefficient.

Plus, they were on a demon hunt. Although this world is fractured, there are still some rules.

Moreover, the All Spirits Land is a domain of a Divine, even though the Divine is currently at a crucial stage and has relaxed control here.

But the teleportation gates opened by those demons can’t transport too many at once.

Otherwise, this place would have fallen long ago.

This means that, on such a vast domain, the number of demons isn’t as many as they imagined. Mainly, the demons are strong, and their high mobility causes too much destruction and chaos.

Furthermore, their chaotic nature has caused quite a bit of trouble here.

And to eliminate them, either elite squads or a sufficient number of ordinary soldiers are needed.

For the current All Spirits Land, such configurations are a bit too extravagant.

They’re mostly striving to fend off the undead surging at the borders.

Everyone nodded.

Rest, waiting for tomorrow to arrive.

...

The next day.

This time, Alka went alone to the Land of Fragrance, while the others stayed in the camp making preparations, waiting for his return.

Soon, Alka passed through various checkpoints and arrived within the military camp.

This time, a soldier from within the camp directly led him to a side entrance next to the camp, where there was a special flower house.

As Alka entered, he saw Jilenna busy inside. Besides her, many lightly armored soldiers were coming and going.

There was a large accumulation of information here.

He could see blue flying birds coming and going constantly.

This place seemed to be used for processing intelligence.

Alka stood still and waited for a while, and once Jilenna finished her work, she noticed him and quickly walked over.

”Sorry, it’s a bit busy right now. Come with me.”

She said, leading Alka to a table inside.

She took out a stack of documents and handed them to Alka.

”These are some detailed reports for the current stage. The time of intelligence transmission is marked on the top right corner. You’ll have to differentiate yourself.

It’s best to come once a week to receive the latest intelligence. There are also some key targets noted inside, with prices marked alongside.”

Alka briefly flipped through the documents.

They mentioned where demons were densely located and where powerful demons were roaming.

They also marked a few demon encampments, where demons had established stable teleportation gates.

Alka stored the documents in his Space Ring and said directly, ”Alright, I’ll go now. You keep busy, and just prepare for good news and money.”

Hearing this, Jilenna smiled and shook her head helplessly, bid farewell to Alka, and got back to work.

Alka quickly returned to the camp aboard the Flying Bird, placing the documents on the table.

Everyone took some to look through.

”Clearing a demon encampment pays this much?” Jason was a bit surprised, looking at the amount below the demon encampment information.

On their documents, there were only three demon encampments found, the cheapest one quoted at over 3000 Golden Sails, and the most expensive one nearly 4000.

This is faster than robbing money.
