From Arsenal to the Ball God

He turned his head to look at Isabella, who had been staring at him, ”What are you looking at?”

”At you.”

”It’s awkward to be stared at all the time, look somewhere else.”

”No.”

The atmosphere turned a bit ambiguous, both of them knowing what would happen next, or rather, they knew it before getting on the Ferris wheel.

Isabella pursed her lips, pretending to look behind, but actually extended her little tongue to lick her lips before turning back.

Ma’el was much less complicated, he raised his head and gently leaned forward.

Isabella leaned forward too, and soon their heads were touching, ”Mmm.....”

Their lips brought a wet and soft sensation, Ma’el smelled the fragrance of her hair, and when he opened his eyes, he could see her intoxicated look with her flawless, fair face.

He instinctively reached out his hand and wrapped it around Isabella’s slender body, and she also reached out to embrace his waist.

This time, they didn’t separate after a second or two like last time; instead, their kisses became more intense, turning their heads continuously, passionately kissing for a long time.

When they separated, Isabella’s breathing was slightly rapid, she held Ma’el’s neck and asked, ”Ma’el, have you really considered me your girlfriend? Or is it just staying in ambiguity?

”Tell me the truth, I can accept it..... you should feel how much I like you, so please give me an answer.”

Ma’el looked into her fairy-like eyes, without thinking too much, ”Yes, as my girlfriend.”

Isabella felt a jolt in her heart, as if something she appreciated had landed smoothly. She quickly displayed a brilliant smile and stood up to sit on Ma’el’s lap.

They embraced and kissed again, for such a long time that when they separated, the Ferris wheel was almost reaching the bottom.

”Wait until I finish the first half of the year at the company, and wait until you finish this season; then I’ll come to your place to take care of you. By then, I’ll take you out to play every day, how about that?”

”Haha... good.”

February ended just like that, and in hindsight, Ma’el actually had quite a good month.

Aside from a loss in the Champions League, the Premier League kept moving forward, and again, widened the point gap between Manchester’s Twin Heroes and them and lifted a championship trophy.

In addition, his honor exhibition opened, he reached an agreement on co-branded sneakers with Puma, and officially started dating Isabella.

Next, he was going to embark on the final push for the Premier League championship with a good mood!

...

On March 1st, after finishing a day of training, Ma’el opened the Skill Level panel to observe the progress of various skills.

[Skill: Rapid Charge lv4]

[Skill Level: (493/5000)]

[Skill: Violent Bombing lv4]

[Skill Level: (819/2000)]

[Skill: Header Power lv3]

[Skill Level: (588/800)]

[Skill: Fancy Breakthrough lv3]

[Skill Level: (124/2000)]

[Additional Skill: Fancy Techniques lv1]

[Skill Level: (783/1500)]

”Not bad.”

He calculated that the Header should reach lv4 this month, and by then, his scoring efficiency in the Premier League would likely be higher, with expected goals per game increasing by about 0.3.

Also, the Additional Skill Fancy Techniques is almost at lv2, laying a good foundation this month might allow an upgrade by the end of next month.

A significant capability increase should occur after the season ends, during the off-season... or rather, during the European Cup.

By then, his Violent Bombing is definitely going to reach lv5, granting him an incredibly terrifying long-shot ability!

”How about adding Power to the training?” He came up with a new idea, no one doesn’t want to become a stats monster, he has fantasized about having both Speed and Power at lv5 countless times.

Now with a lighter schedule, there are only six games this month, he is unlikely to play in the Champions League game, having to play from the Premier League’s 27th to the 31st rounds.

Next month is similar, from the Premier League’s 32nd to the 36th rounds, with the last two rounds in May.

With this schedule, he can absolutely increase his training intensity to accelerate his progress.

skill points for Level Up could be demotivating, but as long as he can lay a good foundation this season and intensify training during the off-season, upgrading next season is certain.

”Add to training!”

He made a decision and informed Davis, who then arranged a new training schedule and plan.

Ma’el looked up at the schedule board, gazing at the upcoming game allocations.

Finishing the remaining 12 Premier League matches well, striving to win the championship with an undefeated record, and then formally entering the lv5 era next season, aiming to bloom on multiple fronts and compete for the best!

On March 3rd, before the Premier League match against Everton, Ma’el received his second Player of the Month trophy.

Feeling cheerful, he held the cylindrical Monthly Best award, standing in front of several cameras to give his acceptance speech, ”The top league is indeed very difficult, I didn’t expect only to receive the second monthly best at the end of the season.

”But I’m in a great mood, it certainly counts as a surprise for me... Last month’s performance wasn’t the best I’ve had this season, but maybe team honors added the boost.

”Lucky, haha... Thank you all, thank you to The English FA officials, I will strive to get the third one and complete my target.”

He raised the Monthly Best cylinder, took a few photos and then placed it in the locker room, heading out to warm up.

The final sprint for the championship had truly arrived, he hopes to achieve great results this month and basically kill the suspense of who will win the title!

The team currently has 68 points, and hopes to push it to 80 by the end of the month, aiming to secure the championship early in April!

As for May, let’s just hope by then they are still putting effort into going undefeated...
