From Arsenal to the Ball God

At the moment of shooting, his entire center of gravity tilted toward the left, making a very exaggerated power movement.

A shot from standing still requires this; otherwise, you can’t generate enough force to threaten the goalkeeper!

As McNorton and Hudson turned their heads in astonishment, the football spun toward the far corner of the goal, bypassing their goalkeeper’s hand and curving into the far corner of the net with a C-shaped arc.

The ball is in!

Two to zero!

”Ah ah...!”

”Ma’el!!”

”Beautiful! Beautiful!”

”We’re going to win!”

In Wembley Stadium, Arsenal fans once again erupted in cheerful celebration, clapping their hands and shouting toward the pitch.

Thousands of voices blending together, making it impossible to discern what anyone was saying, only the decibel levels merging together into one deafening sound, ”Yeah.....!”

Ma’el saw the ball hit the net, an exhilarating feeling surged through him, transforming into excitement.

”Oh...!” He turned to find his teammates, while continuously punching both fists outwards, roaring as he ran toward the corner flag area on the pitch.

The second one!

He also scored a goal in the final!

Championship is one step closer!

”Hiss...!” Enthusiastically sliding on Wembley Stadium’s soft grass, he knelt down, continually punching forward to disperse his excitement.

”Cool!” Van Persie came over, kneeling down on one knee and hugging Ma’el, ”Great shot!”

”Great compliment!” Ma’el replied, then stood up, high-fiving and embracing him together; they are always the last duo.

”Shouldn’t it be great rush?” Alexander Song arrived with a face of confusion, pointing to a spot and said with a smile, ”He rushed from there, passed two players several times, and finally scored.”

”Of course it’s great rush!”

Gervinho spoke this time, arriving with a big grin, ”I knew exactly where my pass was going; without him rushing all the way through, I wouldn’t have gotten the assist.”

No more words were exchanged, they tightly embraced, and many were already thinking about how to celebrate after the championship win.

”Pop!”

On the sidelines, Wenger was at the peak of his emotions, completing a high-five with Philip, feeling a sense of relief.

No mishap!

No lack of scoring, nor being scored against first; they led by two early!

”This team, makes people feel at ease,” he couldn’t help but sigh to Philip, ”Ma’el must have scored over 40 goals this season, right?”

”Across all competitions, he has,” Philip nodded with delight, ”Premier League Teams’ forward, if they score around 40 goals, they are definitely top-tier.

”I wouldn’t say he’s at Aguero or Suarez’s level, but only at Alan Shearer’s level..”

”Haha...” Wenger laughed heartily, ”If he wins the Premier League this season, he’ll be a super star.”

...

”Scored again! Ma’el helped the team lead two to zero! A brilliant outside foot strike, piercing Leiden’s fingers!

”You can see, Cardiff City’s desire to fight today is very strong, but their capabilities indeed have a considerable gap with Arsenal!

”Two top scorers each scored a goal by their skills!

”Seven years, Arsenal fans may see their wish come true today; note, it’s only a possibility.”

”Haha.....” Zhang Lu laughed, the implication clear; he thought Zhan Jun’s subsequent statement was somewhat redundant.

Above the stadium in the box area.

”Ah...!”

Isabella’s little cheeks flushed, clapping and shouting, ”We’re going to the London Eye, tonight we’re going!”

Many beside her showed smiles, yet their faces were more filled with excitement; after this goal, Arsenal’s chances of winning truly increased.

”Seems like no problem.”

Harry leaned on the chair, sipping his beer and said, ”Cardiff City’s tactics won’t work, their defenders cannot stop Arsenal’s attacks on both flanks.”

”Indeed,” Safina nodded, eyes shining brightly, Ma’el’s movements were just so graceful.

She imagined that capturing this goal and posting the picture on the wall at home would look great!

”Everything was going...Ma-ehl!Ma-ehl....!”

In the corner of the box, Jose and Lewis, sitting alone drinking, seemed somewhat tipsy, raised their hands and joined Arsenal fans in celebrating.

Partly to cheer for their team, partly for their employer Ma’el.

”Wembley Champion...!”

Isabella then raised her slender arms, leading everyone in singing the Wembley song once again, only she changed part of ”Wembley” to ’Champion’.

She hoped Ma’el could lift his first major trophy here, sincerely hoped, and not just for her Ferris wheel date.

...

”Thud!”

”Thud!”

In Cardiff City’s penalty area, McNorton and Hudson fell consecutively, as if drained of all strength, gazing at the sky and panting, questioning life.

Hudson was the first to react, forcing himself to shake off the sorrow, promptly bounced up, and then came beside McNorton, ”We can’t fall, keep trying! Keep fighting!

”Get up! Get up!!”

McNorton then pushed himself up too, looked at the fans inside the stadium, gritting his teeth to tell himself to persevere.

The two then walked together toward the center circle arc, clapping to encourage their other teammates.

”Whistle!”

”Boom!”

As the game restarted, many faces were filled with sadness, yet they firmly charged toward Arsenal’s half, doing their best in each tussle.

They are the weaker ones, the less favored ones, this they knew well.
