Twin Treasures: The CEO Wife's 99-Day of Revelations

Chapter 458: Chapter 458: Crawl Up on Your Knees

Backseat of the Volvo.

In the calmest tone, Anton Miller quietly said to Justin Kingston, ”Don’t worry about me. Regardless, you must get Mia out safely. Once she’s safe, take her away. If I die, consider it as paying off my mom’s debt.”

This was the first time he’d ever spoken to Justin Kingston this way, and he never thought it would be at a farewell.

Just as he opened the door to get out, Justin Kingston grabbed his arm.

Anton Miller turned his gaze, and the two brothers’ eyes met.

”Don’t be impulsive.” Justin Kingston’s eyes were deep, and he spoke with genuine emotion, ”You have to live. If you die, she will never be happy.”

”...” Actually, hearing these words brought a sense of comfort to Anton Miller’s heart.

Really?

Would she care?

For those few seconds, time seemed to stand still. Anton Miller felt a bittersweet warmth in his heart, with so many words left unsaid.

Justin Kingston said, ”I don’t want anything to happen to her, and I don’t want anything to happen to you either.” His heart ached, but he restrained himself, ”Be adaptable.”

”What are you in the car talking about?!” Elias Colton lost his patience, worried they were playing tricks, ”If you don’t come out, don’t blame me for breaking my word!”

The driver’s door and both rear doors opened simultaneously!

The three men got out of the car together, Anton Miller’s right arm still in a cast.

Seeing this, Elias Colton couldn’t help but laugh, how ridiculous!

The three looked up at the iron railings on the second floor!

When they saw Mia being controlled, with a gleaming knife at her neck, their hearts bled! Their brows furrowed, overwhelmed with pain!

Mia was tortured beyond recognition, with swollen red eyes full of tears, disheveled hair, and clothes in disarray, stained with bright red blood everywhere.

With a towel stuffed in her mouth, she shook her head continuously, her eyes filled with unwavering determination.

It’s as if she was using all her strength to tell them, this place is dangerous, go quickly!

”The money you want is on this card!” Anton Miller held up the card, pleading, ”I beg you not to hurt her!”

”Beg how?” Elias Colton’s lips curled with a wicked smile, ”You haven’t even knelt down.”

At this moment, taking advantage of Elias Colton’s distraction, Justin Kingston’s men discreetly dealt with the two henchmen at the staircase on the second floor.

They acted skillfully, covering their mouths and striking their pressure points from behind accurately and swiftly.

They wouldn’t die, but they wouldn’t wake up immediately either.

They dragged them downstairs quickly; dealing with the four would help significantly.

Wearing a Bluetooth earpiece, Justin Kingston heard the situation reported by his men and soon learned there were a few others on the second floor and that the entire floor was covered with gasoline.

Then they climbed up to the third floor, inching their way down carefully, observing the situation, ready to respond to any emergencies.

Anton Miller bent his knees and knelt down.

Justin Kingston’s heart skipped a beat, watching him with a heavy heart, pain flashing through his deep eyes.

”I beg you to let her go.” Anton Miller looked up, putting himself in the lowest position possible, humble down to the dirt, ”I beg you.”

Mia’s eyes were red and swollen, biting the towel, crying hysterically! The moment Anton Miller knelt, it deeply pierced her heart.

”I hope you keep your word.” Anton Miller was not at all arrogant.

Elias Colton’s lips curled slightly, ”Crawl to me on your knees!” then said to a henchman beside him, ”Turn on the phone, record a video of him before he dies, and post it online!”

Childish, Anton Miller could even give up his life, would he still care about dignity?

As long as Mia could be saved, as long as she could be exchanged for safety, he’d do anything.

Mia despaired, shedding tears with no strength left to struggle.

She was exhausted, completely drained, her wrists rubbed raw and bleeding, without even the strength to shake her head.

Elias Colton’s knife was still placed against her tender neck.

”Anton Miller, crawl to me on your knees.” Elias Colton said playfully, ”If I don’t say get up, you’re not allowed to get up, or my knife won’t obey.”

Justin Kingston’s eyes were filled with growing anger, yet he could only watch helplessly as the woman he adored was in someone else’s hands, every second was excruciating, and he couldn’t act out in anger.
