Super Gene Hunting Ground

The Eldest Prince’s personal guard team of thirty, ten left the Prince Manor that night.

These ten people left separately, either alone, or in pairs, or in groups of three.

The next day, another ten left the manor.

On the third day, Xiao Gang and ten others departed successively.

On the fourth day, the Eldest Prince, Yang Xiao, Liang Bao, Fan Chen, Wang Qian and others, totaling about ten, walked out of the manor.

At the gate, the guard said:

”Your Highness, where are you heading today?”

”Hmm, I am going on a hunting trip outside the city to the Northern Suburb with Young Master Yang and others, likely for about ten days. If there’s any urgent matter, come find me in the Northern Suburb.”

”Yes, Your Highness.”

The Eldest Prince and Yang Xiao and others proceeded to the North Gate of Wentian City, chatting and laughing along the way, lively and bustling.

...

Inside the Second Prince Mansion.

Wanyan Ying frowned slightly, surrounded by five or six of his trusted aides.

”What on earth is the Eldest Prince up to? Sending out thirty guards in batches.”

At this moment, a guard rushed in,

”Report, Your Highness, the Eldest Prince took about ten people and left the manor, heading towards the Northern Suburb of Wentian City.”

”Hmm? Why are they going to the Northern Suburb?”

”We overheard at the manor gate that the Eldest Prince and his guards seemed to be going to the Northern Suburb Forest for a hunting trip, planning to be away for over ten days.”

”Oh? Going hunting in the Northern Suburb? Who’s accompanying them?”

”Reporting, Your Highness, according to our observations, the entourage includes Yang Xiao, Liang Bao, Fan Chen, and others, plus ten guards.”

The Second Prince furrowed his brows, mumbling to himself,

”The Eldest Prince first stealthily sent out thirty guards, then he and Yang Xiao went hunting in the Northern Suburb Forest. If it was a hunt, why not directly take dozens of guards along, but instead arrange for thirty guards to leave in three batches?”

The Second Prince scanned his dozen or so subordinates around him,

”What do you all think is the reason for this?”

A tall, thin middle-aged man spoke up:

”If I’m not mistaken, the hunting trip is a ruse, concealing some sort of conspiracy.”

”Conspiracy?”

The Second Prince and those around him pondered for a long time without coming to a concrete conclusion.

A guard hurriedly entered, followed by Flying Leopard Empire’s wealthiest man Qin Chuan.

”Your Highness, what are you busy with?”

”Boss Qin, you came at the right time, I just needed to discuss something with you.”

”Ha, I happen to have matters to discuss with Your Highness as well.”

”Hmm? What business do you have with me, Boss Qin?”

”I heard Yang Xiao went hunting in the Northern Suburb Forest with the Eldest Prince?”

”Haha, your information is quite well-informed, huh?”

Qin Chuan chuckled sinisterly, saying:

”Ever since Yang Xiao returned to Wentian City, I’ve had people keeping a close watch on the Eldest Prince Manor. Hmph, Yang Xiao killed my two sons, this vendetta I’ll never forget, unless Yang Xiao dies!”

Speaking of which, Qin Chuan recalled his two sons, overwhelmed with grief.

To Qin Chuan, ever since his two sons were killed by Yang Xiao, life seemed meaningless, earning more money no longer held significance.

Qin Chuan had always sought the opportunity to kill Yang Xiao for revenge, but he had never found the chance.

The Second Prince Wanyan Ying looked at Qin Chuan,

”Boss Qin, you wish to kill Yang Xiao for revenge?”

”Of course, I’ve waited long for this day.”

”The Eldest Prince has a guard team of thirty to forty men, all Empire Level Advanced realm experts, it’s not child’s play.”

Qin Chuan sneered, saying:

”Your Highness underestimates me, Qin Chuan. I am, after all, the empire’s top millionaire. Though my own Genetic Evolution is limited, I have money to hire supreme experts,

let me be frank, these past years, to avenge my sons, I’ve amassed forty to fifty Empire Level Advanced realm experts, forming a guard regiment, all for the day I can seek revenge against Yang Xiao, now, the opportunity has finally arrived.”

”What, you have forty to fifty Empire Level Advanced realm guards?”

The Second Prince looked at Qin Chuan in surprise.

An Empire Level Advanced realm expert can become a dominant force in a small city; hiring them isn’t easy, requiring substantial expense.

The guard teams of the Eldest and Second Princes consist mainly of members arranged by the Flying Leopard Emperor, free of charge, not incurring any costs for them.

Qin Chuan smiled and replied:

”Your Highness, what’s so surprising about this? My Qin family lacks nothing but money,

I have forty to fifty experts, you have thirty Empire Level Advanced realm experts too. Together, we can head to the Northern Suburb Forest, and we’ll eliminate Yang Xiao and the Eldest Prince once and for all,

I avenge my sons, you clear your final obstacle to seizing the throne, how about it?”

The Second Prince’s heart grew excited upon hearing this.

”Is this possible?”

”Why not? Haven’t you always wanted to eliminate the Eldest Prince? Now’s the perfect opportunity, don’t miss it. Otherwise, who knows when such a heaven-sent chance will emerge again? If the Emperor announces prematurely that he will pass the throne to the Eldest Prince, by then it will be too late to regret!”

Upon hearing this, the Second Prince was first silent, then gritted his teeth and said:

”Boss Qin, you’re absolutely right, let’s join forces and do it!”

”That’s the spirit, seize the opportunity when it arises.”

”But, I have a question that if left unanswered, will leave me uneasy.”

”?”

”Until today, thirty guards from Wanyan He’s manor left in batches over three days, scattered, what was the purpose of this?”

Qin Chuan laughed heartily upon hearing this, saying:

”I’ve already considered this, if I’m correct, this is precisely where the Eldest Prince’s cunning lies, he has set a trap waiting for us to fall into it.”

”What do you mean by that?”

”If you see the Eldest Prince taking only about ten people to hunt in the Northern Suburb Forest, wouldn’t you see this as a golden opportunity to assassinate him?”

The Second Prince nodded,

”Indeed, ten people are not enough to protect the Eldest Prince’s safety.”

”Haha, if you think this way, you’re doomed. When you assume he only has ten people, and you bring twenty to thirty people over intending to kill him, little do you realize, apart from those ten individuals, he has a thirty-member guard team waiting for you, aren’t you finished then?”

The Second Prince gasped,

”Damn it, I knew that kid was up to no good, turns out he set up the trap for me to fall into in the Northern Suburb Forest!”

”Exactly, the Eldest Prince prides himself on being smart, deploying his guard team in batches stealthily from the manor, yet failed to anticipate we would see through his conspiracy.”

”Boss Qin, what do we do then?”

”Simple, we turn the setup against him, he hasn’t laid a trap for us?

Hmph, forty guards can stop us?

My manor has fifty Empire Level Advanced realm experts, your manor has thirty to forty, together we have eighty to ninety people, double the manpower,

If that’s insufficient, we can borrow a hundred guards from Wanyan Kang, and completely crush the Eldest Prince and Yang Xiao’s group.”

Upon hearing this, the Second Prince Wanyan He laughed heartily, applauding:

”Brilliant, Boss Qin, your tactic of turning the setup against him is indeed genius, the Eldest Prince would never expect he laid a trap that would bury himself, haha...”

”Hmph, Yang Xiao could never guess that I, Qin Chuan, would endure for two years to exact revenge for my sons, now, the time for settling the blood debt has arrived.”
