Super Gene Hunting Ground

The annual Hunting Tournament at Flying Leopard Academy is a major event, and once news spread, the students were all eager and ready to show off their skills.

At this moment, far away in the capital city of the Flying Leopard Empire, in the study of the richest family, the Qin family, a secret discussion was being held.

Qin Chuan, having lost his sons Qin Yue and Qin Xiaotian, and unable to directly enter Flying Leopard Academy to assassinate Yang Xiao for revenge, had been unwell and troubled for the past year.

His longing for his sons and hatred for Yang Xiao grew by the day, and his hatred for Yang Xiao had become a knot in his heart that had to be untied.

”Master, according to our informant at Flying Leopard Academy, the academy is holding a Hunting Tournament. Yang Xiao has officially entered the Advanced Academy Department and should also participate in this tournament.”

Speaking was the head steward of the Qin family, Qin Lu.

Qin Chuan nodded, a trace of a sinister smile appearing on his face, and he said through gritted teeth:

”This time, I must kill Yang Xiao to avenge my two sons.”

”Yes, there are many beasts in the Flying Leopard Mountain Range. If Yang Xiao dies in the forest, no one will notice.”

”How is the preparation for the task I assigned you half a year ago?”

”Master, I secretly ordered three Empire Middle-Level Realm beastmen from a beast tamer. When the time comes, we will take these three beasts and sneak into the Flying Leopard Mountain Range, find where Yang Xiao is, and have the beasts attack him when he is out alone. This time, he should be dead for sure. Unfortunately, we cannot currently control Empire Level Advanced beasts, so we can only use these three Empire Middle-Level Realm beasts.”

Qin Chuan nodded,

”Three Empire Middle-Level beasts should be able to deal with Yang Xiao. Besides the beasts, how many of the top ten experts on the Flying Leopard Academy’s combat power ranking are willing to help as I arranged?”

”Master, after our efforts, only one of the top ten experts is willing to accept our offer, and the price is 1 billion crystal coins. The rest declined.”

”As long as Yang Xiao can be killed, money is not an issue. Will there be any leaks?”

”Absolutely not. We did not contact them directly, but communicated secretly through several layers of intermediaries. Once the deed is done, we’ll have someone eliminate one or two of the intermediaries to completely sever the information channel. Even if Dean Xinghai suspects us, they won’t find evidence.”

”Good, as long as Yang Xiao is dead, that old man Xinghai can’t do anything to me. This time, there’s also one more important thing at the Flying Leopard Academy’s Hunting Tournament. Ha, I’ll see how Star River handles it.”

”Master, what is this important thing you mentioned?”

Qin Chuan gave a cunning smile,

”This matter is confidential for now, but when the time comes, it will be an earth-shattering event that will shake the entire Flying Leopard Empire Dynasty. Haha...”

...

On a high mountain outside Wentian City, Qin Chuan sat under a big tree, looking at the rolling mountains in the distance, feeling somewhat excited.

Around him, dozens of guards spread out within a hundred meters for defense.

After a while, three figures soared from the foot of the mountain and landed on the mountaintop platform.

These three included a young noble, with an air of nobility and prestige, accompanied by two middle-aged men who were clearly super-strong Gene Evolvers, surrounded by a strong aura of killing intent.

Upon seeing the newcomers, Qin Chuan immediately stood up from the rock and walked a few steps forward, kneeling to the ground:

”Qin Chuan pays respects to His Highness, the Second Prince.”

This youth was none other than the Second Prince of the Flying Leopard Empire Dynasty, Wanyan Ying.

Wanyan Ying nodded slightly and said:

”Uncle, you arrived earlier than me. It must have been hard for you.”

”Your Highness, you’re joking. It is my duty to serve you.”

Second Prince Wanyan Ying smiled gently and walked a few steps forward with Qin Chuan to the big tree, where they both sat down.

Qin Chuan took out several Black Crystal Cards and handed them to Second Prince Wanyan Ying.

”Your Highness, here are three Black Crystal Cards, each loaded with 10 billion crystal coins. They are unregistered and can be used without a palm print password. I had these made by an old friend at the Genetic Store.”

Second Prince Wanyan Ying accepted the cards and placed them into his Space Ring.

”Thank you, Uncle.”

”These small favors are what I should do. Sigh, to speak honestly, ever since Qin Yue and Xiaotian passed away, your aunt and I have been in utter despair,

everyone calls me the richest man in the Flying Leopard Empire, but what good is more money?

From now on, as long as you, Second Prince, need anything, just speak up, and I will do my utmost to assist you.”

Second Prince Wanyan Ying nodded,

”Uncle, don’t be sad. I will avenge the deaths of Qin Yue and Xiaotian on your behalf. Sigh, I don’t know what Father is thinking. He refuses to stand up for you in such a big family feud, fearing Dean Xinghai of Flying Leopard Academy. It’s simply incomprehensible.”

Qin Chuan remained silent, sighed deeply, and said:

”Your father has his difficulties, I do not blame him. I will fully support you from now on, I will devote the feelings I had for Xiaotian and his brother onto you.”

”Thank you, Uncle, for your generosity.”

”How is your plan progressing? If you need more money, just let me know.”

”Rest assured, I have almost completed the arrangements. This Hunting Tournament at Flying Leopard Academy will be a grand show. For years, Wanyan He has been hidden in the academy, always being a concern of mine. This time, I must eliminate this concern,

Father’s health seems to be worsening. Ever since his battle with the Emperor of Great Dragon two years ago, his condition has deteriorated, yet he still hasn’t decided to pass the empire to me. I cannot wait any longer. I must take action.”

Qin Chuan nodded,

”Indeed, although Eldest Prince Wanyan He’s gene evolution abilities are mediocre, among your dozen or so siblings, your father favors him,

The Emperor has often mentioned that as the ruler of a nation, while gene evolution abilities are important, what’s more important are management abilities and character,

Wanyan He is steady and reliable, often demonstrating his benevolence before the Emperor. Many of the Emperor’s subordinates are deceived by Wanyan He’s facade and praise him greatly,

The Emperor has always hesitated between you and him. Once Wanyan He is dead, the position of Emperor will undoubtedly be yours.”

”This time, I persuaded three of the top ten experts on the Flying Leopard Academy’s combat power ranking to assassinate Wanyan He amidst the chaos of the great hunt, and it should be foolproof. These 30 billion crystal coins are their reward.”

”Money is not an issue. Should you need more, Prince, even if I have to sell everything, I will gather it for you.”

”Haha, thank you, Uncle. After I become the king of the Flying Leopard Empire, I will certainly not forget your support today. I will command you to oversee the mining and sales of the empire’s crystal stones, letting you control the empire’s fiscal and economic power.”

”Thank you, Prince. I will definitely follow you to the death.”

”Haha...”
