Chapter 1507: Chapter 518: Once a Romeo_3

”This is indeed good news. Perhaps I can gather enough raw materials to start crafting the mechanical creations from Goblin Engineering...”

Rein’s eyes twinkled as something dawned on him.

”However, with just these few metals, it’s still far from enough.”

A moment later, Rein’s figure flashed, and he arrived at another protruding rock wall of dark grey ore. With a gentle tap, he proceeded as he did with the black iron ore previously.

”Oh, this is magic iron ore!”

Rein’s eyes lit up after a quick inspection. He initially thought most of the area contained one type of ore, but was surprised to find other ores distributed.

”Great! Looks like the plan is feasible!”

Very soon, Rein gathered seven or eight rare metals and more than a dozen common metal materials. He didn’t expect the variety of ores in the underwater volcano to be so rich, more than enough for him to learn Goblin Engineering while attempting to create.

Rein, following the proportions, used magic iron as the main material, mixing in small amounts of copper and tin to create an alloy. Then, using the fire witchcraft ’Scorching Touch,’ he began the smelting process.

After cooling, he swiftly used the Metal Morphing Spell, transforming the magic iron alloy according to the beginner’s Goblin Engineering blueprint into a rifle-like shape, while he transformed other firearm assembly parts one by one.

At this moment, system prompts sounded:

[You have crafted a beginner Goblin Engineering creation ’Magic Iron Rifle’, related understanding enhanced!]

[You have mastered a new skill - Magic Iron Rifle]

[Your skill in crafting Magic Iron Rifle has improved, experience +10]

[You successfully crafted a beginner Goblin Engineering creation ’Magic Iron Rifle’, due to host not yet transitioned to Goblin Engineer, Goblin Engineering understanding progress increased by 1%]

”Great!” Rein couldn’t help but rejoice as he looked at the system prompts.

”Indeed, learning cannot just be about reading, practical application is necessary, combining theory with practice!”

”Doesn’t this greatly improve efficiency?”

Previously, when Rein self-studied, it took several hours to increase the progress by one percent. But just now, in less than ten minutes, after crafting a Magic Iron Rifle, it instantly boosted by one percent.

Now, the progress in ’mastering Goblin Engineering knowledge’ has reached 65%.

...

The next day, as Rein was crafting a new Goblin Engineering creation ’Adamantine Stabilizer’, suddenly, he heard a soft hum from Menia.

Rein immediately stopped his crafting, turned around, and saw Menia gently furrow her eyebrows, hand supporting her smooth and fair forehead as she slowly rose.

”Prince Menia, how do you feel?” Rein quickly approached, concerned.

Actually, he didn’t need to ask; Rein had already sensed that although Menia’s spiritual power stability was much better than three days ago, it was still fluctuating quite intensely. Additionally, the intensity of her spiritual power was showing a certain degree of decline.

”Still not good, my power has been waning constantly, Rein... How many days have passed? I might need more time.” Menia quickly glanced at Rein, then lowered her head, her beautiful eyes flickering, almost avoiding eye contact with Rein.

”Prince Menia, three days have passed.”

”If you want to continue deep meditation for recovery, perhaps having something to eat first would be better. Here, there’s a type of fire element fierce beast which might be beneficial for your physical recovery,” Rein suggested.

A Fourth Level Dawn Wizard’s need for food is somewhat controllable, but still requires food to sustain some essential elements of the life form, unlike a Fifth Level Full Moon Wizard’s Demigod Level.

”Alright, thank you, Rein.” Menia nodded, said.

”Oh, is this a Double-Sailed Dragon?”

When Menia saw Rein carrying a Molten Double-Sailed Dragon, beginning to prepare it, she couldn’t help but feel a bit surprised, said.

”Indeed, it’s called Double-Sailed Dragon. I casually named it Molten Double-Sailed Dragon upon seeing its semi-circular fish fins on the back,” Rein laughed.

”Yes, it’s a fire element Double-Sailed Dragon, likely the offspring of either a Red Dragon or Fire Dragon with sea Fish Dragon. Given their number, there should have been a fire element Giant Dragon residing long-term at this Molten Lava Lake,” Menia explained.

Soon, Rein prepared several portions of roasted Double-Sailed Dragon ribs.

Menia took a gentle bite, discovering the juices were full, the taste quite tender and delicious. But after a few seconds, she showed an expression of surprise.

”Prince Menia, how does it taste?”

”Rein, these Double-Sailed Dragons might not be the ordinary offspring of fire element Giant Dragon and Fish Dragon.”

”Hmm?”

”I can sense a trace of bloodline essence hidden within, likely from an ancient Red Dragon, at least an Old Dragon level, perhaps even Extreme Old Dragon.”

Menia’s words clearly made Rein’s heart slightly startled!

These days he hasn’t strayed far from Menia, and this Molten Lava Lake is too vast to see its end with a glance. Now, thinking carefully, it might not be at the base of a volcano, but shared by a group of underwater volcanoes.

”Do you mean, below this Molten Lava Lake, there might be an Old Dragon level Red Dragon in slumber?” Rein’s eyes squinted, serious.
