The Unveiling of Secret Queen

She never thought that [Greenie] would be this age; Nicholas Fuller’s age was somewhat beyond her expectations.

Usually, when they chatted in the small group, Nicholas Fuller wasn’t someone who talked much.

But when Emma Gabehart and the others had some banter, he would also join in with a few witty remarks, appearing quite youthful at heart.

She imagined [Greenie] to be a middle-aged person, probably in their forties or fifties, who would’ve thought that meeting in person today, he’d be completely over sixty.

Nathalie Quinlan pursed her lips; she wasn’t exactly ageist.

The main thing was that Black Mandala was a group she created during her rebellious phase, as the name suggests, it had a bit of an under cutting vibe.

Nicholas Fuller didn’t seem like the type who would join the group.

Emma Gabehart had also never mentioned anything about Nicholas Fuller to her before.

Usually, she didn’t bother with the affairs of Black Mandala; it was Emma Gabehart who managed it.

Nathalie Quinlan felt a bit restless.

Nicholas Fuller, however, was quite calm. He picked up the tea beside him, took a sip, raised his head, and slowly began to explain: ”Do you remember the post you made on the WAL forum?”

”Huh?” Nathalie Quinlan suddenly heard him mention it, suppressed the restlessness in her eyes, and nodded: ”I remember.”

”I was one of the people who replied to your post, I then asked you when you were planning to push forward with the research project, to which you replied saying you were busy and didn’t have time for now.” Nicholas Fuller recounted smoothly, exuding a kind of convincing power, gentle and mild: ”I was very interested in the Super Algorithm you proposed, and you didn’t log into the forum again, so I privately asked someone to investigate and inadvertently saw a post you made on the Black Market and joined the group.”

Nicholas Fuller chuckled again, showing a light smile on his face full of aged wrinkles. He looked towards Nathalie Quinlan with a slight smile: ”I didn’t expect that when you said you didn’t have time, it was because you were taking high school exams...”

Four years ago, Nathalie Quinlan was not yet 16 years old, facing the high school entrance exams, and the Quinlan Family intended for her to go to an ordinary high school just to get by.

In middle school, Nathalie Quinlan didn’t study well, each subject barely passing, and Jeff Quinlan and the others were afraid she wouldn’t get into high school, bringing shame to the family.

As a result, a month before the high school entrance exams, they hired Ghania Quinlan’s tutor to give her intensive tutoring, and during that time, the Quinlan Family kept a close eye on her.

Every day, she had to complete the homework assigned by the tutor, which wasn’t difficult but time-consuming, so Nathalie Quinlan didn’t go online much.

She never expected that Nicholas Fuller sought her out, even investigated her, and eventually joined Black Mandala.

She paused for several seconds, then looked at Nicholas Fuller with a complicated expression: ”Did you join the group just to get me to do that experiment?”

What kind of reason is that???

Are people so capricious nowadays???

Nicholas Fuller nodded with a smile, frankly admitting: ”I did have that intention before.”

Nathalie Quinlan raised an eyebrow, tired of sitting cross-legged, and casually stretched her leg straight: ”And then? Why did you suddenly want to meet me in person?”

Nicholas Fuller just smiled, with a magnetic field that made him convincing: ”I just wanted to see what the legendary king of hackers was like! After all, who would have thought that the fearsome king of hackers would be a recent high school graduate who came to Inderia and joined The First Research Institute.”

Nathalie Quinlan fell silent: ”...”

After a joke, Nicholas Fuller suddenly became serious.

With wise eyes looking at the girl, he opened his mouth to invite: ”Sun, are you interested in joining Level 8 laboratory?”
