Chapter 1840: Chapter 1844: Luo Ke Will Kill You

”Miss Luo?”

”Miss Luo, if you don’t speak up, we’re coming in?”

...

The subordinate shouted a few more times, and without hearing her answer, immediately kicked open the door.

The door blocked Luo Xiaoqian behind it, and as the subordinate rushed in, he only saw slippers placed beside the toilet. Raising his face to look at the ceiling, he noticed a large hole and simply frowned in confusion.

That high, she actually managed to climb down?!

Hiding behind the door, Luo Xiaoqian was already tiptoeing out, clutching the vent fan in her hand, and fiercely smashed it against the back of the man’s head.

His body swayed, then slumped over the toilet.

Luo Xiaoqian breathed a sigh of relief, quickly slipped on the slippers, turned around to run, and after taking two steps, turned back quickly, reaching into the subordinate’s pocket to retrieve a pistol from his waist, checked the magazine, unlocked the safety, and then, gripping the gun, dashed out of the bathroom.

This time, Luo Ke didn’t bring many people aboard; only this one person was left to guard her.

Luo Xiaoqian smoothly escaped the cabin door, immediately striding towards the elevator.

She didn’t know Luo Ke’s plan was to crash the marine patrol ship; she just thought the patrol would soon board the ship. When that happened, as long as she figured out how to make a commotion, she could naturally catch their attention.

Taking the elevator to the first floor, Luo Xiaoqian nervously gripped the gun, walking out.

Faced with a subordinate patrolling the corridor who was heading her way.

Upon seeing her, the subordinate’s eyes widened in shock, about to rush over.

”Don’t come any closer!”

Luo Xiaoqian raised the gun, pointing it at him.

Seeing the gun in her hand, the man hesitated, instantly raising his own gun to confront her.

”If you injure me, Luo Ke will kill you!”

Luo Xiaoqian’s voice was tense and slightly hoarse, her hand holding the gun trembling.

She was just an ordinary person, although she had practiced shooting, it was all at a club facing targets. Now, in front of her was a living person. For people like Luo Ke and Leng Zirui, killing was like a daily routine, but for an ordinary person, killing was absolutely not an easy thing. Furthermore, with Luo Xiaoqian’s personality, pointing a gun at someone, she was just hesitant, not daring to pull the trigger.

Biting her lip, she sharply tilted the gun and pulled the trigger.

Bang!

The gunshot rang out, the bullet left the chamber, striking the man’s arm.

Without worrying about anything else, Luo Xiaoqian turned and ran.

The subordinate lifted his gun, aiming at her, then bit his lip and lowered the gun, muttering a curse, clutching his wound and turning towards the control room.

She was the boss’s woman; how could he really dare to shoot her?!

By now, Luo Xiaoqian had already passed through the corridor and sprinted onto the deck.

Seeing the approaching marine patrol ship, a look of joy crossed her face; she immediately descended the steps, walking briskly toward the bow.

...

...

Inside the control room.

Luo Ke looked at the approaching marine patrol ship, his dark green eyes filled with coldness.

The cruise ship was much larger than the patrol ship, and a full-speed collision would be enough to smash it into pieces. Imagining the scene, he merely raised his lips in a cold sneer.

”Sir!” The subordinate who encountered Luo Xiaoqian rushed in hastily, ”Bad news! Luo Xiaoqian has escaped!”

Luo Ke’s expression changed instantly, ”Where is she?”

”Just now, I saw her in the first-floor corridor, she’s now escaping towards the deck,” the subordinate said urgently.
