Reborn and Counterattack: The CEO's Powerful Sweetheart

Chapter 1447: Chapter 1446: Human Eyes

Gu Tong went on, ”Your eyes need to focus like a camera. When you first start aiming at the target, it’s blurry, and the front sight and rear sight should be clear. For beginners, the timing of pulling the trigger is hard to control. If you fire too early, you’ll be scared that you didn’t aim properly.”

”In fact, your eyes need a bit of time to adapt to what you’re looking at and see it clearly. When you look at an object for about three to seven seconds, that’s when it’s the clearest. You have to seize that moment. Once you go past that Gold time, it’ll start to blur again.”

Gu Tong’s teaching method could really be called thorough explanation.

Generally speaking, you don’t need to talk this much for shooting practice. She was basically chewing everything up and then feeding it to this group of kids.

For Gu Tong, this way of teaching was undoubtedly the most straightforward. They didn’t have much time now, not enough time to practice over and over, so she could only tell them more techniques and let them grasp them on their own.

Being able to understand how to handle the firearm in the shortest possible time is extremely difficult, and it’s also something the students need to figure out and savor by themselves.

Gu Tong was very patient, explaining everything one by one. The students were listening with real focus; they couldn’t help feeling eager to give it a try, itching to start training.

”Bang bang bang—”

The orderly sound of gunfire echoed through the whole classroom. Once the students emptied a magazine, they started getting ready to switch places. They were polite with each other and helped one another; the way they interacted was very warm, like real brothers and sisters.

Dean Huang Zhizhong watched how the students got along and couldn’t help feeling especially envious.

He himself had once walked the road of being a teacher, so of course he understood how hard it is to teach students. Don’t be fooled by how well-behaved these students look; in reality there are plenty of prickly ones. If you want them to truly accept you, then you have to have real ability and put genuine skill on display.

If you can’t get past that hurdle, you can only be an ordinary university teacher. Don’t expect to become any kind of professor or move up to a higher position.

Back in his own teaching days, Huang Zhizhong had also put in a lot of hard work. Nowadays in the medical field there are many of his students, and that’s something he’s very proud of.

It’s just that all of that belongs to his younger days. It had already been a long time since he’d seen a class with this kind of teaching atmosphere, so Huang Zhizhong felt unusually moved, as if many years had suddenly passed.

The class was proceeding in an orderly way. Gu Tong now had some free time; she found an empty spot to sit down and watched the classmates shooting and firing, as if she’d found a bit of fun in it.

”When you shoot, the main thing is to be steady, accurate, and decisive. You have to get the timing right, don’t hesitate. Once you find the right moment, you can hit your target in one shot.”

This counted as off-field coaching from Gu Tong. Her tone was calm, but what she said could still give the classmates some useful pointers, helping them improve faster through practice.

”Bang bang bang—”

The crisp sounds of shooting in the classroom weren’t loud, but they were very rhythmic, and the firing never stopped. It drew the students from the neighboring class over to take a look. They all wanted to know what on earth was going on in the Elective Class classroom—it sounded just like someone was setting off firecrackers, so lively.

However.

The door of the Elective Class stayed tightly shut. No matter how they tried to investigate, they just couldn’t see what was happening inside.

Unfortunately for them, they’d heard that Dean Huang Zhizhong was personally sitting in on the class today, so the students didn’t dare look around recklessly. They could only keep their guesses to themselves, each with their own theories.

Actually...

If only the elective course could be a required course, then it would really count toward their grades and still be useful in the future. If that were the case, it’s likely a lot more students would be willing to come to class.
