Reborn and Counterattack: The CEO's Powerful Sweetheart

Chapter 1439: Chapter 1438: Am I Supposed to Teach Electromagnetics?

Dean Huang Zhizhong was at a loss, anxious and restless like an ant on a hot pan when he heard that Teacher Gu Tong was going to teach a course on equipment handling.

You must know that swords and blades are blind; handling equipment is not trivial. A slight mishap could lead to injury, and these trainees have never been exposed to equipment handling. If they were accidentally injured, Dean Huang Zhizhong would be unable to explain.

Gu Tong scratched her ear and said, ”Dean, who told you that I was going to teach an equipment-handling course?”

Actually, she could easily guess who had reported her behind her back, and the motive was obvious, but she wanted to know Dean Huang Zhizhong’s thoughts more.

After all, she was inside the Academy, teaching the Royal Doctor courses and had her own set of principles. If Dean Huang Zhizhong didn’t support her, she would have difficulties teaching, let alone conducting the subsequent Royal drills.

Dean Huang Zhizhong slightly frowned and said, ”Teacher Gu Tong, I understand you have some conflicts with Teacher Ding Sidan, and Teacher Ding targets you in every way, so what she says may not be credible. The problem is this shooting course is unprecedented in our Academy. This matter... the school can’t take the responsibility; otherwise, I wouldn’t be here in such haste looking for you...”

That’s the rationale indeed.

No matter how Teacher Ding Sidan targets her, it’s a personal feud between teachers. Even Dean Huang Zhizhong knows but doesn’t intervene, because he understands some matters he shouldn’t involve himself in; otherwise, it changes the meaning.

So, Dean Huang Zhizhong has always been wise. He knows everything, but he remains behind the scenes, not involving himself in any extra degree, which has led to this situation.

Dean Huang Zhizhong spoke transparently, without hiding anything.

Only then was Gu Tong satisfied and said, ”Dean Huang, I failed to apply to the school beforehand, which was my oversight, but I can guarantee the safety of the trainees in this class and ensure no accidents will occur.”

Dean Huang Zhizhong’s eyes widened, saying, ”You guarantee...”

He didn’t expect Gu Tong to make such a heavy guarantee for so many students’ safety; could this really be managed?

Gu Tong was unafraid and said, ”This time, the equipment we’re using is for practice from the Trainee Academy, and the electromagnetic waves are all soft bullets. When hit on the body, it might just cause some pain, not other issues.”

Trainee Academy...

Dean Huang Zhizhong knew about equipment but didn’t know that Gu Tong had borrowed equipment from the Trainee Academy.

Gu Tong chuckled lightly and said, ”It’s inconvenient to talk here; let’s head into the classroom.”

This place was bustling with people, which could cause certain impacts. Gu Tong understood this principle; she didn’t want more rumors spreading due to the dean’s visit, so she didn’t want to stay here long.

Dean Huang Zhizhong understood Gu Tong’s intent and said no more, following her into the classroom.

There are four keys to the multifunctional classroom: Gu Tong has one, assistant teacher Jiang Lihao has one, Sheng Yiweng, the class leader, has one, and the last one is in the security room.

Gu Tong opened the door skillfully, turning on the lights inside the room as today was overcast, making the classroom seem quite dark.

Dean Huang Zhizhong opened his mouth but didn’t utter a sound, patiently waiting for Teacher Gu Tong’s explanation.

Gu Tong was ready to clarify things for him, thinking this, she went to the last row and opened several iron cabinets there.
