Reborn and Counterattack: The CEO's Powerful Sweetheart

Chapter 1342: Chapter 1341: The Attitude of Caring About and Understanding His Emotions

The students of Internal Medicine Class Two flocked to the playground; this was their physical education class. However, their internal medicine teacher Ding Sidan had held them for an extra twenty minutes, which caused them to arrive at the playground late.

Rather than calling it a physical education class, it’s more like an exercise subject, since medical school students generally have poor physical fitness. Following the arrangement by the physical education teacher, their class was tasked with basketball, requiring them to freely train. This was meant to add some fun to the course.

The students in Class Two were divided into two groups, with each group selecting 12 players. Five from each group would play on the court, and the rest sat on the lawn as substitutes, while the remaining students acted as spectators.

A student from Class Two looked around and suddenly said, ”Hey, Hu Bichao, look, aren’t those the students from Internal Medicine Class One? Do they also have PE class now?”

Hu Bichao glanced over dismissively and said, ”Ha, those guys? They’re duped by the elective course teacher, minor league students just aiming for credits. Heh, all they do for credit is run and train, no ambition whatsoever.”

The teacher responsible for Class Two was also Ding Sidan. As an advanced teacher, she managed many classes under her belt, with most being talented classes.

Among them, Class One and Class Three were regular classes, while Class Two, Class Four, and Class Five were the elite classes.

The students of these three elite classes were all personally cultivated by Ding Sidan, hence within these classes, students held a subtle sentiment for Teacher Ding Sidan.

Ever since Gu Tong poached her students last time, Ding Sidan had been vexed over it, often dropping hints in her classes, while fostering dislike for Gu Tong and warning her students against taking elective courses.

”Wow, this is an elective course? They’re circling around tables like it’s a PE class.”

Huang Chengyi, also an elite student, sneered and said, ”It’s really disgraceful for us in the medical field; they’re not focusing on core courses at all, just busy chasing credits. They’ll never amount to much in the future.”

Hu Bichao agreed, coldly glancing at the elective course students and echoed Teacher Ding Sidan’s oft-repeated saying, ”Everyone has their fate; if they choose to drift, let them. We can’t control them.”

Huang Chengyi disagreed, saying, ”I think they can be saved. After all, they were once students preparing for elite classes; how bad can they be? It ultimately boils down to elective course teachers misleading them; they were swayed and stopped progressing.”

Hu Bichao looked at him and laughed, ”So what are you going to do? Be a savior and rescue them?”

Huang Chengyi furrowed his brows, indeed harboring such thoughts. Though his motives weren’t pure, he wasn’t particularly interested in saving those students, but rather keen on regaining face for Teacher Ding Sidan.

Thinking it through, Huang Chengyi smirked, ”Since the elective course teachers train their physical fitness, their physical abilities must be top-notch, right? Hehe, surely they’d excel in this sports project.”

Saying this, he raised his hand and pointed to the basketball court, his insinuation quite clear.

Hu Bichao’s eyes lit up immediately, nodding in strong agreement, ”Indeed, you’re a smart one!”

1341: Engage and understand his mood

Typically advocating for physical training, if an elective course teacher is beaten in a sports project, that’s quite comical when shared.

An elective course is but running training; if after all this time, their physical ability is inferior to that of Class Two, who would want to take electives?

The students of Class Two planned optimistically, eager to challenge, not for a moment considering the possibility of the elective course teacher besting them.

At least to them, the elective course teacher was merely a woman; no matter how strong, how strong could she possibly be? Moreover, just an elective course teacher; surely her skills are average. If so capable, why not become a main course teacher?

However, unbeknownst to them, with Gu Tong’s credentials, she could perfectly handle main course teaching. However, her identity as an academy teacher was merely a guise, requiring only titular presence, not deep involvement or burdensome work.

Thus, Class Two’s students’ plan was entirely self-destructive.

...

On the other side.

Gu Tong was chatting with Sheng Yiweng, when assistant teacher Jiang Lihao returned, looking crestfallen.

His face appeared embarrassed, and he shyly scratched his head, ”The students are self-sufficient, proactive, and capable; it seems they don’t need my help.”

Perhaps truly aged...

Or maybe he wasn’t intuitive with blueprints; Jiang Lihao was much less nimble-minded than the students, struggling to even comprehend the blueprints, let alone piece them together.

Jiang Lihao was completely muddled, turning what would be helpful assistance into confusion among students who expected him to help.

After quite some time of research, Jiang Lihao’s jumbled attempts at piecing things were inferior to their self-directed actions. The students then realized, the assistant teacher was just as incapable and his attempts were counterproductive.

Awkwardly, Jiang Lihao couldn’t stay with one group long, instead going around to various groups attempting to help, only to be met with uniformly unwelcome results.

The students expressed their displeasure, protesting silently while protecting their own piecing work from the assistant teacher’s intervention.

Eventually...

Deeply rejected by the students, Jiang Lihao returned thoroughly distraught.

”...” Gu Tong’s mouth twitched twice.

”...” Sheng Yiweng was completely at a loss.

They both felt the assistant teacher was overly childlike.

However, Gu Tong thought the students were quite something too, not understanding how to respect and care for the teacher. After all, the assistant teacher was not well, and they should be considerate of his emotions.

Gu Tong thought, she would find an opportunity to remind the students later; after all, maintaining a positive mindset is important for patients; not to overly stress the assistant teacher.

Jiang Lihao still watched the students piecing things together, pitifully pursing his lips, ”I’m just too inexperienced, not skilled enough to help them.”

Why does it seem like he’s about to cry...

Gu Tong speechlessly said, ”Let Sheng Yiweng teach you someday; it’s not too difficult.”

After all, he’s an assistant teacher; if he can’t piece things together himself, what can he teach the students? Evidently, the assistant teacher needs some training too, can’t just let him draft teaching plans and exploit his value.

Jiang Lihao’s eyes instantly brightened, looking expectantly at Gu Tong, ”Really...”

Gu Tong rubbed her temples, ”Indeed, right, Sheng Yiweng.” Saying that, her gaze was somewhat suggestive, entirely presenting an air of ’assistant teacher is unwell, take care and understand his mood’.
