Reborn and Counterattack: The CEO's Powerful Sweetheart

Chapter 1338: Chapter 1337: Why So Excited?

”Yes, yes, yes, I have time!!!”

Jiang Lihao was almost jumping for joy. As long as he could get involved with the equipment, even if there was no time, he would make time. Moreover, he lacked everything else right now, but the one thing he didn’t lack was time!

”...” Was there a need to be this excited...

Gu Tong was slightly speechless and said, ”Thank you, Assistant Teacher, for taking the trouble.”

”Sure, sure, sure, it’s not troublesome at all, not at all!”

Assistant Teacher Jiang Lihao was extremely excited and prepared to approach the students.

But right then, Sheng Yiweng from the student group was unexpectedly heading towards them.

Jiang Lihao, slightly stunned to see him, asked, ”Why aren’t you assembling the equipment?”

Sheng Yiweng pressed his lips together and didn’t say anything.

Jiang Lihao guessed, ”Uh... is the assembling too difficult for you to figure out? Hey, don’t worry, Teacher Gu Tong let me come to help. I can assist you with the assembly.” After saying that, he almost forgot he was a rookie at assembling and patted his chest.

”No.” Sheng Yiweng rejected his guess, looking slightly awkward as he raised his head and said, ”Assembling equipment should be explored by the students themselves. If I join, it would seem like cheating.”

The suspicion of cheating...

Such confidence.

Jiang Lihao’s mouth twitched, and he said, ”Have you assembled equipment before?”

No way.

This kind of equipment isn’t just something you can casually come into contact with. What kind of family is Sheng Yiweng from, to be so confident?

Sheng Yiweng didn’t say much but nodded, considered it a response.

Jiang Lihao widened his eyes, ”...”

Damn, is this equipment so commonplace now? Even Sheng Yiweng has handled equipment; could it be that Teacher Gu Tong taught him privately?

After all, this guy is considered Teacher Gu Tong’s top student, so it’s quite possible she would privately pass on some knowledge.

Gu Tong spoke up first, ”Hmm, then you don’t have to do the assembly practice!”

Jiang Lihao didn’t know Sheng Yiweng’s family background, but Gu Tong knew it very well.

Sheng Yiweng’s grandfather was Sheng Guoli of Shoucheng Academy, his granduncle was Prince Sheng Guoliang of the Academy, and like Gu Tong, he was from a prominent Royal Family.

Children from such families were able to handle equipment from a young age. However, these were usually the discarded equipment from Pinge Academy, mostly used for splicing and assembling practice.

And that was precisely the knowledge this class was meant to teach.

Therefore, if Sheng Yiweng were to join the course, it would count as cheating.

Not just reducing the students’ curiosity, but also losing a bit of fun.

Sheng Yiweng replied calmly, ”Okay, thank you, Teacher.”

As expected...

Teacher Gu Tong had been giving Sheng Yiweng private lessons.

Assistant Teacher Jiang Lihao felt quite speechless and didn’t say much further, ”Then I’ll go help now.”

”Okay.” Gu Tong answered and then sat down on the chair. She looked up at Sheng Yiweng and asked, ”How do you plan to spend this class?”

Sheng Yiweng adjusted his glasses and said, ”I plan to spend it communicating with Teacher Gu Tong.”

”...” Communicating??? That’s more like chit-chat...

Gu Tong shrugged her shoulders and said, ”You don’t feel it’s a waste of time, I don’t mind either.” Anyway, this class was about watching the students assemble the equipment. If any issues arose, she would remind or guide them.

However, now with Sheng Yiweng here, it was like having an extra assistant teacher, an additional strong helper. Gu Tong always knew how to utilize resources; how could she miss this chance to slack off!
