Reborn and Counterattack: The CEO's Powerful Sweetheart

Chapter 1340: Chapter 1339: In My Eyes, You Still Have a Long Way to Go

If Teacher Gu Tong is willing to train them, for the students, it’s simply a rare opportunity.

However.

Sheng Yiweng pursed his lips and said, ”Compared to the proper trainees, they are still very far behind. If we hope to train them into qualified Royal Doctors, there is quite a gap, let alone becoming true Battlefield Warriors.”

Gu Tong was also clear about this, and she had the training from Mr. Baili, along with many objective results; she is an exception, a rare encounter of an exception.

These students do indeed still fall short, whether in physical ability or the cultivation of their studies, they cannot compare to Royal Doctors.

Gu Tong said calmly, ”This is just a subject, and an elective one at that. What they need to achieve is to understand, comprehend, and recognize, almost like a hobby; they can like it but not engage in this kind of work, this is the essence.”

Sheng Yiweng pursed his lips, understanding that Gu Tong was right. This is reality and also the significance of elective courses.

However, his goal was not limited to this; if said this way, then his distance was too remote.

Thinking of this, Sheng Yiweng couldn’t help feeling a bit gloomy, and asked, ”Teacher, how far am I from the qualifications of a Battlefield Royal Doctor?”

He wanted to know his own ability and even more wanted to know Teacher Gu Tong’s definition of it. This was his goal for striving upward and also the reason he became a student of the Academy.

Gu Tong glanced at him, not fearing to discourage him, and said, ”In my view, you are still very far.”

Sheng Yiweng was dumbfounded. Indeed, he still had a long way to go to become a Battlefield Royal Doctor. Even though he had known it all along, Sheng Yiweng still couldn’t help feeling disappointed.

Gu Tong’s red lips parted, and she said, ”To become a Battlefield Royal Doctor, you must first become a Royal Doctor. To become a Royal Doctor, you must first learn medicine. You are now only at the first step. After you pass this stage and become a qualified Royal Doctor, how you develop further is up to you, not for me to judge.”

These words were straightforward, but they were not wrong.

To pursue a certain profession, one must first engage in related things and gradually begin to build the foundation, which is the fundamental issue.

Since Sheng Yiweng wants to be a Battlefield Royal Doctor, the very first thing is to start studying medicine, rather than making a sudden decision.

Furthermore, the subject Sheng Yiweng selected is Medical Psychology, which is the most unrelated subject to a Royal Doctor, so his road ahead is still very long.

These words are very basic, even a young person striving upward can voice such motivational talk.

However, these words came from Gu Tong’s mouth.

For Sheng Yiweng, this was already of extraordinary significance.

Sheng Yiweng nodded and said, ”I understand, Teacher Gu Tong!” His eyes were full of determination, as if he had grasped a principle.

Sometimes, humans are like this. They more or less hold double standards. As long as the words come from someone they admire or like, even the most basic, they will treat it as a treasured truth.

However, this is also human nature.

After all, the road ahead is bleak; without a bit of hope, they won’t even have the motivation to move forward.

The journey is long, and light is needed.

The conversation between the two did not last long, around ten minutes, yet in that time, it was enough for another class to enter the field again.
