Supreme Warrior in the City

The Three Eagles of Yanbei and others nearby were suddenly stunned, and the Old Eagle said in amazement, ”Su Alliance Leader, do you know them?”

Su Yang said in a deep voice, ”This group of people is the same group that entered this valley with us back then!”

Everyone was enlightened, and their expressions became even more panicked. It seemed like Su Yang had a feud with these people, and they definitely wouldn’t let him go.

At this moment, Shariel had already brought his people over. There were quite a few people surrounding this place completely. It seemed they weren’t planning to give Su Yang any chance to break through.

”Shariel, we fell into this place because we were deceived by the Divine Master. Instead of seeking revenge on him, you come for me. What’s the meaning of this?” Su Yang said aloud.

”We certainly will seek revenge on the Divine Master, but before that, since we’re all trapped in this valley, I have to deal with you first!” Shariel took a step forward, looked at Su Yang with a playful expression, and smiled, ”Su Alliance Leader, haven’t you heard the saying? ’Those not of our kin are sure to have different hearts.’ We are the noble Feather Clan, and you people are just inferior humans, not of the same kind as us. What right do you have to live like us?”

Su Yang’s face turned cold. Even at this time, Shariel still acted so high and mighty. These so-called descendants of the Feather Clan had arrogance deeply embedded in their bones, always considering themselves far superior to the Human Clan. Reasoning with such people was meaningless. The best way to deal with them was to subdue them!

The problem, however, was that Su Yang’s side was far outnumbered compared to Shariel’s. If it came to a fight, Su Yang’s side would definitely be at a disadvantage!

After pondering for a while, Su Yang said in a deep voice, ”Noble Feather Clan? Hah, I don’t think so. Such a noble race, yet to deal with just a few of us, you have to gather so many people. It seems you are not noble at all but rather a bunch of lowly rubbish!”

”Hahaha...” Shariel laughed out loud and said coldly, ”Su, there’s no point in trying that so-called provocation tactic with me. Rest assured, we noble Feather Clan would never stoop to act against your inferior kind...”

As Shariel finished speaking, he waved his hand, and immediately, a group of people, all Huaxia people, came forward.

Seeing these people, the Old Eagle and the others’ expressions changed drastically, and the Old Eagle angrily said, ”Damn, it’s these bastards. Betrayed us to become slaves to these bird people, and now they’re their thugs, turning against their own kind?”

Su Yang had heard from the Old Eagle before that about two hundred people had been captured by the descendants of the Feather Clan and made into slaves. Right now, before Su Yang and his people stood about a hundred or two. It seemed these were the very people the Old Eagle had mentioned.

Undoubtedly, Shariel intended to use this group against Su Yang and his people. Those Feather Clan descendants had no intention of getting involved but planned to watch from the sidelines.

Su Yang frowned deeply. Even if those Feather Clan descendants didn’t intervene, just this group of slaves alone was nearly two hundred strong. And there were only a dozen or so on Su Yang’s side, making the battle unwinnable!

”Su Alliance Leader, these are your Huaxia people. Come on, try the feeling of dogs biting dogs!” Shariel laughed wildly, ”I wonder what it feels like to be killed by your own kind?”

Shariel’s words stopped abruptly as he looked behind Su Yang with a shocked expression.

Su Yang, not knowing what was happening, also turned to look, only to see someone emerging from a gap in the wall of the Feather Spirit Palace.

This person was dressed in black, covering most of his body, with a cloth over his face, leaving only his eyes exposed, completely concealing his appearance.

The masked man’s gaze swept over the crowd, he walked over calmly and stopped directly at the light barrier. His eyes showed no wavering, as if he didn’t care about the situation outside, as if he had the attitude of an onlooker watching a battle between tigers.

This took everyone by surprise, leaving those Feather Clan descendants bewildered.

Everyone knew that they had been here for quite some time. These Feather Clan descendants also attempted many times to enter the Feather Spirit Palace. However, no matter how hard they tried, they couldn’t pass through the light barrier, always blocked from entering.

Moreover, they all knew that the people inside the Feather Spirit Palace had been pushed out by that light. By all accounts, there should be no one left inside the palace.

Now that someone walked out from inside, what was happening?

This person could pass through the light, entering the Feather Spirit Palace? Was he not bound by the light’s restrictions?

The scene fell silent, and a gleam flashed in Shariel’s eyes. He quickly stepped forward a few paces and shouted, ”Hello, friend. We are descendants of the Feather Clan. Who are you?”

The person inside offered no response, merely glancing at Shariel with apparent disdain in their eyes.

This expression filled Shariel with anger. He shouted with rage, ”This Feather Spirit Palace is the holy land of our Feather Clan. What is the meaning of your entering our holy land?”

The masked individual still ignored him, with even more disdain in their eyes.

Seeing this, Su Yang felt secretly pleased. Undoubtedly, this masked person had no allegiance to the Feather Clan, which was good news.

”Hello, senior. We are Huaxia people!” Su Yang quickly approached, ”These people are descendants of the Feather Clan. They’ve always intended to take the Feather Spirit Palace for themselves. They captured so many of us just to seize the palace. Senior, please don’t be deceived by them!”

The masked person glanced at Su Yang, still looking as disdainful as before, not much different than when looking at Shariel.

This left Su Yang a bit confused. What was the identity of this masked individual? They showed disdain for both the Feather Clan descendants and for them, the Huaxia people. Could it be that this person didn’t belong to either group?

The Huaxia side could be considered a representation of the Human Clan. If this person didn’t belong to the Huaxia side, it could almost be concluded that he was not working for the Human Clan either.

And if not part of the Feather Clan, then to which race did he belong?

Shariel shouted a few more times, but seeing no reaction from the masked person, he grew angry and immediately sent a group of people to charge at the Feather Spirit Palace.

Shariel, seeing the masked man inside, assumed the power of the light barrier was gone. However, the group he sent was bounced back again as they approached the light barrier, unable to enter.

This development changed Shariel’s expression again. Undoubtedly, the light barrier’s power still persisted, preventing them from entering.

But how did this masked individual manage to enter?
