Supreme Warrior in the City

Su Yang looked up at the eagle: ”Why bypass them?”

”Huh?” The eagle was stunned for a moment, was that even a question? Our strength is far inferior to theirs. Not bypassing them and going straight over, what’s the difference between that and seeking death?

”Su Alliance Leader, if we don’t bypass them, then... then we’ll have to confront them directly?” The eagle said worriedly, ”Once we encounter them, they have over two hundred people. If a fight breaks out, we... we surely won’t be able to match them...”

”You also mentioned earlier that there are over a hundred people from Huaxia who don’t want to submit to them and are now imprisoned by them!” Su Yang said, ”They’re all people of Huaxia, can we just stand by and watch them being imprisoned and tortured by those Feather Clan descendants?”

”Then... then what should we do?” The eagle’s eyes widened: ”Su Alliance Leader, are you thinking of rescuing these people? But, we don’t have enough personnel on our side. We only have thirty to forty people, whereas they have more than two hundred!”

”Thirty to forty against more than two hundred is indeed a bit difficult to fight. However, it may not be impossible!” Su Yang thought for a while, ”First, draw a map of that area, remember, mark all the special environments around it. Where there are mountains, where there is water, where there are trees, where there are shrubs, mark them all clearly!”

The eagle didn’t know what Su Yang meant, but he nodded and said, ”I’ll take care of it!”

The nearby people watched Su Yang’s calm expression, but they became restless in their hearts. Looking at Su Yang’s stance, is he really going to rush in and fight? But with thirty to forty people against more than two hundred, how is this battle supposed to be fought?

It should be known that everyone’s power is now sealed, and they have all become no different from ordinary people.

If everyone had power, they could still suppress the opponent with absolute strength. But now, everyone is an ordinary person, and numbers will decide everything.

Indeed, Su Yang’s fighting power is quite strong, and the Little Turtle, after growing larger, might intimidate quite a few people. However, if they really have to fight those over two hundred people head-on, they are still not up to it.

Even if Little Turtle can hold its own ground, the problem is, those Feather Clan descendants can bypass Little Turtle and specifically focus on surrounding their thirty to forty people. By then, if they kill everyone on their side, how will they rescue anyone?

So, in everyone’s view, Su Yang’s decision to confront these people seemed incredibly foolish, it was practically walking into death!

Su Yang naturally understood what was on everyone’s minds, but he didn’t pay attention, because he was still calculating how to fight this battle!

If everyone’s powers hadn’t been sealed, this fight would indeed be impossible. Everyone has the cultivation of Land Immortals, and once the chaos breaks out, only strength matters.

But now that everyone’s powers have been sealed, fighting this battle becomes much easier.

After all, Su Yang walked off the Blood Wolf King’s battlefield at the frontier, jungle warfare, winning with less, is not impossible!

Especially in the current situation, catching the opponent off guard gives a significant chance of winning. The only question is how this battle can be planned!

Soon, the eagle drew a map of the area.

After all, the eagle and his team had lived in the area for over a year, so they were very familiar with the surroundings. The map was drawn in great detail, with all terrains basically marked clearly.

According to the map display, the place where the group was stationed was about two days’ journey from Feather Spirit Palace, chosen to be on a mountainside.

On this mountainside, there is a cave, where the environment is quite decent, fairly dry, and can accommodate some people; it’s where those Winged Cultivators mainly reside.

At the foot of the mountain, there is a wide lake, which serves as their water source.

Outside the cave, there is a forest where those Huaxia Cultivators are imprisoned. They are all tied to the trees, with fifty Feather Clan descendants patrolling in the area to prevent escape and guard against attacks.

The remaining hundred and fifty plus Feather Clan descendants, fifty people mainly handle various sources of survival, such as picking and hunting, to support the group’s living. The remaining hundred plus Feather Clan descendants, ten are responsible for various logistical work, and the last hundred people are the real big shots, mainly responsible for security.

This is due to everyone having no power now, so their survival methods resemble primitive humans. Every day their life mainly focuses on searching for food to stave off hunger.

Of course, although they have diverse tasks, in a situation where an attack from outsiders occurs, these people will quickly respond to fight back. Whether it’s those on patrol, those hunting or picking, or those handling logistics, they will transform into warriors to retaliate.

Su Yang looked at the map carefully for a while, then suddenly asked: ”Is this cave located on the mountainside?”

”Yes!” The eagle nodded.

”How large is the cave entrance?” Su Yang asked.

The eagle thought for a moment, gesturing: ”About a zhang (approx. 3.3 meters).”

”A zhang!” Su Yang calculated in his heart, then turned to look at the leisurely Little Turtle lying nearby.

This guy hasn’t grown too big now, only about three to four meters long, with the turtle shell looking like a millstone in size. Previously, Su Yang had seen its larger form, measuring about twenty to thirty meters long, with the turtle shell two to three zhang wide, truly a giant.

After calculating in his mind, Su Yang basically had a plan and asked: ”Is this cave where they rest? When do they usually go into the cave to rest?”

”These people are active during the night, resting mostly during the day, and coming out to work at night.” The eagle paused and said, ”However, only about a hundred people rest in the cave. There are fifty people in the forest, mainly responsible for patrols. Moreover, another fifty plus people are mainly responsible for hunting and picking, usually staying at their hunting and picking location, where there’s also a smaller base. Of course, during the daytime, there are still a dozen people awake, overseeing their prey and keeping an eye on their traps, etc.”

”How far is the hunting and picking location from this cave?” Su Yang asked.

”Three li (approx. 1.5 km), running normally takes about ten minutes.” The eagle said.

”Three li, shouting normally, definitely cannot be heard.” Su Yang wondered, ”Then if something happens here, how do they communicate?”
