Extraordinary Realm from Persuasion System

Chapter 493: Chapter 191: Establishing the Division of the Extraordinary Realm, Announcing the List of Martial Arts Realms!_5

”A grand announcement? Could it be... could it be the ’Declaration of Freedom’ on Dongbei Street?”

”This person must be a heavyweight.JPG.”

”...”

Witnessing what Zhang Beixing said at the end, people became extremely curious and discussed it endlessly.

However, due to Zhang Beixing’s erratic whereabouts during this period, they spent a long time discussing but couldn’t figure out anything.

Eventually, they simply started messing around, causing the comment section to go completely off-topic.

Seeing the netizens like this, Zhang Beixing felt quite speechless.

Damn it.

He makes a perfectly normal announcement, and not a single one of these netizens takes it seriously.

Good grief, messing around, are they?

Fine!

Then you all just wait. Wait until I drop that huge news, announcing the birth of the Transcendent. Let’s see if you can still mess around then!

”This time, we’ll feast on traffic. The next wave of suggestions will definitely be even more outrageous...”

Zhang Beixing turned off his phone. He got up and returned to the camp.

Because he had spent some time reading the netizens’ comments, it was now nine o’clock in the evening.

Despite the pleasant scenery in Nanyun Province, the winter nights were still quite cold.

Zhang Beixing wasn’t bothered by the cold now.

But, if there was a warm stove to huddle around, who would be idle enough to freeze outside?

That would be utterly foolish.

With this thought, Zhang Beixing activated his Postnatal Five Qi and quickly headed back to the outpost’s dormitory.

Upon entering, Zhang Beixing found Huo Honghao looking at his phone; the content displayed was the video he had just posted.

Thus, Huo Honghao also saw the teaser Zhang Beixing had left at the end of the video.

Inevitably curious, he asked Zhang Beixing what the teaser was about, wondering if it was related to the Transcendent.

”It is, but it’s not just about the Transcendent!”

Huo Honghao became even more curious, but Zhang Beixing mysteriously insisted on keeping it a secret.

Then he lay on his bed, took out a copy of Shuowen from his bag, and leisurely began reading.

Seeing Zhang Beixing act like this, Huo Honghao couldn’t help but scoff. He then went outside to call the leaders of the Central Region.

After all, his original plan was to return to Shishi the day after tomorrow.

But unexpectedly, an issue had come up requiring Zhang Beixing to participate in a military equipment evaluation.

Zhang Beixing was still officially listed under their Shishi military district.

Naturally, Huo Honghao couldn’t just leave Zhang Beixing behind and depart. He had to report to his superiors first.

Fortunately, the military equipment evaluation was standardized nationwide. They could connect to the national archive database, so it didn’t matter where the evaluation took place; it didn’t need to be in their specific jurisdiction.

While Huo Honghao was making his report, Zhang Beixing, holding Shuowen, began to form a general idea about the major events he would announce in a few days.

...

Zhang Beixing had two major events to announce.

One was that he had broken through human limitations and attained the Transcendent state.

The other concerned the Martial Arts community of Great Xia.

The former was relatively easy to handle. Zhang Beixing just needed to record a video of himself practicing martial arts, along with the previous footage of him chasing down the drug trafficking gang.

The latter, however, was more complicated.

Having entered the Extraordinary Realm, Zhang Beixing could be considered an epoch-making figure, unparalleled in ancient or modern times. He was qualified and capable enough to address the issues with the classification of levels within the Martial Arts community and to regularize it!

Although the current strength classifications had been passed down for many centuries, one undeniable fact was that the martial arts levels were extremely vague!

All told, there were only four recognized levels: Martial Arts Master, Pseudo Grandmaster, Grandmaster, and Great Grandmaster!

And these weren’t even true levels, just terms used to describe martial arts proficiency, without any real substance or specific criteria.

The relatively clearer distinctions were between Pseudo Grandmaster and Grandmaster.

The level above, Great Grandmaster, was undefined because no one had reached it in seven hundred years.

And the level below, Martial Arts Master, was far too broad, leading to an incredibly blurry definition and inconsistent standards.

This meant that even though people held the same title of Martial Arts Master, some were strong enough to exchange a few moves with a Pseudo Grandmaster, while others couldn’t even defeat someone who had just started martial arts training two months prior.

There were even some who had never learned martial arts at all but, through some minor connections with a few martial artists, managed to use the title of Martial Arts Master to swindle and deceive!

And how could one verify if someone was a true Martial Arts Master? There was no way! It was impossible to verify!

This was undoubtedly detrimental to the development of the Martial Arts community.

As the President of the Great Xia Martial Arts Association, Zhang Beixing naturally couldn’t just stand by and ignore these issues.

Secondly, now that Zhang Beixing had reached the Extraordinary Realm, he indeed needed to plan the classification of future strength levels and determine his own current standing.

This would facilitate his future progress and exploration. Otherwise, the lack of a clear goal and direction would be far too ambiguous.

Another reason was that, since he had entered the Extraordinary Realm and surpassed the Great Grandmaster, he had a responsibility to guide future generations and establish a clear path for his peers!

Therefore, he had been contemplating this matter for some time.

And now, having finished reading Shuowen, Zhang Beixing had a general idea of how to reform the Martial Arts community.

At the same time, aside from Grandmaster and Great Grandmaster, all other existing levels would be completely overhauled and restructured, making them clear and specific!

As for the order of this new structure, Zhang Beixing already had a preliminary idea, one that would naturally integrate the philosophies of Chinese classical thought and incorporate ancient wisdom.
