Death Guns In Another World

Chapter 1838 - 1628: Spar against Lilith 1

Alex and Lilith stood facing each other on the platform, their levels evenly matched. Alex tied back his long, almost-gray hair as a hush fell between them.

Suddenly, a crackling sound emanated from Alexʼs neck as he twisted it left and right. ”Letʼs start slow and have some fun,” he suggested. ”Letʼs go weaponless first.”

Lilith nodded, her expression remaining impassive. Though she was female and traditionally considered physically weaker, Lilith was no ordinary woman. As a demon, her physical prowess exceeded that of many other races, rivaling even some male counterparts. She was confident she could hold her own against Alex, unaware of the true extent of his abilities.

Alexʼs bloodline had evolved far beyond his High Human origins, assimilating various races over time. He now possessed the rare and powerful Royal Asura bloodline, on par with the apex predatory dragons. But Lilith remained oblivious to this as the sparring match was about to begin, with the two competitors testing their physical limits first.

Having reached the pinnacle of this world, both Alex and Lilith possessed speeds befitting their lofty realm. Even without utilizing any special movement techniques, they moved with such blinding velocity that normal humans would perceive them as blurs.

In an instant, they closed the distance of over twenty paces between them, arriving before one another in the blink of an eye.

Alex unleashed what appeared to be a simple punch, yet the sheer power behind it twisted the very space around it, creating a vortex-like distortion.

The devastating strike reached Lilith in a heartbeat, tearing through the air. Though inwardly startled, Lilithʼs outward composure remained unshaken. Displaying godlike control over her body, she tilted her upper torso back slightly, narrowly evading the lethal punch. Retaliating immediately, she drove her elbow upward to deflect the blow while simultaneously thrusting her other fist towards Alexʼs unguarded stomach.

Her tightly-packed fist cut through the air like a divine arrow, the friction carving a path through the atmosphere. The entire exchange transpired in the blink of an eye.

Alexʼs eyes widened fractionally as Lilithʼs counter-strike hurtled towards his midsection. With reflexes honed to the pinnacle, he twisted his torso, narrowly evading the devastating punch. Even so, the shockwave from Lilithʼs strike buffeted him, testament to the immense power behind it.

Refusing to be deterred, Alex riposted with a flurry of blows, his fists blurring as he unleashed a relentless onslaught. Yet Lilith proved more than equal to the task, her movements fluid and graceful as she wove between the strikes, deflecting and parrying with effortless ease. It was just like fight scene in martial arts novel where you counter brute power with gentleness.

The air crackled with the intensity of their exchange, space itself seeming to distort under the weight of their godlike powers. Shockwaves radiated outward with each traded blow, threatening to level the very platform upon which they stood.

Unwilling to be outdone, Lilith shifted tactics, launching a series of devastating kicks that Alex struggled to keep up with. His brow furrowed in concentration as he fought to maintain his defense, the raw power behind Lilithʼs strikes testing the limits of even his exceptional abilities.

Neither combatant showed any signs of tiring, their inhuman stamina and mastery of their bodies allowing them to sustain the furious pace of the battle. It was clear that this was no mere sparring match - it was a clash between titans, a testament to the heights they had attained through their unwavering dedication and skill.

Alexʼs lips curled into a sincere smile as he offered words of praise.

”Not bad, Lilith.”

Despite holding back the full extent of his physical prowess out of consideration for her, she had proven more than capable of matching him blow for blow.

Sensing that Lilith was worthy of his unrestrained power, Alexʼs expression hardened with determination. In an instant, his muscles contracted with an audible pop, his skin reddening as it radiated heat. This was a clear sign that he had cast aside his previous restraint.

Lilithʼs piercing purple eyes narrowed as she observed the transformation. Her own dark purple locks seemed to deepen in hue, becoming an even richer, more vibrant purple. The corner of her lips curled upwards, her silent challenge evident in the gesture.

ʼBring it,ʼ her expression seemed to say, a gleam of excitement burning in her eyes. She was more than ready to meet Alexʼs unleashed might head-on, her own power coiling within her, waiting to be unleashed.

The air crackled with palpable tension as the two warriors stared each other down, each refusing to back down. This was no mere sparring session - it was a clash between titans, a test of their truly extraordinary abilities. Whatever happened next, it was certain to be a spectacle that would shake the very foundations of their training ground.

The tension in the air was palpable as Alex and Lilith stared each other down, both radiating an aura of unbridled power. Lilithʼs challenge hung in the air, and Alex knew there was no turning back.

With a deep breath, Alex lowered his center of gravity, his muscles coiling like springs ready to unleash their fury.

Swoosh!

In a blur of motion, he launched himself forward, his speed shattering the sound barrier as he closed the distance between them.

Lilith met his assault head-on, her own body moving with effortless grace as she parried and countered Alexʼs relentless strikes.

The two warriors traded blows at a pace that made the eye strain to follow, their limbs a blur of motion as they pushed each other to the limits of their abilities.

Bam! Bam! Bang! Bang!

The thunderous impacts of their collisions shook the very ground, sending tremors through the surrounding landscape.

Shockwaves radiating outward threatened to level everything in their path, and yet the two combatants remained locked in their dance of destruction, neither willing to concede an inch.

Lilithʼs attacks grew more savage, her strikes laced with a primal fury that belied her elegant movements. Alex, in turn, met her intensity with his own, his heterochromia eyes narrowing in fierce concentration as he fought to maintain his advantage.

The clash of titans raged on, a spectacle of raw power and unbridled skill that defied description. Onlookers would have been hard-pressed to believe that such feats of superhuman prowess were even possible, so far beyond the realm of mortal capabilities.

Yet Alex and Lilith continued their titanic struggle, each determined to emerge victorious, their very existence fueling the fires of their unrelenting onslaught.
