The Wealthy Tycoon's Game of Life

Chapter 1714: Chapter 698: Curiosity_2

”Gift?”

Zhou Wang was taken aback, then smiled, ”No worries, I can’t really think about these things right now...”

”How can it be no worries?”

Xia Xiwei used a bright smile to conceal her inner nervousness, then avoided Zhou Wang’s gaze, ”I’ll give it to you right now, but you have to close your eyes first, okay!”

”Close my eyes? So secretive.”

Zhou Wang murmured, with little change in his expression, but his heartbeat couldn’t help but quicken.

As everyone knows, when a female lead in a novel asks the male lead to close his eyes, it’s usually to provide some sort of benefit...

So Zhou Wang closed his eyes quickly.

Then there was a rustling sound coming from Xia Xiwei’s direction, causing Zhou Wang to involuntarily conjure up certain images in his mind. But just as he was about to sneak a peek, he suddenly felt something cover his eyes.

Xia Xiwei even tied a knot on the back of his head.

Zhou Wang felt the silky material and sensed something was off. When he opened his eyes, everything was blurry. Although the light passed through well, he couldn’t see anything. He couldn’t help but ask, ”What is this?”

”My socks... They don’t smell, so don’t be disgusted.”

”Ahem.”

Zhou Wang was momentarily speechless and said with a wry smile, ”Is that necessary?”

”Hmph, you’re not a good guy, of course, I have to be cautious.”

Xia Xiwei said it quite naturally.

Zhou Wang really couldn’t argue with that, so he just stayed silent.

”Alright, no talking now, just... wait for me a bit, this gift is a bit tricky to bring out.”

Zhou Wang couldn’t see her expression, but could hear a hint of awkwardness in her seemingly natural tone.

To prevent Xia Xiwei from retreating, Zhou Wang indeed sat quietly in place without saying anything more.

Then the room fell silent.

Zhou Wang waited for about a minute and hardly heard any noise. Just as he was about to ask in confusion, Xia Xiwei suddenly grabbed his hand and issued a warning:

”Don’t move around!”

Move around? Zhou Wang was still puzzled when he suddenly felt his hand touch something substantial.

The feeling in that moment was hard to describe, a mix of satisfaction and a surreal sense of disbelief.

”Surprised?”

Xia Xiwei asked softly.

Even though he couldn’t see, Zhou Wang could imagine her biting her rosy lip, looking slightly shy.

”It’s alright...”

Yet, just as Zhou Wang was about to express his delight, he noticed something odd: ”Wait a second, Xixi, why are you still wearing clothes?”

”Of course, what did you expect... Your curiosity’s satisfied, just enjoy it quietly!”

In such moments, Zhou Wang naturally wouldn’t argue with Xia Xiwei but instead sought to savor the experience more deeply.

This lady was frugal indeed, as she was still clothed, yet at the same time, generous, because Zhou Wang’s touch clearly wasn’t of her JK shirt but another soft fabric.

Hmm...

”There’s still something not right here!”

”What’s wrong again now?”

Xia Xiwei tried hard to control her reaction, but her racing heartbeat still managed to transmit into Zhou Wang’s palm.

”The size of this clothing’s not right... Oh, I get it. You’re doing this on purpose, aren’t you? It’s the 21st century, and you’re still into this binding thing.”

”What do you know!”

Since Zhou Wang seemed rather well-behaved, gradually Xia Xiwei wasn’t as tense, and she softly hummed, ”The clothes I like are worn this way to look good, there’s something called ’youthful beauty’, don’t you know?”

Already twenty-seven or twenty-eight, still pursuing this youthful beauty...

Zhou Wang didn’t dare say that aloud, just muttered it inwardly, starting to understand.

Indeed, there’s a reason why people say ordinary girls look better in clothes. Especially in the modeling world, where the standard is generally AB cup, rarely finding a C-breasted figure.

While talking to Xia Xiwei, Zhou Wang was also stealthily making some moves, gauging from the slippery edges and the pressure his palm detected, he could infer that Xia Xiwei was quite capable.

Of course, she couldn’t compare to someone like Shen Yutong, a talent-level figure, but she wasn’t as the rumors said, merely squeezing it in.

Still, for a more detailed understanding, further verification was needed.

So following his spatial intuition, Zhou Wang suddenly moved forward a bit.

”What are you doing?”

Xia Xiwei was on guard, just asked doubtfully.

Based on her voice, Zhou Wang realized his direction was a bit off, so he readjusted, and with his free hand, he embraced Xia Xiwei’s waist.

”Hey, you... mmm?”

Quick, accurate, decisive.

Even Zhou Wang didn’t expect he’d manage to block Xia Xiwei’s mouth so precisely with zero failure.

Xia Xiwei was briefly stunned, but soon her rigid posture softened, with no signs of resistance; instead, she responded to Zhou Wang with eager enthusiasm.

She was never a coy woman, in some ways, she was straightforward, bold, possessing a kind of carefree spirit most girls didn’t have.

Otherwise, Xia Xiwei wouldn’t have tagged Zhou Wang on her birthday, if not for Ding Yi’s timely intervention, rumors about her and Zhou Wang would have been widespread by then.

Xia Xiwei simply overlooked one fact—

That she was currently in a semi-dressed state, resembling a defense minus 100 vulnerability, and once she let down her guard, how could Zhou Wang, this dog of a man, possibly miss such an opportunity?

Slipping his hand through the shirt’s open hem, Zhou Wang easily circled Xia Xiwei’s waist, marveling at the process.

Because beneath the silky skin, he detected pronounced abs... Quite the contrast to her ”sweet girl” persona.

At the same time, as Xia Xiwei got more carried away, Zhou Wang didn’t forget his main task, which was to determine... her actual size.

...

It was unclear how much time passed.

The door of Room 3 abruptly opened, and then Zhou Wang was pushed out.

”Xixi, let me explain...”

”I don’t want to hear it, you demon, get out, get out!”

Clutching her milky-white sweater, Xia Xiwei, lipstick entirely smudged, her makeup mostly gone, had an enchanting blush spreading from her eye corners down to her earlobes, creeping into her long neck.

Blooms of crimson adorned her fair collarbone, a captivating sight.

Her gaze showed evident shame and anger, and her expression seemed genuinely upset, as if Zhou Wang committed some grave offense; even Zhou Wang’s ’Empathy’ perk failed to work. She wouldn’t listen to anything Zhou Wang said, and after pushing him out, she slammed the door shut.

Zhou Wang also heard her locking the door.

”Was that necessary?”

Zhou Wang muttered, ”It’s not like you’re the only woman in the world with this Sacred Body...”

Mumbling aside, Zhou Wang knew full well that, for Xia Xiwei, a woman of virtue, the scene must’ve been overwhelming, she probably didn’t even realize she had such a side.

But even though he hadn’t kissed her enough, in any case, his curiosity was thoroughly satisfied, so Zhou Wang didn’t really have much to complain about.

He waved his hand, and Xiao Wang stealthily emerged from the corner again, still holding that box.

”Boss, no anomalies detected for the moment.”

This time, without waiting for Zhou Wang to ask, Xiao Wang took the initiative to report.

Zhou Wang nodded, quickly changed his clothes, and cleared away any lingering scent, and then retrieved a map from his pocket, marking off Xia Xiwei and Ding Yi’s names.

His gaze turned, beginning to ponder.

Who’s next...?
