The Wealthy Tycoon's Game of Life

Chapter 1711: Chapter 697: The Scumbag’s Code of Conduct

”Why didn’t I know before that you have such strength... Who are you trying to strangle?”

Zhou Wang let go of Ding Yi, got up, and lifted his shirt to take a look. A small bruise was clearly visible on his waist.

”Bah, who’s strong?”

Ding Yi hurriedly tugged at her skirt to cover the noticeable red marks on her pale, long legs, feeling a bit embarrassed as she sat up and turned to reach into the back of her blouse to fasten the button Zhou Wang had just undone.

Zhou Wang looked at her steadily, waiting for her to tidy up her outfit before sighing, ”I always thought you wouldn’t feel shy... I remember during the opening ceremony, you spoke on behalf of the freshmen at the auditorium in front of thousands, always confident and composed.”

”That’s because you never did anything to make me feel shy.”

Ding Yi muttered softly, noticing Zhou Wang’s eyes showing signs of brightening again. She quickly shrank to the other end of the sofa with caution.

”I’m not hinting at anything, you... better not come over again.”

”Cough.”

At this moment, Zhou Wang glanced at the hickey on Ding Yi’s snowy neck, feeling a bit guilty yet... savoring the moment.

It’s mainly because Ding Yi’s skin is so fair and tender that just a little force leaves noticeable marks... You then fall into a strange cycle of carefully yet irresistibly wanting to mess with it, deriving immense psychological satisfaction from it.

And although he didn’t turn Ding Yi’s dress into a mini-dress, Zhou Wang felt a slight sensation as he moved up smoothly.

Suggesting she might indeed be a ”Gong Baiwan.”

With Ding Yi’s radiant skin tone, if this were true, Zhou Wang couldn’t even imagine what kind of dreamlike earthly beauty that would be.

”Your eyes tell me you’re still thinking about those wild things.”

Feeling her warning seemed to have no effect on Zhou Wang, Ding Yi couldn’t help but kick at Zhou Wang in irritation.

Then, Zhou Wang quickly caught her foot.

”What are you doing?”

A blush again crossed Ding Yi’s face as she struggled to pull her leg back.

”Just hold it for a bit, really, I won’t do anything, just for a little while.”

Zhou Wang whispered, his eyes fixed on the pale skin between his palms.

The saying ”beauty can only do harm” rings true, but Zhou Wang found Ding Yi truly has no physical flaws. Even her foot’s shape is so perfect, a clear view of faint veins beneath the pink-white skin, holding it feels slippery and smooth.

”Just like this is fine.”

Ding Yi could see the obsession in Zhou Wang’s gaze, but she suppressed her unusual feelings and didn’t persist in withdrawing her leg.

”Of course, what else could it be?”

Zhou Wang grabbed her other foot, eyes fixed on the arch formed by them, stubbornly denying reality.

Confusion flashed across Ding Yi’s face briefly. With her knowledge, although she couldn’t understand what unique charm this part had, she sensed a hint of danger in Zhou Wang’s eyes.

After a quick thought, she suddenly changed her tone, ”Actually, it doesn’t have to be just like this.”

”Huh?”

Zhou Wang, loving every moment, raised his head in bewilderment.

”I can fulfill all obligations as a girlfriend, Zhou Wang, do you need that?”

Ding Yi tucked her hair behind her forehead, with a bright smile appearing once again, stunningly beautiful.

Zhou Wang nearly dropped Ding Yi’s foot because the underlying message behind her words was far too clear—

”Obligations” usually correspond to ”identity.”

Zhou Wang felt a bit regretful, promising only a kiss earlier, but lost control and now those words can’t be taken back.

But it’s not a big problem...

”Yiyi, do you think I truly have the qualification now to think about these things?”

Zhou Wang sighed.

Before Ding Yi, with her eyebrows slightly raised, could say something, Zhou Wang quickly said, ”But, I won’t be like before anymore.”

”What does that mean?”

Ding Yi was taken aback.

Zhou Wang smiled, rubbing gently while gazing directly into her clear, water-like eyes, ”I used to avoid, but I won’t do that anymore. I’ll seriously consider our relationship and strive for a positive outcome; I just... need some time.”

”Is that some kind of promise?”

Ding Yi pressed for an answer.

”Yes, what I said just now counts... and this as well.”

Zhou Wang said, naturally holding her foot and kissing its top softly.

”You’re really...”

Flushed, Ding Yi protested, hurriedly pulling her leg back, ”I... understand.”

Her eyebrows and eyes curved into a smile, even bringing a hint of soreness.

Four years have passed, starting from the graduation from senior high school, it’s been four years.

She finally heard the words she longed for from Zhou Wang’s mouth.

Yes, she’s always been proud and bright, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have the emotions of an ordinary girl. She could feel lost, sad, secretly shedding tears when they were seemingly strangers... Yet she never showed it.

But Ding Yi isn’t a girl easily deceived; she quickly thought of something and looked at Zhou Wang again.

”Then what about them?”

Zhou Wang almost feigned ignorance with a ”What ’them’?”

Damn, the atmosphere was just right for you to be moved and jump into my arms, and then we’d kiss, right?

Why bring up such mood-spoiling topics...

Fortunately, Zhou Wang was prepared mentally. With Ding Yi, Zhou Wang never underestimated her, so he simply said calmly:
