The Wealthy Tycoon's Game of Life

Chapter 1432: Chapter 560: Canary Training Plan (Part 2)

”Hmm?”

”So, even if you get married in the future, the money that continues to be credited will legally be recognized as your personal assets. It won’t need to be divided upon divorce, and it also has confidentiality attributes. The tax rate you’ll pay will be lower, among other benefits...”

”Completely belongs to me?”

Lisa’s eyes finally lit up.

She had heard some examples in the group of sisters being tricked. Obviously, when they were together, it seemed like they had everything, but once they broke up, they basically left with nothing after years of wasted effort, ending up with just a few handbags that may not even be genuine...

”Yes, completely personal.”

Qi Jiayi became serious again, ”But since there are benefits, naturally there are corresponding responsibilities. If you want to receive this money on time every month, you must fulfill your obligations completely.”

”This obligation refers to...”

At this time, Sun Xining, who had been listening quietly, finally spoke up.

She didn’t know why but she had decided to take last night as a perfect conclusion, marking a closure to the complicated relationship between her and Zhou Wang. Yet, being in the moment, she unconsciously began to contemplate based on Qi Jiayi’s words.

”Obligations are divided into two aspects.”

Qi Jiayi flipped to a certain page of the agreement, pointed at the content, and said, ”The first aspect is work-related.”

”Work?”

This word made the two girls look at each other in a puzzled manner.

Isn’t it supposed to be ”sponsorship”? How does it relate to work?

”Actually, rather than work, it’s more like Mr. Zhou’s suggestions for planning. Obligations in this aspect aren’t mandatory. If you fulfill them, you’ll receive more, but if not, there won’t be any loss.”

Qi Jiayi said blandly, ”For example, for you, Miss Sun Xining, we’ve provided around six or seven different plans, such as working for charitable organizations, like being the person in charge of a care plan for the growth of teenagers from single-parent families, or starting a business independently with coffee shops, bubble tea shops, nail salons, you can do anything you like...”

Sun Xining listened in a daze, feeling an unusual sentiment growing inside.

So, Zhou Wang is concerned about my future?

No, he’s not just concerned, he’s already directly intervened...

This was vastly different from what Sun Xining initially thought, where Zhou Wang would use material things to dismiss her. Sun Xining finally felt somewhat caught off guard.

Besides, an inexplicable sweetness was overwhelming.

...Actually, Sun Xining overlooked a fundamental issue; in just one morning, how could Zhou Wang manage to think of so many details?

All of this was the result of group effort by Qi Jiayi or the lawyer team behind her.

From the perspective of human nature, a woman having too much free time isn’t ideal, especially when Zhou Wang is destined to be extremely busy. Giving them some serious tasks can also reduce various troubles.

Zhou Wang himself couldn’t help but praise these clauses while browsing them... Sister Jiayi is impressive!

At that moment, Zhou Wang felt that Qi Jiayi was truly the one suitable to be his ”Chief Steward.”

Originally, he intended to choose Jiang Qingkui, but now it seems, both can manage their own domains, with Jiang Qingkui handling prominent public affairs, helping to shoulder the burden of group development, while Qi Jiayi becomes the minister of managing his personal life, organizing a beautiful future...

”So, what is the other aspect of obligation?”

Lisa blinked her long amber-colored eyelashes and asked ahead.

”The other aspect pertains to your personal life. Unlike ’work,’ these obligations have a certain degree of compulsion. If you violate them, or fail to meet the required standards, the contract may be terminated at any time, and it’s even possible to reclaim all the benefits you previously received from the agreement.”

Upon hearing this severity, the two girls became nervous.

Qi Jiayi now flipped several pages back in the draft agreement, pointing at the myriad of clauses and said, ”You can take a look yourself. There are many clauses, so I won’t reiterate them one by one. Ask me if there’s anything you don’t understand.”

Lisa and Sun Xining lowered their heads and started to read those clauses. As they read more, their cheeks began to blush slightly...

Although the wording was subtle, the content of these clauses was distinctly suggestive of certain meanings.

”Cannot have contact beyond boundaries with other males”

”Control diet, maintain figure”

”Cannot get pregnant without permission”

”...”

The clauses were more complex and without explicit language, but in their understanding, that was roughly the implication.

Simply put, they had to dedicate their whole body and mind to the commissioner.

Lisa didn’t find anything peculiar because she had signed similar terms with a club individually before, although not as detailed and complex as this.

Come the final part, Sun Xining closed the draft agreement, thought for a while, then looked up and asked:

”Um... Lawyer Qi, I want to know how much we can earn each month?”

Lisa secretly gave Sun Xining a thumbs up.

This was actually the question Lisa wanted to ask initially, but she was afraid of causing disgust to Qi Jiayi or Zhou Wang, who might be anywhere, so she kept silent.

She didn’t think Zhou Wang was stingy, after all, his lifestyle standard was evident. Even if a bit of money slipped through his fingers, it should be able to satisfy her.

But not knowing the specific figure was a bit unsettling after all.

Because they are supposed to bear so many obligations...

And if they deviate, everything would become futile, making the girl’s heart quite uneasy.

She completely forgot that last night she had already given Zhou Wang her most beautiful self, so even if Zhou Wang patted himself on the back and left now, there was nothing she could do.

”Because of the differences in trust assets, there is a slight variation in the expected monthly earnings for both of you. You can check the specifics on page 27 of the agreement.”

Upon hearing this, Lisa and Sun Xining picked up the draft agreement and turned to the page referenced by Qi Jiayi.

Sun Xining saw her ”trust target” was the equity of a non-listed group on Hong Kong Island, and the amount on paper was very small, only ”0.05%”.

But below that, there was a value for the expected earnings.

Seeing that number, Sun Xining couldn’t help but hold her breath, her heartbeat accelerated significantly.

Because according to the agreement, the expected monthly earnings from this equity would be no less than 110,000 Hong Kong Dollars, which is roughly 100,000 in RMB.

Further below, there was a clause indicating that this earnings period would last ”100 years.”

Yes, in other words, barring unforeseen events, once this agreement is signed, she can receive this money until death.

At this point, Qi Jiayi spoke again.

”You also need to be aware that the expected earnings stated in the agreement are only for the first month. According to the agreement, after a period of time, your trust assets will increase, and your monthly earnings will gradually grow...”

”If nothing unexpected happens, if you can maintain this agreement for over a year, your monthly expected earnings will not be less than 300,000, and will continue to rise...”

300,000?

Just requires a year?

Sun Xining was a bit shocked.

Moreover, Qi Jiayi confirmed that it was merely the lowest limit.

”This money isn’t actually all of your earnings.”

Qi Jiayi said meaningfully, ”If you are willing to ’work,’ you will gain even more profits, the start-up capital is also provided by us in full. Additionally, all gifts given by Mr. Zhou are not included in the agreement and are at your disposal.”

Sun Xining opened her lips but couldn’t say a word; her heart began to sway wildly.

Originally, she really intended to say goodbye to Zhou Wang and leave...

But now, suddenly she felt like she couldn’t take another step.
