Pillar of Yita

Fang Hong then recounted his experiences after leaving Morning Dawn Star, of course, he didn’t go into much detail about the Type-One Crystal incident, merely mentioning his own extraordinary encounter briefly.

The others from Morning Dawn Star had already moved far from the center of the whirlpool; there was no need to drag everyone back in, as Fang Hong well knew the magnitude of the secret of Hain Famm’s technological legacy.

After hearing him out, Sicape was silent for a long time. After all, she had strongly opposed this young man’s decision, but she hadn’t expected him to find his own path so quickly.

Kroid then looked at him and said, ”It looks like you have turned a curse into a blessing, luck is on your side, Ade. Stick to your own beliefs, everyone here will support you silently.”

Fang Hong nodded vigorously.

Seeing the background on the screen, he realized that the group from Morning Dawn Star was still at Stargate Port and couldn’t help asking, ”Mr. Kroid, haven’t you returned to Earth yet?”

After leaving Eteliria, Invokers underwent a period of psychological counseling, which, by his calculations, should only last a month; theoretically, the people from Morning Dawn Star should have been returning to Earth by now.

”The psychological counseling period has indeed just ended, but something came up,” Kroid replied, ”As you know, I have a certain background with the Russian military, and the logistics department has messaged me to stay at Stargate Port for a while.”

”Is it the same for everyone?”

All nodded, their reasons for staying were more or less similar, but all had received notifications from their respective national embassies.

Fang Hong was stunned for a moment and then asked, ”Could this possibly be because of my incident involving everyone?”

”I’m afraid not, lately, many Invokers who left Eteliria for various reasons have stayed at Stargate Port. In just one month, the number of those detained has already exceeded a thousand,” Kroid replied.

”Fortunately, this place is big enough, Mr. Ade,” Little Elsa chimed in.

Fang Hong knew that after the last expansion, the capacity of Stargate Port was around twenty thousand people. Of course, in the extreme scenario, supplying the port was a significant challenge; the current schedule of cargo rockets every three months definitely wasn’t sufficient.

This was still thanks to the rapid technological progress in the Stargate Era; in fact, Stargate Port was not just a gateway but also a stepping stone into deep space for humanity.

Even in this new era, humanity had never given up on exploring deeper into the universe, and the existence of Eteliria had, in fact, spurred mankind’s curiosity about the cosmos.

What kind of existence had created this world, and what kind of high-dimensional information they left in this world was being conveyed to humanity.

Is a high-dimensional civilization genuinely real? Does this universe have other entry points like Eteliria?

In fact, after the remodeling project of Stargate Port Zone C is completed, this multifunctional complex airport will truly take shape; by then, the projected permanent population here is expected to exceed ten thousand.

However, in this season, why various governments would suddenly detain so many retired Invokers at Stargate Port remains a baffling matter.

The Eteliria community also suddenly went into a controlled state, and the behaviors of the major guilds in the Second World seemed somewhat abnormal. With such mysteriously coincidental situations occurring one after another at Stargate Port, Fang Hong sensed an unusual undercurrent beneath the seemingly calm surface, much like the storm he encountered over the Cloud Sea, where the signs of danger often first appear below the clouds.

”Be careful, Ade,” Kroid also seemed to share the same premonition, ”Eteliria is not very peaceful recently.”

”Mr. Kroid, are you referring to what’s happening in the Second World, the abnormal behavior of the major guilds that are gradually returning to Eteliria?” Fang Hong recalled that the other had mentioned this to him at the Elf Ruins.

But Kroid shook his head, ”I have some old friends in Rota, and they say that the situation in Rota is not very stable lately. It seems that suddenly a group of unidentified independent Summoners’ Guilds has emerged, posing significant threats to many old guilds, yet no one can trace the source of these guilds’ funding. It’s as if they appeared out of nowhere, which is highly unusual.”

”Many Invokers in Rota are talking about this strange situation, but I’ve been following the online community here, and the relevant discussions are unusually scarce. I’m not sure if this is an act by the Super Competitive Alliance or if it’s the traditional groups behind the scenes, but it gives me a bad feeling.”

The transworld communication made Kroid’s face seem a bit distorted as he continued: ”Rota has never experienced this before, the emerging Free Guild poses a threat to all the old powers, which may indicate a reshuffling of forces. I heard that Osh and Giant Tree Hill are experiencing similar situations. Americans and Europeans are both looking for the truth. We are naturally doing the same, but such sudden changes often mean that something big is about to happen. Ade, you haven’t experienced the Battle of Bain, so you don’t understand the dangers involved.”
