COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

Even though, Hachiman felt being ghosted...he still decided to pursue the Archangel, For example, now.

“Ichinose, do you think the school has something to notify us, after gathering on the deck like this?”

“Well....” Ichinose’s face became quite complex, after seeing Hikigaya-kun looking that curious, maybe expecting something from her?

So, she tried to use her brain, which might have been fried, after eating those.... delicious looking cones...

’I am a foody girl after all!’

”It’s indeed possible, but the notification just said, about watching a mean-”

’Oh no! How scary?!’

Ichinose’s face then immediately adopted a panicked look, which was very mysterious to Hachiman for some reason,

’Why’s her Divine Halo flickering that much?’

Even though, he really wanted to ask this question, Hachiman thought, it may be a little rude, so he kept quiet, and just waited for Ichinose to open her mouth.

“M-maybe it’s a special exam, Hikigaya-kunnn?!” a long voice was made, It showed how much pressure she was feeling at the current moment.

Ichinose felt like crying, she was just honestly trying to enjoy her vacation, but it was a terrific scam?!

’I was really fooled!’

Oh... that’s it.

Hachiman has no problem with it, because...

’Doesn’t this mean, Ichinose is not actually wary at all?’

So, probably in these two days, She was just focused on eating her cones, and her Class B..... who had the most fun....

’Yeah, there are really such normal people out there....’

Phew! Hachiman felt quite relieved inside, to be honest, he just thought about not belonging to this world....

There are so many crazy people here... Kushida, Hirata, Sudo, Horikita, Sakayanagi, Ryuen, her girlfriend Ibuki, but he might have cheated on her, with a half-breed, Albert Yamada.

’But, Ichinose....she’s just a normal girl....well, even though her chest is huge...And, I might’ve wanted to take a bite...’

“.....” Hachiman, he looked where the girl of his dreams...Oh no, she was yelling at Kanzaki now, probably being reprimanded for not doing his job properly, then he started to raise his life guard, and looked ahead.

’Um, why?’ he was really confused, because there seemed to be nothing ahead, when Hachiman looked ov-

My boy, grab the railing!

’Aahhh Right right right...thanks!’

Hachiman’s focus was more on Ichinose, and started to lose the reality....

During this time, Speranza, has started to sail, just like announced by the broadcast.

Then, it seemed to be driving in a circular motion, going around a small island.

’If I think of this notice as a signal.....exam on Island...Please appreciate the fleeting.... very meaningful scenery.’

What can be seen right now, is just the Desert-

’In other words, if there is anything on the island, I can notice first and take advantage later.’

But, there are many people like him,  who also started to react.

For example, Hachiman noticed that Ryuen from Class D, had appeared with his pony, Albert Yamada.

There is also Ishizaki Daichi, who was involved in the previous Sudo beating incident, followed Ryuen like a loyal dog.

But it’s not just them, several random Npc’s, also came towards the deck, pressed their hands on the guardrail and looked forward.... Hachiman, thought, it was pretty cool.

But, so are the students of Class A.

Arriving at the scene, with a grand posture, Hachiman can even see Katsuragi’s underwear flowing...?

“......” Sakayanagi, who predicted this outcome a long time ago.

It also made, Hachiman to become slightly curious of their actions, he decided to peek.... Katsuragi took out a white paper, even a ball-pen....?

Oh, he then looked straight at the Island, but Yahiko, who is most loyal sperm, immediately had a fuse glow, directly ran away from Katsuragi...?

“.....” Hachiman.

’Wasn’t he the most loyal sperm?’

he got really confused, and narrowed his eyes at Katsuragi, trying to figure out what just happened?

Whoosh! Yahiko blasted everyone in front of him, and went towards his creator!

“Katsuragi-san, you need a telescope, right?!”

The plumber in question, looked utterly impressed by his follower’s quick thinking ability, and gratefully held Yahiko’s thing, then started to use it.

’....Preparing to draw something?’

“......” Hachiman. ’If only my free workers are like this....’

Indeed, he just watched Yahiko, bringing a telescope so that Katsuragi could have a nice view, but his own secretaries.....

Don’t care at all! Suzune’s health is not good, so she won’t put too much pressure on her body.

And, talk about Kushida, his other worker, is nowhere to be seen, even though she came with him.

Because, people from Class C, have also started to grace the other low-lifes with their beautiful faces, just came to look at the scenery.

”Wow... I can really see the island!”

This boy....yeah, most readers probably know him, Ike Kanji, who just couldn’t use the Double-tape, that Hachiman bought for him, and recently, he just lost his precious....Kush-

’I probably got the yes, to call her Kikyo-chan now!’

Oh, so it wasn’t a complete loss for you...

Well, Ike seems to be in a good mood, and even followed the school’s notice honestly, just came on the deck.

Also, while Hachiman was eating with them, he found out that, Ike seemed to have often gone camping with his family in the past.

This boy has a camping experience, it made Hachiman feels like.... Defective products....they may just be right ones to reach Class A.....have such variety.

Most likely chances to find a treasure...So, naturally Ike is very active in places such as Deserted islands.

Only, when Ike found a good spot, he was suddenly pulled away by 2 boys from Class A.

Even Sudo was being pushed away, but it’s already a normal for him to be treated like dirt.

”Hey... Get out of the way, you defective products!”

When these 2 boys from Class A pushed Sudo, he just kept quiet, by gritting his teeth.... it’s just when Ike Kanji, one of his best friends, was thrown to the ground, “Hey, the fuck are you doing?!”

They often played together in school, and even acted as a group here, that’s why, Sudo immediately rushed up and expressed his anger, feeling very displeased.

He regards Ike similar to a lost brother, then Sudo would definitely not just watch him, treated like garbage too.

”Ha, what are you doing? You know, this school believes in strength, right?!”

“Yeah, people of Class C don’t have human rights!”

“Even though, you got promoted from Class D....But defects are still just leftover by our School, right?!”

“So, don’t get in our way!”

“I am a student of Class A!”

’Damn....What this guy said is really correct to the point, even made his words rhyme.... Student of Class A!’

This is indeed the essence of ANHS, and even Hachiman had to use the back door to enter....

Only, these 2 students, are new to him, Hachiman had never seen their faces before....

’Probably just Npc’s like the one, whom I argued with....’

As a human observer, when Sudo and the others went to the restaurant yesterday, they got scolded by Katsuragi’s students, but Hachiman also scanned their faces...just in case.

And, now....it doesn’t seem to match with the video recorded inside his brain, 2 Unfamiliar beings.

However, they claimed to be students of Class A.....

’In other words, these two people are actually Npc’s of Sakayanagi Arisu’s faction?....Right, how could I forget, that girl even started her own Institute....’

But, this kind of performance... is also very crooked.

’Even Sakayanagi, just like Katsuragi, is having a tough life.... because she also has dumb subordi- no they are just pets, right?’

Indeed, they must be....Hachiman felt like, he knew Sakayanagi very well...

’No wonder, she is quite desperate to raise me....even caused Kamuro-san such trouble....’

But, after getting the honour to watch Kamuro-san work like a loyal pet, he still couldn’t underestimate Sakayanagi’s ability to domesticate people.

How terrible! It will give Hachiman nightmares for days, even not being able to watch one of his favourite categories, “A beast-tamer!”
