COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

“...I really don’t know about this Horikita-san...”

This boy named, Hirata Yosuke just lost his face, won’t even respect Hikigaya-kun any more.... laughing his balls out.

But, Suzune just started to make a fire

honestly, a lighter is needed to ignite a tiny spark.

’First, I need to light the dry grass and branches, then just wait until the fire gets much larger before the wood can be ignited....’

’I had nothing to say about Sudo-kun’s idiotic behavior of flamingo wood directly with a matchstick....’

And, some time later

“Crack!”

In the presence of a fire starter, the wood quickly got ignited.

“Horikita-san even has knowledge in this field!”

“It was really pitiful to watch Sudo doing that, right?!”

“Yeah, I almost burst out laughing!”

“Man, you should have seen Hikigaya at that time!”

“Not even afraid of Sudo’s temper....”

“You are wrong, he laughed because Hirata didn’t know!”

The camp now regained its lively atmosphere.

Even the team, who went to collect fruits is also back.

And, because of the abundant supplies, they brought a large number of fruits..... different colours.

Sudo, who couldn’t even make a fire, also caught two fish from the river!

“It seems there is still one person missing....” Because they were in the wild, Hirata paid very close attention to his classmates.

It was quickly discovered...One less student, who was scheduled to go out didn’t come back.

“Did anyone saw Yamauchi-kun?”

’This guy....No, he wasn’t in our fire wood collection team...’

“Yamauchi-kun....he seems to have discovered something, even asked us to come back first.....”

A girl’s raised voice is heard among the huge crowd.

Hachiman didn’t even know who this person is.... Could she be a new girl? ’I never paid much attention to oth-’

“???”

’Horikita-san, what did you do to me?!’

Even though, he is getting afraid of being infected by Suzune’s lone Ranger virus.

But, the girls who discovered wild fruits....lacked relevant knowledge.

So... hoped that Ike-kun, who has camping knowledge...able to provide a little help.

Yamauchi-kun was also with him at that same time...

“Everybody, look there!”

“Make way for Yamauchi Haruki!”

“D-Demon of the Black Room....”

“What’s he doing here?”

“This pervert already got expelled in Season 3, right?!”

“....Yeah, Koenji-kun’s face was very scary....I just couldn’t...”

“Man, I really hate Tsukishiro...”

“Yamauchi is realy disgusting....”

“Look, he even brought a new girl to play with....”

“So jealous!”

“Did he slapped her cheek?!”

Loud whispering voices are now being heard, because Yamauchi, a member of Red Dot group, didn’t come back alone.

A girl with short-blue hair from the forest, looked very neat.

At the same time, although this girl was now wearing her sportswear, she had red coloured bruises on her face.

Probably will turn purple later, if not being cared for, her white hands, now stained with dirt.

But the moment Suzune saw the other party, her eyes did not even take a half second and immediately became sharp.

’Hey, I know this girl....Ibuki Mio from Class D.’

’....When I was on the ship before, Ibuki-san had cooperated with Ryuen-kun to act in front of me and Hachiman....’

At that time, Suzune couldn’t even understand why Ryuen acted like this.

But, Hachiman told her....influence of acting, will definitely be used at some point.

The result... Ibuki-san is now being deployed.

Suzune also read the manual, she knew the exam involves guessing the Team leader.

’Isn’t it very dangerous for Ibuki-san of Class D to come to ours?...’

And, Suzune herself, had been planning for this Deserted Island exam, with Hachiman and Kushida-san for a while.

Persisted in taking the exam, after being declared as sick.

’In the most guaranteed case, my Class C will also secure a bonus of more than 300 points....’

But, once someone from enemy Class guesses the identity of our Leader, it’s all over.

That’s why, Suzune is now a little excited, about getting rid of this human outsider.

“Calm down”

But, then a hand suddenly, being pressed on the girl’s shoulder, “Those who can’t even regulate emotions, never able to defeat Class A.”

“...I see” Hearing this new goal, Suzune clenched her pink fist with internal struggle, and then let go after a while, exhaling out a long breath.

And, Hachiman also sighed outside his body softly.

’Yeah.... Although, Horikita looks exactly like a beautiful iceberg girl, very cold to every single person around her....’

But in reality, she can’t even hide her own emotions.

Whether she likes it or hates it, you clearly make out in her eyes.

Of course, most people wouldn’t be able to tell anything from just looking at her face.

And, if you want to truly stand alone, you can’t do it by just having no expression.

What’s more important is the look in your eyes, that should be calm.

A person with those kinds of eyes but a nice smile on her lips, is far much scarier than a person with dead eyes, and no emotions.

For example, Sakayanagi Arisu.

Girl...always shows a cute smile when she thinks, very rude things about you.

Probably cursing inside her mind, looking down on you.

“Ibuki is probably here to get information about our class leader...In other words, spies and the like...”

“Can you please not mix words?”

“....Well...now, let’s take a look at the performance of the students of our class...Find a hidden gem which can be used in future exams...”

Oh, is that so?

’From what I understand, Hachiman is using Ibuki-san...to give an observation test...notice the reaction of Class C. ’

And, just like Class A heard.

Random people of Class C, do have more sway in the final process of decision making.

Did perform quite well.

It would be better to say that some people would actually consider the safety of their own class....when a girl from outside visited their home.

“Yamauchi, what on earth are you doing?!”

“Is this guy taking a piss or what?!”

“Are you stupid for bringing people from other classes back here?”

“Phew, Black Room....I was just getting afraid for nothing!”

“We are taking exams now, you scum!”

“Class D is competing with us!”

Yamauchi Haruki was getting insulted left and right, from the people who usually hang out with him, even played video games together.

One day, a guy bought a Soda can for him...

But, he was never paid back...

When, Yamauchi cried in a loud voice, talking about the feud between Ibuki Mio and Ryuen....

which resulted in Ibuki-san being beaten and scolded by Ryuen, it did not arouse the sympathy of others.

But, instead got many accusing looks.

Numerous boys, with slightly red eyes gathered around him, a guy even dared enough to kick his nuts.

“Please don’t....She is just a pitiful girl in my opinion!”

“I don’t give a fuck, unless she’s ready to blow my dick!”

“You’re going too far. There is nothing to be worried about!”

Yamauchi blushed when he was told that, he stood up, his neck moving in air, did very best to argue hard, “Didn’t you see the scars on her face? She was violently kicked out because of getting dissatisfied with Ryuen Kakeru, of Class D!”

“You must help her!”

“This... the injury on her face seems to be very real....”

“The scars cannot be faked, either.”

“Maybe, we should let her stay?”

Although, people of Class C do nothing but hold back, surprisingly, there are quite a few who have the heart of a Holy Mother.

When noticed the scars on Ibuki Mio’s face, already felt compassion.

Especially since the other party is a beautiful girl with real value.
