COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

”Why?” Ibuki was really confused.

She had been silently observing everyone not far away, very keenly aware of this subtle difference.

”Ibuki-san!”

But now, Kushida directly came over holding a cup of fish soup with an angelic smile on her face, ”Drink it while it’s hot and try my cooking skills!”

”Hm..Arigato” Ibuki nodded with a grateful look, without showing any strange expression, that may give her thoughts away.

Only, Kushida didn’t leave, just looked at Ibuki expectantly with her eyes so big, not even caring to blink.

”Tastes good...” After taking a mouthful sip, her eyes lit up feeling alive instantly, even causing Ibuki to let out a smile.

She was really getting tired of eating junk food every day, and it felt nice to have a nice home meal.

Kushida also patted her heart and breathed a sigh of relief, ”I was afraid it wouldn’t be to Ibuki-san’s taste...”

”How come? I’m very grateful that you can even take me in...”

”About the fruits I gave, have you finished eating them?” Kushida asked in a sweet voice, not looking much different than usual.

Her face is quite innocent just like a small child.

”Yeah, I already ate them,” Ibuki also replied back, nodding her head, to the empty plate beside.

Looking at that, and hearing those words made Kushida feel cheerful inside, or just a little evil.

But, Ibuki already felt a little touched in her heart.

’Even though I was here to be a spy, couldn’t help but feel guilty when facing Kushida-san, who was rumoured to be a pure angel.....

Obviously, Kushida was so kind and gave her both fruits and fish soup, but Ibuki had to deceive her without any conscience.

When it was almost 7 o’clock in the evening, students in Class C were still doing own things.

But most of them were just warming themselves by the fire in the cave.

Then, get ready to take a shower.

Generally speaking, you need to go to the beach for a roll call at both 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

But, there is no sign of action here in Hachiman’s class.

At the same time.

”You......” Ibuki looked extremely shocked, her eyes almost ready to burst out of the socket, ”You have purchased so many items!”

After dinner, she was also taken to the stronghold in the cave.

’Then, I looked at the expensive no. of supplies in wonder...’

Because even if you want to take a shower, redeem 1 is okay....

But, Class C has two shower facilities, one for boys and one for girls.

And some of the students even have mangas of different genres, Dragon ball, That time I got reincarnated as a Slime, Kaguya-sama....

Even light novels of My Youth Romantic Comedy, and the latest volume of Sword Art Online.

You must know that when students go to the island, they will be checked by their class teachers and do not bring extra things.

Books, of course, are superfluous, only now...even comics to fool around.

It can only be said... they were exchanged after coming to the island.

There was a corner piled with a large amount of bread and water, as well as some extra supplies that didn’t seem to be needed.

”Don’t you know yet?”

”Our class’s 300 S points have been used, so now we have abundant supplies.....don’t even have to go for the roll call!”

Next to Ibuki, Yamauchi, who picked her up in a bridal style, gave the answer, when he looked at her confused expression.

”You guys are so crazy!” Ibuki just didn’t believe it, any more.

Snip-Snap

Woosh!

But, here with Hachiman and his partner Suzune, put an olive branch into the fire, and make it even more crackling.

The temperature of the hot flames now warmed people’s legs.

”I’m entirely convinced....”

”Yamauchi-kun is really not alert, he directly told Ibuki-san that our S points had returned to 0....”

It was none other than Suzune, who noticed every little movement around Ibuki-san, paying her full notice.

Sitting down, with Hachiman playing with the bonfire, then pressed her right elbow with her left hand and sighed helplessly.

”Isn’t it just great?” But, Hachiman even found a diamond in this shadow cave, ”Although we haven’t gone through many special exams, but you know what I think....definitely be some cruel exams in this school.....”

”Elaborate?”

”For example, whether if someone in our class is required to drop out....”

”...I never heard anything like that ever before....”

”???” Hachiman. ’Obviously, you don’t.’

”Look, Society always had a problem where companies are told to lay off employees because of second-rate performance...”

”A bastard needs to be kicked out, for us, during the special exam, a child may drop out of school, or we may even have to choose people to dr-”

”H-Hey, Isn’t that very scary?!”

Oho, there was another girl who now talked to Hachiman.

’.....I am Kei Karuizawa, with a single blonde ponytail.

My best friend....Maya now went to line up, and take a shower, but I am still here....yeah.’

Rather, there are more than a dozen students near the Bonfire, and Ibuki who is a foreigner after all, she previously accepted Kushida’s help, but knows that half of the students in Class C do not welcome her.

’...So, I just stayed in the corner by myself.’

And, Yamauchi saw that she was alone, so he chose to walk over.

Now, everyone stared at Yamauchi’s back with a judging look.

But, people were quickly attracted by what Hikigaya-kun was talking about.

Because, how can this kind of exam be done, allowing everyone to choose their own people to drop out of school?

”Very scary, but you cannot deny that such an exam will not happen. It’s a tough decision.....”

”My dad was laid off.”

At this time, a girl’s crying voice broke many people’s hearts.

This made the atmosphere at the scene a bit depressing.

”Hey.....”

It was Kushida who spoke at this time.

”What if something like this happens in our class? I don’t want anyone to be treated so harshly...”

’I showed a very sad and holy look...’

But, Hachiman, who knew her quite well, knew this expression was probably true.

Although, Kushida is a problem child, she continues to make friends with everyone, also busy with all kinds of troubles caused by her ”friends”

This ruling is mostly from the deep sincerity.

Now when he talk about the topic of students who dropped out of class, is there no objection except for the depressing atmosphere?

For example, doesn’t Hirata object? ’....Of course not, because I had already entered the bathroom to take a shower.’

’I see, then it’s now okay to talk about a dangerous topic where he might explode....’ Moreover, Hachiman can also give vaccinations to his peers.
