Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 1543: Chapter 580: Acting in a ”Movie” with Both of Them

”And then there’s a boy who dances. He’s really chubby, but his dancing is fantastic, and also...”

Qi Siyuan rattled off the names of several internet influencers, three of whom were personally discovered by Zhang Jingdong, and two that Zhang Jingdong hadn’t really noticed before.

After she finished speaking, Xu Nuo chimed in, ”I think besides these interesting influencers, your website also has a bit of a Taobao feel.”

”I had never thought about shopping online before, but after seeing Jiang Lai’s shares, I bought several items on Taobao. Is that the monetization direction for your website in the future?”

Zhang Jingdong immediately gave her a thumbs up, ”As expected, like parents, like child. Your parents are so good at business, and it’s clear you inherited their talent. What you said is spot on.”

”At the current stage, the items shared by the influencers on our site still need to be bought on Taobao. But in the future, as our influencers grow, our website will also add a separate shopping channel, and you users will be able to directly buy the items shared by those influencers on our site.”

”By the way, besides just looking at those influencers’ updates, you two can actually post your own updates and gather some followers.”

”Once you reach a certain number of followers, you won’t need to go to advertising agencies to shoot ads. You can directly take ads on the website and earn just as much as shooting ads.”

Upon hearing this, both Xu Nuo and Qi Siyuan were intrigued, but soon they showed some signs of hesitation.

Xu Nuo pursed her lips, ”But what kind of updates should we post?”

Zhang Jingdong responded patiently, ”This might be difficult for others, but for you two, it’s particularly simple.”

”First, you both are art students, so you can follow your professional path by posting updates that teach people how to draw or directly showing your latest artwork.”

”But on top of that, you should also post some of your beautiful selfies because just being an art student might not lead to popularity. However, if you as art students are top-tier beauties, then I guarantee that you two will definitely become influencers.”

Both Xu Nuo and Qi Siyuan nodded thoughtfully.

But then Qi Siyuan suddenly said, ”But shouldn’t we each take a different path? And since we’re from the same school, wouldn’t it overlap too much?”

Zhang Jingdong smiled and shook his head, ”On the contrary, it won’t. For example, in the football world, there are two kings: one is Pele and the other is Maradona. For so many years, their fans have never stopped debating who the true king is, and it’s this debate that keeps their popularity enduring.”

”And this applies to you two as well. After all, your figures and appearances are of different styles, and with time, your fans will definitely have various debates. These debates will generate continuous heat, and once you have the heat, your follower count will keep growing.”

Xu Nuo and Qi Siyuan didn’t fully understand Zhang Jingdong’s words, but they both felt he made a lot of sense.

So they nodded again.

Qi Siyuan suddenly thought of something and couldn’t help asking, ”By the way, were Jiang Lai’s videos planned by your company, or did she make them herself?”

Zhang Jingdong paused and replied, ”Half and half. Initially, we helped her with the video content and general style, and taught her some video filming techniques.”

”But from the second video on, everything was done by her.”

Xu Nuo noticed the flicker in Zhang Jingdong’s eyes and promptly asked, ”Are you familiar with her?”

Zhang Jingdong was slightly taken aback, then said, ”Of course, I am her boss, after all.”

Xu Nuo originally wanted to continue asking, ”Did you shoot her first video for her?” but she held back.

At this moment, a luxurious Rolls-Royce Phantom slowly pulled up in front of the slightly old ”Hu Er” store.

However, the people coming and going nearby weren’t the least bit surprised to see this.

Mainly because there were just too many big bosses coming to Hu Er for hotpot, it was a common sight for them.

Zhang Jingdong got out of the car, saw the Hu Er storefront, and was a bit surprised, but then quickly came to terms with it.

Because he suddenly remembered the scene in ”Infernal Affairs II” where Zeng Zhiwei and the other bosses ate hotpot.

Back then, the restaurant they were in was much worse than this Hu Er place.

Xu Nuo noticed Zhang Jingdong’s surprise and explained, ”Many old places around here are like this. The storefront might be ordinary, but the food inside is really good.”

Zhang Jingdong nodded, ”I understand, and it’s got a very Hong Kong film vibe here.”

Qi Siyuan looked inside the shop and said, ”Indeed, there seems to be such a scene in ’Chongqing Forest.’”

Xu Nuo laughed and nodded, ”Since Xiang River is very close to Guangzhou, many places are quite similar.”

Zhang Jingdong stared at the ”Hu Er” sign and said, ”In that case, I have a proposal. How about we do a live-action movie tonight?”

Qi Siyuan eagerly asked, ”What do you mean?”

”From now on, I am Chen Haonan from ’Triad.’ You will be the beautiful teacher who secretly has a crush on Chen Haonan, and Xu Nuo, you will be Chen Haonan’s girlfriend, the mute girl. How does that sound?”
