Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Zhang Jingdong and Lin Shishi arrived at the cafeteria. Since Zhang Jingdong didn’t have a meal card, it was once again West University’s number one campus beauty, Lin Shishi, who got him food.

To be honest, although the guys at West University have somewhat come to terms with the fact that this dude is the boyfriend of the university beauty Lin, they still find it hard to accept that he’s living off her.

Damn, you actually let the campus beauty get food for you? What does that make me buying food and saving seats for my girlfriend every day?

And she’s Lin Shishi, my goddess! How dare you boss her around like that!

But while they are resentful, they are helpless.

Firstly, most of them know that Zhang Jingdong is the owner of Daoxiang, and with Daoxiang’s current popularity, he probably makes at least 100,000 yuan a month.

Secondly, it’s clear that the university beauty Lin was more than happy to do it, as she had a sweet smile on her face the entire time she was getting food for Zhang Jingdong.

She never had such a sweet smile when Zhang Jingdong wasn’t around at school.

Zhang Jingdong noticed this and felt immensely pleased, even more than when he showed off and outdid others outside of school.

After all, whose youth doesn’t include dreams of dating a campus beauty? Whose youth doesn’t include dreams of walking proudly with their campus beauty girlfriend in the most crowded places at school, enjoying countless envious glances?

No one can pretend otherwise; everyone would do the same.

However, even though Zhang Jingdong was secretly delighted, he didn’t dare to really treat the university beauty Lin like a maid. After she got their meal, he immediately took all the trays from her hands.

This act somewhat appeased the jealousy of the onlookers.

The two of them went to a corner near the window under the watchful eyes of others and started eating and chatting.

Zhang Jingdong hadn’t eaten in the school cafeteria for a long time, and he was surprised to find the food quite good.

Especially the fish-flavored pork, which had plenty of pork strips.

After devouring his meal, Zhang Jingdong suddenly noticed that although Lin Shishi was moving her chopsticks, the food on her tray hadn’t decreased much.

He immediately thought of something and said, ”Senior, didn’t you already have lunch? You just said you didn’t eat so you could join me, right?”

Lin Shishi was a bit flustered when Zhang Jingdong pointed it out: ”I... you... no, I... I just ate too much at lunch, so I don’t have much appetite now.”

”Besides, I... I was just worried you wouldn’t have enough to eat.”

Zhang Jingdong was now sure of his guess, but knowing that Lin Shishi was shy, he didn’t press her further.

”Alright, since you don’t have much appetite, I’ll help you finish it.”

With that, he pushed his empty tray aside and took Lin Shishi’s tray.

That’s when he extended his hand toward Lin Shishi.

Lin Shishi was briefly confused: ”What is it?”

Zhang Jingdong pointed at the chopsticks in her hand.

Lin Shishi instantly realized what he was up to, and with a bit of embarrassment, she said, ”Don’t you have your own chopsticks?”

Zhang Jingdong confidently replied, ”If I’m eating your food, I should use your utensils. Hurry up!”

Lin Shishi, being a conservative girl, found it somewhat hard to accept his teasing.

So she offered, ”How about I fetch you a new pair?”

Zhang Jingdong acted as if it was a minor matter: ”Don’t worry, you’re my girlfriend. I certainly won’t mind using something you’ve used!”

”But I think it’s a bit... improper!”

Zhang Jingdong, with a bit of assertiveness, said, ”Hurry up... or I’ll kiss you right here!”

Lin Shishi was surprised that he dared to threaten her, but she was aware he was capable of doing just that.

And given that it was mealtime, the cafeteria was even more crowded than the area beneath their dorm building earlier.

She quickly thought it over, and in the end, succumbed under his intimidation.

Giving him a glare of resentment, she said, ”Always picking on me!”

Then she handed him the chopsticks.

Zhang Jingdong took the chopsticks with satisfaction and cheerfully said, ”I’m not bullying you; I’m slowly and practically breaking down the unfamiliarity between us.”

”Lin Shishi, you must understand that being in a relationship isn’t just simply about you liking me and me liking you; it takes effort to be together for a long time.”

”Every long-lasting sweet relationship requires the joint effort of both individuals.”

”We need to build some everyday rapport, cultivate some shared interests, and reasonably resign some parts of ourselves. This way, we’d get along more harmoniously and synchronously.”

Lin Shishi blinked her pretty eyes: ”What you’re saying makes some sense, but... how do we determine these things? It can’t just be about what you say and what you think should be done, right?”

Zhang Jingdong thought to himself that this sister is truly hard to trick, so he patiently explained, ”Of course not. However, at this stage, because of my experience... oh no, because in our relationship I have slightly more insights into love, I’ll take the lead.”

”In the future, when you have gained some experience and understanding of relationships, you too can share your ideas anytime.”

”Plus, regarding hobbies, you can always voice out your suggestions, and I’ll definitely respect them 100%!”

Lin Shishi was now staring intently at Zhang Jingdong: ”Your experience with relationships is indeed abundant, so I’d like to ask, Zhang Jingdong, up until now, how many relationships have you been in?”
