Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

”But within those three days, just the legitimate sales of this book reached 150,000 copies. If you count the pirated ones, it was at least 300,000 to 400,000 copies.”

Upon hearing this, Lin Xirui and Lin Qingci’s eyes lit up instantly, as they began to understand what Zhang Jingdong was trying to convey.

Zhang Jingdong continued, ”You know, Mu Zimei’s diary had already gone viral online for a long time, and most people had already read the content of that book. But because of Mu Zimei’s influencer effect, the book could still sell so many copies. This shows how much impact the influencer effect can have on product sales.”

”And the foundation of your two companies’ future cooperation is this: Qingyun Technology is responsible for cultivating influencers, while DL Clothing Company handles all sorts of products. So, do you see where this is going now?”

Lin Xirui and Lin Qingci exchanged glances, then each nodded.

”Hmm... I think I’m starting to get it.”

”I basically understand too.”

Seeing that they understood, Zhang Jingdong started painting a picture for them: ”Well, since you understand the basics of the collaboration, let me tell you about the ultimate vision for your future cooperation.”

”My plan is to cultivate fifty to a hundred influencers with ten million followers each through Qingyun Technology’s various platforms, and then have them sell a hundred to five hundred products.”

When Lin Xirui and Lin Qingci heard this, they were instantly stunned.

Zhang Jingdong continued, ”Ruirui, do you remember how much I said your company’s sales revenue should reach this year?”

”... Three hundred million.”

”In the future, these influencers will each need to reach a minimum sales volume of three hundred million in a year.”

Upon hearing this, Lin Xirui and Lin Qingci were thoroughly shocked.

Lin Xirui couldn’t help but say, ”Boss, are you... really not joking?”

Zhang Jingdong chuckled, ”Do you remember when I asked you to sell those cultural shirts three months ago? I told you that as long as we adopt an online and offline parallel sales strategy, we could sell at least a hundred million a year. You seemed a bit skeptical back then, but what about now?”

Lin Xirui nodded thoughtfully, ”Indeed. But... if this plan really works, we could conservatively sell tens of billions a year. That’s... unbelievable!”

Zhang Jingdong replied, ”Ruirui, it seems you still don’t quite understand me.”

”I never casually enter an industry. But once I choose to enter one, the potential must be such that I can earn at least a billion a year.”

”And it’s no exaggeration to say that just the influencer sales company formed by your future cooperation will have a minimum annual net profit starting at three billion. Ordinary internet companies and real estate companies won’t be your competitors.”

Although Lin Xirui and Lin Qingci still found it hard to believe, they realized Zhang Jingdong wasn’t joking with them.

More importantly, they faintly sensed the feasibility of this idea and the immense potential of this influencer sales model.

Especially Lin Xirui.

She had already made tens of millions in sales and earned millions in profits using a similar approach under Zhang Jingdong’s guidance within a few months.

If this model is further refined and executed, it will surely lead to massive growth.

Thinking of this, Lin Xirui became slightly excited, ”Boss, I understand now. I believe in you. I’ll follow your lead and give it my all!”

Seeing her finally express her stand, Zhang Jingdong nodded in satisfaction and then turned to Lin Qingci, ”President Lin, what about you?”

Lin Qingci also came to her senses and was once again impressed by Zhang Jingdong’s ambition.

She cheerfully said, ”I understand too, boss. I’ll do whatever you say!”

Zhang Jingdong felt relieved and said, ”Great, since you both understand, I’ll draft a detailed plan shortly. In the coming period, you two will collaborate strictly according to my plan.”

Lin Xirui and Lin Qingci nodded crisply.

Zhang Jingdong continued, ”For convenience in the future, your two companies will merge into one. But rest assured, your shares in your respective companies will transfer to the new company. I can promise you now that your shares in the new company won’t be less than 10%.”

Pausing here, Zhang Jingdong looked at both of them intently, ”You may not realize what this 10% means now, but I can assure you that its value will not be less than a billion.”

Lin Xirui and Lin Qingci were once again completely stunned!

Though they’re not gold diggers, the thought of possibly becoming billionaires through their own efforts filled them with excitement.

Lin Xirui realized that it was better to embrace Zhang Jingdong’s offer than to be modest.

So she said, ”Thank you, boss. I’ll keep working hard and strive to do even better!”

Lin Qingci beamingly added, ”Boss, your words will be one of my greatest motivations. I will definitely double my efforts!”

Seeing the atmosphere warm up to this point, Zhang Jingdong couldn’t help but smirk, ”Alright, we’ve talked about such a significant matter. Isn’t it time to relax a bit now?”

Since Lin Xirui had taken many lessons with Zhang Jingdong in the office before, she immediately understood what he was hinting at.

Although slightly embarrassed, she knew this wasn’t the time to refuse Zhang Jingdong, especially given the significant responsibility and the promise of at least a billion fortune he had just made.

And Lin Qingci, who had previously let Zhang Jingdong take advantage in the office, also quickly caught on.

She, too, had been given a major responsibility and, besides the promise of a billion fortune, was once again impressed by Zhang Jingdong’s extraordinary business acumen.

So even though she was extremely shy, she surprisingly didn’t refuse either.

Seeing that Lin Qingci didn’t refuse, Zhang Jingdong was amused and said, ”Qingci, you can review the fundamentals; Ruirui, you can review your yoga lessons.”

Lin Qingci and Lin Xirui exchanged a glance and then started to go along with it.

”Congratulations to the host for successfully completing a creative engagement with two target individuals in a special environment, earning a reward of 3 million yuan!”
