Prodigal System in the Flourishing City

Chapter 1195: Chapter 1194: Fragrant Qi Like a Fist

Tea was poured separately, one cup placed in front of each person.

Lu Xiaobu held his tea with a look of satisfaction.

However, the two Japanese people and Zheng Tianlai were slow to make a move.

The disdainful expressions on the faces of the two little devils were almost uncontrollable.

Finally, Zheng Tianlai forced a smile and spoke: ”President Lu, aren’t you going to rinse the tea?”

When they drink tea, the first brew is always for rinsing and is not consumed.

How come Lu Xiaobu skipped the cumbersome procedure, not bothering to rinse the tea?!

”Why? Is this tea dirty?” Lu Xiaobu glanced at Zheng Tianlai.

”Not at all, I watched the tea being made from start to finish, it’s definitely not dirty!” Zheng Tianlai assured earnestly.

”Since it’s not dirty, why bother rinsing?” Lu Xiaobu rolled his eyes and said, ”Pretentious nonsense!”

As soon as he said this, Zheng Tianlai’s mouth twitched.

Alright! You make a valid point, I’m left speechless!

It’s just like that joke online saying, if tap water can’t be drunk directly, then why can you eat an apple washed with tap water?!

So, he stopped dithering, picked up his tea, and took a sip.

Suddenly!

Zheng Tianlai’s pupils dilated instantly; he swallowed the tea and looked at the tea bowl in shock: ”This tea...”

You wouldn’t believe it, but as soon as the sip of tea entered his mouth.

He actually felt like this tea had turned into a highly skilled Martial Artist, engaging in a fierce battle with his senses!

Especially at the moment it first entered, it was like an explosive punch that caught him off guard and made him feel dazed!

Why?!

When he drank Ookata Hiroya’s tea earlier, he felt its explosive aroma, but it certainly wasn’t as direct, with punches landing so forcefully, leaving him dazed!

Aren’t they all Ghost Cave Iron Luo Han teas?!

The Japanese’s method seemed more in line with the so-called tea ceremony.

But, in the end, it was Lu Xiaobu’s casual brewing that overwhelmed him with fragrance?!

Lu Xiaobu secretly nodded, it appears Zheng Tianlai truly loves tea, he can taste the difference.

Unlike Zheng Hai, who chews on peonies like a cow, feeling nothing.

Zheng Hai indeed felt nothing, whether from the Japanese’s complicated procedures earlier or now Lu Xiaobu’s artistic brewing, to him it felt all the same.

It’s normal, if one is not worried for food or clothing, who would waste time comparing the first sip of tea with the second?!

He got the tea bible directly, otherwise? Doing research?! Dream on!

”President Lu, how did you achieve this?!”

Zheng Tianlai hastily asked after finishing the tea in his mouth: ”You clearly just brewed simply, why does it have a more intense aroma than theirs?!”

”We’ll talk about it later.” Lu Xiaobu glanced at the two Japanese: ”First, let’s handle what’s to be handled.”

”True! True! Look at my mind, if it’s stolen again, I’d take a big loss!” Zheng Tianlai suddenly understood.

He stood up and looked at the two Japanese: ”Though we’ve known each other for years, a bet is a bet, one arm each, do you need my help or will you do it yourselves?!”

”Zheng Tianlai, what do you mean?!” Ookata Hiroya was boiling with rage: ”Such deceit?! You Heavenly Dynasty people...”

”Zhang Meng, serve him tea.” Lu Xiaobu calmly said: ”I’ve said before, that was the last time!”

”Yes!” Zhang Meng stepped forward, kicked, and Ookata Hiroya’s angry face instantly lifted.

Next, Zhang Meng picked up the teacup, pried open the other’s mouth, and directly poured it in!

”Mm mm mm!”

Ookata Hiroya was choked until he couldn’t breathe.

But before his anger could erupt, suddenly he felt a punch in his mouth!

Not a real fist, it was the tea aroma that seemed to turn into a fist, punching his taste buds!

This intense impact even made him feel tea drunk!

So fragrant! Why so fragrant?!

His tea ceremony skills were supposed to be at their peak, confident that he’d brewed this Ghost Cave Iron Luo Han to the utmost level, but what’s going on?!

However, Lu Xiaobu didn’t bother letting him ponder.

Lu Xiaobu waved his hand again, Zhang Meng struck with both hands and instantly crushed the right shoulders of the two little devils!

Then, before the two could scream out, they were grabbed with both hands and tossed outside.

Just like that, two living people were thrown out like stones, and not until they left the hall were screams heard!

”President Zheng, I’ll leave the rest to your careful handling.” Lu Xiaobu said to Zheng Tianlai.

”No problem! I’ll make sure they fulfill their promises!” Zheng Tianlai sneered.

Do they really think this First Level Rich List is easy to bully?!

”Someone, those noises are disturbing our tea time, beat them until they have no strength to shout!” Zheng Tianlai waved his hand, giving the order.

Afterward, muffled sounds of punches and kicks and softer cries came through.

Finally, the voices of the two disappeared, obviously too weak to cry out anymore!

”Why is father acting so tough today?” Zheng Hai mumbled to himself.

His father has always believed in harmony brings wealth, yet today without hesitation, he ordered a beating, and a beating of foreigners at that?!

”You little brat, what are you talking about?” Zheng Tianlai rolled his eyes: ”In the past, of course, it was harmony brings wealth, but now, the backbone of our Heavenly Dynasty businessmen is strong!”

”Especially regarding these Japanese!”

”Since President Lu has already displayed our Heavenly Dynasty’s dignity, if we elders continue to muddle, wouldn’t we become a laughingstock?!”

Zheng Tianlai was stating facts, while giving a small compliment to Lu Xiaobu.

After all, he wanted to know why a simple brewing method had such amazing results.

Lu Xiaobu didn’t keep it mysterious and laughed saying:

”Perhaps the tea ceremony in Japan emphasizes formality, a rigid and cumbersome practice, but in my view, it’s something else entirely!”

”Dao! It’s something that other countries may not comprehend, but we Heavenly Dynasty people know what Dao is!? It’s something that can be perceived but not expressed! Dao that can be explained is not true Dao!”

”Following the book doesn’t mean it’s Dao, at most it’s called a path!”

”Take the little devils just now, no matter what tea they used the same method, finding peace and presenting the original aroma of tea perfectly!”

”But, does that mean it’s the best aroma? Not necessarily!”

”If that’s the case, then why do we bother frying dishes in the Heavenly Dynasty?! Just buy some carrots, buy some meat and eat them raw!”

”So, the original might not be the best!”

Lu Xiaobu spoke eloquently, dissecting complicated ideas into simple terms, making Zheng Tianlai listen with great interest, even afraid to breathe heavily for fear of interrupting Lu Xiaobu.

Zheng Hai watched from the side, his mouth twitching, his father seemed only to have shown this side before his grandfather!

Should I change how I address him?! Not call him boss?! Call him grandpa?!
