Fate-Defying Demon Emperor

Chapter 113: Chapter 113: No One Can Stop Me from Killing Whom I Want

The fight had been one-sided from the very beginning. However, contrary to everyone’s pre-battle predictions, the one being suppressed was not Su Han, but Qian Yuan.

Qian Yuan, a cultivator at the Third Layer of the Phenomenon Realm, was being suppressed by Su Han, who was only at the Seventh Layer of the Heavenly Human Realm. Even his Supreme Arm had been blown apart. Now, he lay like a dead dog in a large crater on the battle platform, his condition unknown. This outcome stunned the countless spectators.

The disciples of Tianxuan Peak, who had been the loudest before the fight, were now utterly silent. Their faces were ashen, completely unable to comprehend this result. Senior Brother Qian Yuan was a powerhouse at the Third Layer of the Phenomenon Realm who possessed the Nebula Emperor Body and the Supreme Arm. His strength was formidable, making him a standout even within the entire sect, yet now he had suffered a total defeat. This... this... The crowd was speechless, unable to utter a single word.

At this moment, Qin Wushuang’s face was ashen, fury swelling in his eyes. This was not only hatred for Su Han, but also immense disappointment in Qian Yuan for failing to live up to expectations. He had given him the precious Supreme Arm and even taught him the complementary martial technique, the Venomous Heart-Devouring Claw. In theory, defeat should have been impossible, but now, not only had he lost, he had lost utterly and completely. Qin Wushuang wished he could strangle this useless disciple himself. This defeat had not only cost Tianxuan Peak its honor but had also robbed him of a perfect opportunity to kill Su Han.

Useless trash!

Qin Wushuang cursed inwardly. Although he couldn’t show his feelings in front of the crowd, he had already completely lost hope in Qian Yuan.

”Boss won!”

In stark contrast to the gloom on Tianxuan Peak’s side, Ning Feifan’s eyes shone with delight as he cheered jubilantly, his voice the only one in the arena. His exuberant cheering made the faces of the Tianxuan Peak disciples even more unsightly. They glared at Ning Feifan with rage, wishing they could devour him whole. But the angrier his enemies became, the more excited Ning Feifan grew, and his shouts only became louder.

Lu Yunxian, who had been worried about Su Han, could finally breathe a sigh of relief now that the battle was all but over. But as she looked at Su Han, her beautiful eyes revealed an even stronger determination.

Su Han is so powerful, and the enemies he’ll face in the future will be just as strong. I must cultivate as quickly as possible and become stronger, so I won’t be relegated to merely watching from the sidelines every time!

Liu Rumei sensed Lu Yunxian’s ardent desire. She was slightly surprised, and her gaze toward Su Han softened somewhat. Meanwhile, on the other side, Lei Ming laughed heartily, utterly carefree.

”It seems the outcome of this battle is decided!”

The battle’s outcome was clear at a glance. Qian Yuan’s Supreme Arm had been destroyed, his Star-Breaking Spear had flown from his grasp, and he had been severely injured. Most crucially, Qian Yuan’s Dao Heart had collapsed, and his will to fight was gone. Such a person was nothing more than a lamb awaiting slaughter, incapable of even putting up a fight.

Qin Wushuang kept a stern face and said nothing. A loss was a loss. With the Sect Master and the other elders present, he couldn’t act shamelessly. Besides, he was already thoroughly disappointed in Qian Yuan. It would be more peaceful if he were dead. This was a life-and-death duel where they wagered their lives—the winner lived, the loser died. Now that Qian Yuan had lost, only death awaited him.

Holding the Black Blade, Su Han walked toward Qian Yuan. Lying in the large crater, Qian Yuan coughed up blood continuously. His gaze toward Su Han was filled with terror, and he showed no intention of struggling or fighting to the death.

The Black Blade rose, but it did not fall. At that moment, a voice suddenly rang out.

”Spare his life!”

This voice shocked everyone. All eyes turned simultaneously toward the Tianxuan Peak disciples. The one who had spoken was not just any disciple, but Qian Xuan! Qian Xuan was not only a star disciple of Tianxuan Peak but also the Great Crown Prince of the Great Qian Dynasty and Qian Yuan’s older brother. How could he possibly stand by and watch his brother be killed?

At this moment, stellar energy swirled around Qian Xuan’s body. His star-like eyes stared at Su Han, and his words were like an irresistible imperial edict.

”Su Han, if you are willing to spare my brother’s life, I will owe you a favor!”

When Qian Xuan spoke again, it caused an uproar in the crowd. Who was Qian Xuan? He was a powerhouse at the Ninth Layer of the Phenomenon Realm and the unparalleled prodigy at the top of the Qingyun List. He possessed the Stellar Magnetism Primordial Body and held the dual status of a Tianxuan Peak star disciple and the Great Crown Prince of the Great Qian Dynasty. As long as such a figure didn’t meet an untimely end, he was destined to dominate Qingzhou and even make a name for himself throughout the Eastern Region.

A favor from Qian Xuan couldn’t be measured in money. Anyone who received it would soar to great heights, their path in the Martial Arts becoming smooth and unobstructed. Moreover, Su Han had a feud with Qin Wushuang, and Qian Xuan was Qin Wushuang’s head disciple. If Su Han spared Qian Yuan today and gave Qian Xuan this face, Qian Xuan might withdraw from future conflicts. This was undoubtedly a massive boon for Su Han. In light of all this, everyone was moved by Qian Xuan’s brotherly devotion. As for Su Han, they couldn’t imagine any reason for him to refuse.

”Senior Brother Qian Xuan truly is the number one prodigy of our Seven Stars Sect! So honorable and righteous, it’s incredibly reassuring.”

”Su Han is so damn lucky to get a favor from Senior Brother Qian Xuan. I wish that favor was for me!”

”Senior Brother Qian Xuan is my idol! I’m so proud of him!”

The crowd fanatically worshipped Qian Xuan, looking at him like devoted fans. But Qian Xuan was numb to this adoration; he had enjoyed such worship since the day he was born, making him shine like a brilliant star in the sky, admired by all. This adoration had also fostered his haughty and condescending character. Yet, given his talent and strength, others found nothing wrong with it and continued to fawn over him.

At this time, Qian Xuan ignored the crowd’s adulation, his intense gaze fixed on Su Han on the battle platform. Although he stood in the square while Su Han was on the platform, his gaze was that of a god looking down on a mortal. He had remained silent earlier, hoping Qian Yuan could kill Su Han. But now that his brother had lost, he had no choice but to speak up. He was confident Su Han wouldn’t refuse him. After all, the consequences of refusal were severe, and he believed Su Han was not a brainless brute. He stood with his hands behind his back, his expression radiating confidence, as if bestowing a favor upon Su Han was the greatest of gifts.

Su Han heard Qian Xuan’s words and understood the vast difference between refusal and acceptance, yet his expression didn’t change in the slightest.

A favor? Sorry, I don’t need one.

The next moment, Su Han fiercely swung his blade down.

SLASH!

With a flash of the blade, Qian Yuan was beheaded. Blood spurted like a fountain, dyeing the battle platform red, his face still frozen in a look of horror. Reaching out, Su Han stored Qian Yuan’s corpse directly into his Storage Ring. Only after doing all this did Su Han turn to face Qian Xuan.

”No one can stop me from killing the people I want to kill!”
