BTTH: Rebirth of Liu Xi

”Y-Young Master... you saw everything!”

Leaning softly against Liu Xi’s chest, Xiao Yixian’s cheeks burned scarlet as her gaze drifted up to his handsome side profile, her voice delicate and teasing.

Liu Xi’s lips curved slightly. ”Regretting it already? You stripped yourself bare — even if I wanted not to look, how could I?”

As he spoke, he carried her toward the bed. His palm brushed across her smooth, delicate skin with every step, and even his heart rippled slightly from the warmth of her touch.

”Mmm…” The heat of his hand sent a shiver through Xiao Yixian’s heart. She shook her head lightly, voice soft as spring silk. ”I don’t regret it... Young Master, will we... always be together?”

”I promised you, didn’t I?” Liu Xi said solemnly. ”For life — I’ll never abandon you.”

A radiant smile blossomed on her face, her voice bright and playful. ”Hehe... then this humble girl has no other way to repay such great kindness. I can only offer myself to you.”

A beauty in his arms... offering herself completely. Who could possibly resist that?

He walked slowly to the bed, bent down, and laid her gently upon the soft mattress — yet did not move away. Leaning close until his breath brushed against her ear, Liu Xi whispered in a low, husky tone, ”Offer yourself... how about tonight?”

”Mm…”

That faint, bashful hum was sweeter than music.

Liu Xi raised his head slightly, watching the girl beneath him — her face flushed crimson, eyes closed tight, lips parted in shy anticipation. Without hesitation, he lowered his head again and kissed her.

That kiss... was long, lingering, and full of fire.

”Does your body still hurt?”

”Mm... it feels much better now.”

The Next Morning

When sunlight poured once more into the Inner Academy, Liu Xi was still asleep in Xiao Yixian’s room — unsurprising, considering how busy the two of them had been through the night.

While they slept, another girl in the courtyard stirred. In the neighboring room, Zi Yan had finally finished refining the vast energy from the Earth Core Body Tempering Milk after three full days of absorption.

Her small form lay quietly on the bed, but ripples of unstable energy began to pulse within her body.

Thump... thump...

The deep, powerful rhythm of her heartbeat filled the still air — until suddenly, Zi Yan’s purple eyes snapped open. Cold and domineering light flashed within, carrying an ancient, terrifying pressure, as though a divine beast from antiquity had awakened.

Moments later, that oppressive aura faded, replaced by a hint of confusion. She blinked, rubbed her eyes, and muttered, ”Who am I... where am I... what was I doing?”

”Oh right! I went treasure hunting with Big Brother... then we found that body-tempering milk... I drank a whole bottle and... hmm... can’t remember what happened after that. But it tasted so good... Zi Yan wants more!”

Remembering the flavor, she gulped unconsciously, saliva glinting at the corner of her lips.

Hopping out of bed, she stretched lazily — just a simple, light motion...

BOOM!

Two explosive holes blasted open in the ceiling exactly where her fists pointed. Sunlight streamed through, forming twin pillars of light. Zi Yan froze, lowering her hands in shock.

Glancing at her tiny fists, she blinked blankly. ”Huh...? What just happened?”

The noise instantly woke Liu Xi and Xiao Yixian.

Liu Xi’s eyes snapped open, sharp and alert, his spiritual perception spreading across the entire courtyard in an instant. He sensed Zi Yan awake — and two fresh holes in the roof — but no threat.

His vigilance faded, replaced by lazy satisfaction.

In his arms, Xiao Yixian stirred. ”Young Master, what happened?”

Liu Xi replied with a languid smile, ”Nothing serious. Zi Yan’s awake... and apparently testing how durable my house is.”

”Ah!” Xiao Yixian gasped, panic flashing across her face. She pushed at Liu Xi’s chest in a fluster. ”Young Master, hurry and get up! If Zi Yan comes over, how will we explain this?”

From his position, Liu Xi had a perfect view of her graceful, half-covered curves. He smirked. ”Explain what? Big Brother and Sister-in-Law sleeping together — isn’t that perfectly normal?”

Xiao Yixian’s face turned crimson, but her lips curved into a shy, happy smile. After much soft pleading, Liu Xi finally sighed, reluctantly sitting up.

Once dressed, he glanced back at her — still rosy and weak from the night before. ”Rest a bit longer. I’ll go handle Zi Yan.”

”Mm.” She nodded obediently, her tone gentle as silk.

---

Stepping out into the courtyard, Liu Xi’s expression was relaxed and amused. He stopped before Zi Yan’s door and called, ”Zi Yan, I’m coming in.”

”It’s Big Brother!” came her cheerful voice from inside.

Moments later, the door opened, revealing Zi Yan’s radiant little face, beaming with delight.

Liu Xi peered past her, then pointed at the two gaping holes in the ceiling. ”Mind explaining why, the moment you woke up, you decided to demolish my roof?”

Her smile froze. Scratching the back of her head, she stammered, ”Ah... so this is your house, Big Brother? I, uh... I don’t really know what happened! Maybe the roof just exploded on its own? D-do you believe me?”

Several black lines appeared on Liu Xi’s forehead. He stepped inside, shaking his head. ”You think your Big Brother’s an idiot? Tell me exactly what happened.”

Seeing that she couldn’t bluff her way out, Zi Yan pouted and spoke carefully, ”I just woke up, stretched a little... and then the roof blew up! I swear, I didn’t do anything! You have to believe me, Big Brother!”

Standing beneath the twin beams of light, Liu Xi tilted his head up. Through the two fist-sized holes, the clear blue sky was visible above.

He frowned slightly, eyes narrowing.

”Zi Yan,” he said after a pause, ”repeat exactly what you did before. Every movement, just as you did it.”

”Okay...” she replied meekly.

Climbing back onto the bed, Zi Yan reenacted the entire scene — from waking up to stretching. As soon as she put a little strength into her motion...

BOOM!

Two more holes appeared in the roof.

Liu Xi’s pupils constricted sharply. His spiritual sense caught the faint spatial distortion lingering in the air.

’That was... spatial power. When Zi Yan stretched, her punch didn’t physically touch the roof — her strength pierced the air itself, released across space! The roof just happened to block the path of the blow, so it was struck head-on.’

”B-Big Brother...” Zi Yan murmured nervously, her expression guilty as she lowered her head.

No question about it — this was definitely her doing.
