Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

When the car stopped, the female soldiers subconsciously carried the rifles in their hands to the front. The ten female soldiers were divided into four directions. Before the peacekeeping soldiers in the trucks could jump down, they had already entered combat preparations.

The female soldiers from the first female special forces unit in the country were more sensitive to their surroundings than the male soldiers could imagine.

Xia Jinyuan got off the Jeep. When he saw the female soldiers setting up their guns and entering combat, he nodded slightly. He was very satisfied with their mobility.

The soldier who came to inform the female soldiers was a little surprised when he saw this. He heaved a sigh of relief and raised his head to inform the squad leader of the female soldiers, Yang Zhen, ”Yang Zhen, there’s a situation in front. Lead the team down.”

”Yes!” Yang Zhen put away her rifle. The female soldiers in charge of guarding the sides of the truck got down first. After they got down, the two female soldiers in charge of guarding the back of the truck jumped down. Then, the two female soldiers in charge of guarding the front of the truck got down.

Ye Jian, who was walking over, happened to see the two female soldiers in charge of guarding the front of the truck getting out. She had been paying attention to the female soldiers’ reactions since she got out of the Jeep. When she saw them getting out of the truck in an orderly and planned manner, she walked closer and praised all the female soldiers, ”Not bad. You’re very calm when you encounter trouble. You’ve given me a huge surprise.”

They didn’t panic. Ye Jian only saw the calmness and composure a soldier should have on the battlefield. This allowed Ye Jian to have more confidence in the female soldiers.

”There’s a situation ahead. The road to the city is blocked by unknown people. It’s still being confirmed. If there’s a problem, we’ll either choose to retreat or fight.

”The possibility of choosing to retreat is high. Here, we won’t exchange fire with either side easily, including the militants. As long as they don’t confront us head-on, we won’t take the initiative to exchange fire.”

After Ye Jian finished speaking, Gao Xiao immediately raised her question. ”Since the possibility of us choosing to retreat is very high, why didn’t we just reverse and leave just now? Why did we get down?”

Gao Xiao had always been a smart person in the team. She was a little impatient, but with the patient Qiu Tong by her side, the two of them cooperated well.

The female soldiers looked at Ye Jian.

That was right. Why did they have to get down?

Ye Jian pointed at the small village in front of her. ”Because there are residents of Libya there. Before the situation is clear, we need to stay and confirm. If there are no problems, we’ll retreat. If there are problems, we need to negotiate.

”Qiu Tong, keep an eye on Gao Xiao.”

”Yes!” Qiu Tong held her rifle and replied in a deep voice. Gao Xiao was daring. She was able to go all out on the training ground. If something really happened later, Ye Jian was worried that Gao Xiao would go all out.

The ten female soldiers used the truck as a cover to prepare for battle. After more than a year of training, this group of female soldiers was no longer the same as before. Even their gazes were several times sharper than before. Under the sunlight, their young faces were much rougher than their peers. They had a tenacity that their peers didn’t have. They were like cacti growing in the desert. No matter how bad the environment was, they could face the sand and cold.

15 minutes later, the lieutenant finally contacted the government forces stationed not far away from the village. He received a piece of news that made the lieutenant’s expression turn serious.

”Lieutenant Colonel Xia, the village in front was suddenly sealed off three days ago. As there were no gunshots, the government forces didn’t pay attention to it. The current situation in the village is unknown. The government forces can’t provide any useful information. They said that if the situation allows, they hope that we can send soldiers in to take a look.”
