Chapter 1407: Chapter 1407: A True Sword Dao Genius

Teach Spencer Steele the Heavenly Sword?

Carson Flores is now the Master of Heavenly Sword Peak, he can teach whomever he wants, there is no problem at all.

Franklin Austin would only be too happy if Carson Flores could pass down the Heavenly Sword Inheritance. After all, seeing Carson Flores’s talent and demeanor, it is a big question whether he can stay in the White Crane Immortal Sect in the future.

For a person of great ability to leave the Thunder Immortal Realm and venture into the outside world is normal, and even inevitable.

If Spencer Steele learns from Carson Flores, he naturally considers including her in Heavenly Sword Peak; if she fails to learn, he can have her join the White Crane Immortal Sect as a common disciple and let her determine her own fate later on.

Anyhow, having saved her, he would naturally not ignore her outright.

Carson Flores soon explained and demonstrated the First Move of the Heavenly Sword in detail, throughout which Spencer Steele watched intently, her eyes wide open.

After watching, Spencer Steele closed her eyes as though imprinting the scene deeply into her mind.

Carson Flores didn’t disturb her, allowing her to reflect on her own while he stood nearby, hands behind his back.

She remained seated for several shichen.

When she opened her eyes, Carson Flores felt something, turned his head, and seemed to see the fleeting Sword Light in her eyes.

In that instant, the Sword Intent was chilling.

Carson’s heart secretly exclaimed in amazement, ’This girl is incredible. To have achieved such a level?’

”How is it?”

Spencer Steele appeared embarrassed: ”I’m sorry, maybe my talent is limited. I have watched and speculated repeatedly, and while I have grasped a lot, I can’t fully comprehend everything. I always feel something is missing...”

Grasped a lot?

Carson Flores was shocked; it’s just one move, yet Uncle Franklin hadn’t fully mastered it in his entire lifetime, and you have grasped most of it in such a short time?

”Perform a strike. Let me see.”

Spencer Steele drew a sword, concentrated and released a strike, the Sword Light fierce.

The power of this strike wasn’t strong, but Carson Flores’s eyes lit up.

The Sword Intent in this strike was potent!

Simply put, although it wasn’t the complete Breaking Wind, it already had that essence.

She wasn’t bragging; she truly grasped a lot in such a brief period, already touching upon the threshold of understanding the Sword Dao!

Though her own strength wasn’t quite there yet, making her seem naive and even somewhat laughable, her understanding was completely correct.

Sword Dao genius!

Far stronger than himself, a mere imposter.

Amid his admiration, Carson Flores felt an odd mix of emotions; had he accidentally stumbled upon a Sword Dao genius during this journey?

Sword Spirit Body, eh!

By talent, she seems more suitable to inherit Bank Austin’s Heavenly Sword Inheritance than himself, but now the inheritance was his, so naturally she wouldn’t have that opportunity. At most, she could become his disciple.

However, in terms of hierarchy, even as his disciple, she would be the Sect Master’s junior sister, which is already quite a prestigious status within the White Crane Immortal Sect.

While Carson Flores admired her talent, he was not so blindly accepting as to take her as his disciple.

Talent is one thing; character is another.

If he were to take her as a disciple, Carson Flores would still need to observe her character and personality.

After Spencer Steele made that strike, she felt uneasy. Unaware that Carson Flores had taught her the highly-coveted Heavenly Sword, which was extremely difficult to learn, she thought it was only an ordinary sword technique used for assessment. Since she had not fully mastered it, she must have disappointed her benefactor.

Would he dismiss her for her dull talent?

Carson Flores made no further comments but nodded: ”Follow me for now, take some more time to ponder over it.”

Spencer Steele breathed a sigh of relief and quickly nodded: ”I will reflect diligently and strive to fully comprehend it soon.”

”Let’s go back.”

Carson Flores took a couple of steps and then stopped: ”Stop calling me benefactor. Just call me Carson. I’m only about twenty years older than you.”

Actually, among Cultivators, a twenty-year age gap is nothing, and calling someone elder brother is completely fine, but considering he might take her as his disciple, it’s wise to establish their relationship sooner to avoid awkwardness later on.

Spencer Steele’s eyes widened—in her mind, Carson Flores was definitely one of those powerful Immortals who preserved their youth and lived for thousands of years. She hadn’t expected him to be only about twenty years older than herself, meaning he was only in his thirties!

Such formidable power at just thirty-something!

How impressive!

Admiration gleamed in Spencer Steele’s eyes, and she was even more resolved to work hard and stay by Carson Flores’s side, to learn from him!

After meeting up with Princess Hail, Carson Flores instructed: ”For the remaining journey, we take the Flying Boat directly on the commercial route.”

”Yes!”

Carson Flores was wary of being spied on at crucial locations if they were to take public transportation, as that might expose their itinerary.

Those plotting against the Steele Family were not just one sect but several, and all were fairly powerful, though not quite at the level of White Crane Immortal Sect.

Carson Flores didn’t mind trouble, but he preferred not to invite unnecessary complications.

The Flying Boat moved ahead, Carson Flores continued his cultivation practice to refine his Sword Bone, and Spencer Steele also meditated daily, contemplating the Sword Dao contained in that one strike from Carson.

Time flew, and ten days passed in the blink of an eye; suddenly, Spencer Steele opened her eyes, thrilled.

”Uncle Carson, I’ve fully grasitated it!”
