Three Towers Game

Chapter 427: Chapter 137: Opening the Jar_2

Obviously, Yue Yun also knows that having so many people is not a good thing.

Not everyone among these people will survive.

Wen Xishu did not expect Yue Yun and Nissen to be so proactive. He was very satisfied and said:

”We still need to continue observing this cellar. Currently, we are not clear about the game rules this time.”

”Game rules?” Xiaojin asked, puzzled.

Wen Xishu gave a signal to Zheng Zai, who then said:

”Actually, Deceit Tower doesn’t have strong enemies... The main thing is to find a way to leave here, you can consider it a game.”

”We need to find the conditions for losing and winning the game first.”

Xiaojin seemed to understand something.

Wen Xishu looked around. Indeed, this cellar was incredibly huge and had many compartments. Hundreds of people in the cellar didn’t make it crowded.

Many people collapsed to the ground, at a loss. They hoped it was a nightmare, that after a while, after sleeping, they’d wake up and be back in the bunker.

They hoped someone could lead them out of here.

Wen Xishu also knew that someone needed to pacify them at this moment.

He didn’t want to play such a role, but only he could:

”Everyone, don’t panic.”

Wen Xishu’s voice was very robust and quickly spread out. However, the crowd didn’t respond much.

But as soon as he spoke the next sentence, the surroundings immediately fell silent.

”I am Wen Xishu.”

The three words ’Wen Xishu’ instantly gave a lot of people strength.

Wen Xishu said:

”I won’t need to prove myself. Here are a few of my partners, some from Bunker Security Bureau, and others teachers and students from Three Towers Academy.”

Wen Xishu knew that at this moment, he couldn’t talk about the vortex itself yet.

He had to let people find a sense of security.

”Listen to me, everyone, this time we are collectively climbing Deceit Tower, there’s nothing to fear. I often climb Deceit Tower too. First, let me tell you the rules I know...”

”Everyone, please return the candles you touched to their original positions. I know the room is very dark, but please do not move the candles randomly. Thank you.”

Some people were still holding candles. Wen Xishu certainly couldn’t let the kind of tragedy of ”eternal burning” happen.

But considering that directly speaking out might cause some people, who are emotionally or mentally unstable, to harm others deliberately... Wen Xishu didn’t mention the horror of the candle flames.

This is why he didn’t like forming teams with strangers, not valuing team functions, only valuing trust and tacit understanding.

Fortunately, Wen Xishu’s prestige was indeed great. Those who were walking around with candles obediently returned them to their original places and didn’t move them around anymore.

Wen Xishu said:

”This area is very large, but considering the Deceit Tower scenario, it’s still very small.”

”We have a lot of people, and whatever secrets are hidden here, we will surely uncover them.”

”But this isn’t something that can be resolved quickly. We possibly need to spend a night here... If we’re unlucky, perhaps two or three nights.”

”And because we have so many people, I need to select a few managers.”

”To ensure everyone obeys the arrangements.”

Wen Xishu looked around, and indeed, the fear on everyone’s faces had greatly diminished.

People fear being in the unknown, and the weak fear this helplessness. With someone leading the way, they feel they’ve returned to their comfort zone.

Wen Xishu asked:

”Among you, who has climbed Deceit Tower before?”

Wen Xishu thought about it. There are two standards for arranging these people... Either let Ah Miao, Yue Yun, Zheng Zai, Xiaojin, and others spread out to manage various groups.

But from a personal standpoint, he didn’t want to do that.

Managing people is thankless work. If someone doesn’t do well, they will be criticized later.

So Wen Xishu decided to use the second method, which is to let strangers manage strangers. Let those who have climbed Deceit Tower manage those who haven’t.

This, of course, isn’t a good choice either, because up to now, those who have climbed Deceit Tower are likely not good people.

Sure enough, after Wen Xishu finished speaking, four people stood out, three of whom were criminals, and the remaining one was a bottom-level thug.

This situation will be improved in the future, but for now, it can’t be changed.

Wen Xishu briefly got to know these four people.

Fang Tianhen, from the bottom of the bunker, an overlord, discovering that mixing at the bottom still made him just a gang leader, he decided to take risks in Deceit Tower.

Currently can go to the maximum level, 8th floor.

Ling Chen, from the third residential level of the bunker, a criminal, an economic offender, good at calculations. His personality is rather dull. Wen Xishu feels... he’s quite shrewd. Rumored to have been jailed for fraudulent accounting.

Once reached the 6th floor, once the 4th floor. Currently can go to the maximum level, 7th floor.

Ling Fu, from the third residential level of the bunker, Ling Chen’s brother, also a criminal, extroverted personality, good at interacting with people.

Once reached the 6th floor, once the 4th floor. Currently can go to the maximum level, 7th floor.

When Wen Xishu approached, Ling Fu took the initiative to come over and shower Wen Xishu with exaggerated compliments.

Lang Haidu, the fifth residential level of the bunker, a merchant, criminal, told Wen Xishu that he was imprisoned for selling certain banned items, later sought redemption by climbing Deceit Tower.

Lang Haidu surprised Wen Xishu by having climbed Deceit Tower eight times, can go to the maximum level, 11th floor.

After Wen Xishu discussed with the crowd, they decided on a distribution result.

In the next two hours, everyone in the cellar was busy with one thing—forming groups.
