Incredible Insight: Toy Factory Discovers Swarm Drones

Chapter 487 The King of Knowledge Doesn’t Believe in Evil! The Pentagon.

Inside the Technical Department hall.

Dozens of top-tier underlying code engineers and hacker defense Experts all maintained a stunned posture with their mouths wide open.

And that curly-haired Technical Expert who had been so arrogant just a moment ago was now flushed red.

He didn’t even notice the few drops of coffee from his hand spilling onto the keyboard.

The humiliation of being ”face-ridden” by a civilian software featuring a stylish middle-part hairstyle pattern made everyone present feel their scalps tingle.

Such a huge incident had occurred.

This kind of thing absolutely could not be covered up.

It had to be reported immediately.

When the relevant situation was urgently compiled into a report file, this thick document was placed into a file bag with an anti-peeping coating.

It was personally carried by a senior intelligence officer, who drove overnight to that black building symbolizing the highest power, preparing to report it to the Great Leader of Country A, The Unreliable Leader.

The wheels rolled rapidly over the asphalt road.

The intelligence officer sat in the back seat of the car, feeling that the file bag in his hand was like a hot potato.

At the same time, along with this report, a silver USB drive was also brought over.

Inside The Black House.

In the spacious and luxuriously decorated office, underfoot was a thick, soft handmade carpet.

Oil portraits of past leaders hung on the walls.

The Unreliable Leader was sitting behind that large solid wood desk.

He was combing that iconic blonde hair of his, wearing a well-tailored, expensive suit.

He took the file bag handed over by the intelligence officer and finished reading the report.

The Unreliable Leader frowned.

Then, he plugged in the USB drive.

Originally, in a prominent position in this report, it was written in bold red font: ”Must not click this installer to install.”

This was the highest-level security warning given by the Technical Department of The Pentagon.

However, this Unreliable Leader was a bit skeptical of superstition.

Even when making the motion to plug in the USB drive, a confident sneer appeared at the corner of his mouth.

He needed to know that he was very good at installing and uninstalling software.

Before entering politics, he managed a huge business empire.

What kind of big waves hadn’t he seen?

Which time was it not him casually opening the control panel and cleaning it up cleanly in a few strokes?

Yes, when doing business, he was actually that idle.

After all, in business, his company was already on the right track.

Apart from signing documents and playing the stock market, he had nothing else to do.

’Those guys hiding in the server room pounding keyboards are simply insulting my intelligence.’

’It is just a crappy wallpaper software. What can happen if I click install? At worst, I will just click uninstall.’

This thought appeared in his mind.

He didn’t believe it was really that hard to uninstall.

He felt that as long as he personally demonstrated how to easily get rid of this program, he could slap those Technical Experts in the face.

Ignoring the panicked, obstructive gaze of the intelligence officer, and carrying absolute confidence, The Unreliable Leader turned around.

He plugged that USB drive directly into the high-end computer interface on his desk that was connected to the internal core local area network of The Black House.

A prompt box for reading the storage device immediately popped up on the screen.

Then, he held the mouse and found the executable file with the Little Chicken Wallpaper icon.

He double-clicked it directly.

He clicked the Little Chicken Wallpaper installer.

He didn’t even look at those long-winded user agreements.

He clicked ”Next” all the way and installed it directly.

On this high-performance custom computer, the progress bar flashed past.

The green icon lit up.

After the installation was successful, The Unreliable Leader let go of the mouse, leaned back, and was just about to use a victor’s posture to mock the intelligence officer who was trembling in front of the desk.

However, before he could make any follow-up moves, the image on the screen suddenly underwent a drastic change.

This Little Chicken Wallpaper started desperately downloading other software.

Accompanied by the sudden heavy roar of the host fan, the computer’s RAM usage soared to the red line in less than two seconds.

Immediately after, the originally clean and tidy computer desktop was like a hornet’s nest that had been poked.

Countless software under 370 lined up to automatically generate shortcut icons on the desktop.

”370 Secure Browser has blocked risks for you!”

”370 System Manager reminds you to clear memory!”

These rogue programs, which claimed to be security guards, did not protect the system at all.

Instead, they wantonly tampered with underlying file associations.

But this was just the beginning.

Following that were various online game advertisements.

A game character wearing golden armor, carrying a glowing broadsword, jumped out directly from the bottom right corner of the screen.

The top-tier surround sound system in the office suddenly erupted with noisy heavy metal sound effects.

”Brother, slash me once! If you are a brother, come and play!”

Behind those pop-ups with induced clicking nature, there were also various adult websites mixed in.

Several sexually suggestive pictures of people in cool clothing, constantly twisting their bodies, accompanied by those unbearable moaning sound effects, instantly covered his screen.

Facing this sudden cyber mudslide, The Unreliable Leader was completely dumbfounded.

His eyes were wide like copper bells, staring blankly at the messy, flesh-colored pictures on the screen.

The muscles on his cheeks twitched violently.

What was this situation?

He grabbed the mouse in a panic, wanting to click the red crosses in the top right corner of those pop-ups.

As a result, those red crosses that looked like close buttons were actually hidden secondary redirect links.

Clicking one to close it immediately popped up three new ad pages.

”Quick! Quickly turn off this damn thing for me!”

The Unreliable Leader was sweating profusely with anxiety.

However, it was already too late.

As the recognized ceiling of rogue software on the internet in the Eastern Country, the reason Little Chicken Wallpaper could make people turn pale at the mention of it was its pervasive local area network infection capability.

In the ten-plus seconds just now when The Unreliable Leader was frantically trying to pull the power plug, that domineering bundled software package had already treated the computer on The Unreliable Leader’s desk as a super zombie.

Then, Little Chicken Wallpaper spread along the local area network.

Carrying that highest-priority automatic installation command, like a plague, it followed the intricate network cables inside the walls of The Black House and instantly swept through the entire internal network architecture.

Outside the door, in the spacious secretariat office area, a dozen staff members who were lowering their heads to process national briefings suddenly discovered that the monitors in front of them flickered collectively.

Immediately after, the ad sound effects for a legendary browser game featuring ”one slash for 999” exploded one after another throughout the office area.

In the news release hall rehearsal room next door, the large LCD screen that occupied half the wall, which was originally playing economic data trend charts, disappeared.

It was replaced by an adult website dynamic poster with scantily clad people.

Even the high-end laser printers in the corners of the corridors were like crazy, constantly spitting out waste paper printed with the Little Chicken Wallpaper logo.

All the computers in the entire The Black House started downloading.

Alarm bells rang everywhere.

Armed security personnel charged into the corridor with guns, thinking they had encountered a large-scale terrorist attack.

Instead, they saw a group of politicians in suits and leather shoes, blushing and covering the speakers, trying to cover up those inappropriate moaning sounds.

This cyber disaster caused by one skeptical operation plunged the entire power center into complete paralysis and chaos.

Several hours later, inside the communication server room of The Black House, an entire team of top-tier network engineers was urgently summoned.

They cut off all external physical ports.

The group of people was sweating profusely.

Their fingers tapped out afterimages on the keyboards.

They mobilized the most powerful underlying antivirus tools and forced removal code.

Amidst a chorus of complaints and cursing, they carefully stripped away those malicious plugins deeply embedded in the registry.

After a high-intensity tug-of-war, they spent a huge amount of effort to remove all those bandwidth-occupying bundled ads, rogue cleanup masters, and unhealthy pop-up links in an offline environment.

Finally, although all the software downloaded by Little Chicken Wallpaper had been uninstalled, those engineers wiped the sweat from their foreheads with their sleeves and let out a long sigh of relief, thinking they had finally saved the dignity of this black building.

However, when the computer located in the leader’s office was restarted, accompanied by the familiar startup screen lighting up, the gazes of The Unreliable Leader and several technical supervisors turned to that high-definition screen simultaneously.

The air instantly became quiet again.

Everyone’s mouth twitched violently.

Because they clearly saw that the Stars and Stripes desktop, which originally symbolized national dignity, was gone.

Replacing it was still that screensaver of a teenager with a middle-part hairstyle, wearing overalls, showing a dynamic basketball-playing pose.

No matter how they cleaned it, although those bundled junk programs were killed, Little Chicken Wallpaper itself was not uninstalled.
