Undead Mage from a Cell

Chapter 714: Chapter 712: Postwar Inventory

When Gu Xi entered the underground space in this world, the Garrison Gate had transformed into a horizontally openable school gate.

A large number of Undead transported various supplies here in batches.

Gu Xi’s several Contracted Undead were reviewing the operation with him, calculating the gains from this endeavor.

Shaya was reporting information submitted by each Hero and Boss, while Luna recorded it with a pen.

Eve and the Eldest Princess Anna were there counting and verifying.

Ensuring that there would be no errors in the data.

As Luna recorded the information, she muttered with her head down: ”Master, next time, let’s specifically find a Contracted Undead specializing in financial management. The data is getting more complex, and I can hardly keep up with recording it all.”

Gu Xi nodded in agreement.

However, suitable Contracted Undead are not easy to find.

If it weren’t for the strong hint from the ”Book of the Box of Fate,” Gu Xi wouldn’t have considered transforming a deceased Lamp God into his Contracted Undead.

It could be said that Eve’s relationship this time wasn’t as good as that between Luna and Gu Xi.

Next time when contracting an Undead, it might not be as hasty.

And who knows how long until the next Contracted Undead can be found.

Gu Xi took note of this matter and carefully examined the various gains already in hand.

As the army returned, just as Gu Xi had estimated, after devastating this world with destructive impact, then gathering souls through the Soul Summoning Tower, they acquired approximately 170,000 Undead Corps.

All of these Undead were at Level 8, with various species represented.

Unlike before, not only following the routes of the ”Book of the Grub,” ”Blood Feast Book,” and ”Path of Deceit.”

There were also foundational Undead Corps like Skeleton Soldiers, Zombies, and Ghosts.

Additionally, they acquired over 370 Undead Bosses and over 540 Undead Warriors.

So long as Heroes were arranged, numerous regiments could be formed immediately.

But now, the most important thing for these Undead Bosses and Undead Corps is not compiling them into regiments but sending them all back to Yalidu City for the first round of restructuring and arrangement.

This task will be handled by the Eldest Princess Anna.

No need for Gu Xi to worry.

The matter of the Dragon Vein producing Ghost Dragons exceeded Gu Xi’s expectations.

After understanding why these Dragon Veins were drained of energy, Gu Xi’s methods of handling them became more diverse.

No longer starting with the Death Lord’s ability to communicate and then using the Yellow Springs Dragon Robe to activate the Dragon Burial Vein.

There were many methods that could be utilized.

Thus, Gu Xi ultimately acquired significantly more Ghost Dragons than originally planned.

This time, he harvested a total of seventy-nine Ghost Dragons.

Most were Rusted Dragon Species, a few were Crystal Dragon Species, and a few were Black Dragon Species.

This puzzled Gu Xi, as he wasn’t sure how the races of these Ghost Dragons were differentiated.

But in the end, they were all Ghost Dragons, and any differences didn’t matter much to Gu Xi, so he simply chose to ignore them.

Once transformed, these Ghost Dragons continually followed Gu Xi, trailing behind the Ghost Dragon.

Unless a Hero capable of mastering dragon abilities emerged, Gu Xi would not let them be taken away.

Such gains had Bone Titan’s eyes constantly flashing with lightning.

It was clear that he also wanted such companions.

But the desire of Bone Titan might have to wait quite a while.

During this exploration of the world, Gu Xi, using Eve’s archaeological and grave digging abilities, excavated several important ancient battlefields.

Here, Gu Xi discovered many corpses above Level 15.

These included Diamond Men, Great Mages, Naga Queens, God Lamp Masters, and naturally, Titans from the Tower’s core species.

Moreover, as the Tower’s initial high-tier species, Titans inherently start at a higher baseline than other species.

Despite different locations of the seven Tower forces, their pursuit of Titans was the same.

Initially, Titans were the first to reach Level 19 among the peak experts of the seven forces.

Even after the major events, Titans were among the most numerous survivors.

Thinking back to when Gu Xi found Eve’s hiding place, he encountered Titan Guards.

Therefore, discovering many Titan corpses in these few ancient battlefields is relatively significant.

Yet these corpses differ from the creatures Gu Xi’s forces killed.

Their levels were higher, with the weakest around Level 7.

Directly summoning them, Gu Xi feared he couldn’t summon Titans or more advanced species.

Thus, Gu Xi’s plan was to pack them into Yalidu City.

Waiting for the path of Undead Transformation to be properly established, then transform them into suitable Undead Species.

For now, they should not act rashly.

This was something Bone Titan could understand.

If all these suitable corpses were turned into regular Skeletons, it would be such a waste.

Bone Titan came from the Mysterious Academy.

In this regard, his standards are higher.

He never wanted a batch of Skeleton Soldiers summoned from Titan corpses but desired Titan companions.

Even if they were all Bone Titans.

So, even seeing Ghost Dragons following the Ghost Dragon, while it enraged him, he didn’t jump out and ask Gu Xi to act rashly but kept the matter in his heart.

Next time, when there’s an opportunity to bring companions along, he’ll severely beat these Ghost Dragons.

For now, he remained composed, not wanting to alert the Ghost Dragon, preventing Titan Undead Transformation opportunities from being lost.

Gu Xi had no idea about Bone Titan’s inner thoughts.

At present, he was reviewing information on the various collected tools and equipment.

Previously, Gu Xi had announced that this time, with all Undead Bosses deployed.

He effectively empowered the Undead under his command.

All gray, white, and green-quality equipment and tools acquired by the Undead were kept by them.

All were distributed to the participating Undead Corps and Undead Bosses.

Eventually, even those picked up along the way counted, and all below green quality were distributed on the spot.

Such arrangements greatly boosted the enthusiasm of the Undead Corps.

Witness how the Undead charged and killed mercilessly, immediately distributing the spoils, directly using newly acquired items to enhance their combat power.

This greatly strengthened the Undead Corps’ combat but also brought another effect.

All submitted equipment and tools were of blue quality and above.

Among them, purple-quality equipment and tools numbered thirteen in total.
