The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 671: Chapter 671: Don’t Want to See Cruelty

Little Taotie felt very down on the way home.

Hua Jinyan tried to ask the reason, but Little Taotie simply refused to speak.

The next day, she was supposed to go to school, but instead, Little Taotie called Teacher Ma and waited for him at home, extraordinarily skipping school.

Cheng Guodong didn’t know what had happened, but he still called the class teacher and got leave for Little Taotie.

When Little Taotie saw Teacher Ma arriving, she ran towards him and hugged his legs.

She lifted her head, her eyes brimming with tears.

”Teacher Ma, I saw how the Ghost King became the Ghost King.”

Teacher Ma sighed and soothingly stroked Little Taotie’s head.

With the growth of her powers, she would see even more cruel things in the future.

”Close your eyes, don’t look, don’t think about it, and you won’t see it.”

”But when I touch the evil spirit’s Evil Thoughts, I see its memories, those...” Little Taotie sobbed, looking like a helpless Little Beast, ”I saw those poor infants being eaten.”

The scenes she saw were shocking to one’s core values.

The Ghost King opened his mouth, eating the tiny spiritual bodies one by one.

The little infants, innocent and naïve, though spiritual bodies, still looked like infants visually.

Teacher Ma picked her up and gently comforted her, ”Then think of a way to save them.”

”I don’t know... what I should do.”

Little Taotie pulled out the Evil Spirit Chocolate.

This was the Evil Spirit Chocolate turned from the Ghost King, unique.

Actually, Little Taotie had also eaten the Evil Spirit Chocolate that had transformed from the Ghost King before, fed to her by enemies.

At that time, those Evil Spirit Chocolates looked very ordinary and did not have any Golden Light.

”This Golden Light, it must be from the spiritual bodies that the Ghost King devoured, among them some spiritual bodies carried Merit. The spiritual bodies with Merit, after being devoured, are not so quickly refined by the Ghost King.”

Upon hearing this, hopeful light appeared in Little Taotie’s eyes, shining brightly.

”Does that mean there’s a chance of saving them?”

Teacher Ma nodded, ”More or less, but it still needs some time; leave it to me.”

”Can you teach me?”

Little Taotie had started to become an avid learner; in fact, Ma Ming noticed that recently, Little Taotie had become interested in Mysticism, whereas before she always seemed reluctant to learn.

”You want to learn?”

”I do!”

She wanted to help those infants, those pure spiritual bodies that were unwilling to be devoured by the Ghost King; she had seen their reluctance, their pain, their struggle from those images, but she could not help them.

She wanted to become very powerful, wanted to help them break free.

Teacher Ma touched her head reassuringly, ”As long as you want to learn, you can learn quickly.”

Teacher Ma began to recite ancient and complex Sanskrit.

In the past, Little Taotie, upon hearing these Sanskrit words, just wanted to sleep, as if she was in a temple listening to an old monk chanting scriptures, utterly incomprehensible, just making her sleepy.

But now, Little Taotie listened seriously, trying to discern what exactly he was reading.

Teacher Ma opened his palm, and a small knife appeared in it.

It was a small knife made of congealed Golden Light, appearing to have its own intelligence, and began cutting the Evil Spirit Chocolate.

It gradually peeled off the Golden Light from the Evil Spirit Chocolate, separating them.

Teacher Ma took out a Glazed Glass Vial and put the separated Golden Light Chocolate into the vial.

Little Taotie watched expectantly, ”Is that it?”

Teacher Ma shook his head, ”It still needs some time, I’ll have to chant over the glass bottle every day to transcend the souls.”

Little Taotie, eager to learn, nodded, ”Can you teach me? I also want to help.”

Teacher Ma didn’t want Little Taotie to see too many overly cruel things, but some things still had to be made clear.

”It might not be successful, perhaps they have already dissipated, what’s left is just the Merit itself.”

Little Taotie blinked her big eyes, confusion appearing in them.
