Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Although the information on the Dao Domain Lord Realm that had been gathered by Feng Chen and Chu Yang wasn’t on the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm, the large quantity of information still helped in deepening his understanding of the Dao Domain Lord Realm. Allowing him to draw inspiration from the information to try and figure out how to break through to the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm.

Of course, even if he did have all this information, it was still incredibly difficult for him to figure out what it was he would have to do to trigger the transformation that would elevate his cultivation realm from the Late Stage of the Dao Domain Lord Realm to the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm. Especially so considering that the time he had on his hand before ultimately being forced to break through was only a week or less.

In the worst-case scenario. Not to mention a week, he doubted he would even be able to hold on for more than three days before the strain on his dantian became too great for him to continue suppressing.

With that in mind, Xuan Hao didn’t bother wasting any time after he had finished reading through all the information, he could find about the Dao Domain Lord Realm in the sect and directly rushed off towards the mystic realm. Hoping that he would be able to gain information on how to reach the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm from the Tower of Secrets.

Even if this might require him to take on another celestial trial that would undoubtedly come with its own risks, he felt that he should be able to do it before he was forced to break through.

After all, his current strength was no joke now that he had reached the Peak of the Late Stage of the Dao Domain Lord Realm. Having comprehended the Dao of Ice, the Dao of Space and the Dao of the Sword all the way to the Perfection Realm. Along with six other Daos in the Large Success Realm.

Even if his current strength might not have reached the level of a Middle Stage Celestial Immortal Realm cultivator, he doubted that he was that far off the mark with his current strength.

At the very least, he felt more than confident in being able to fight and potentially kill someone in the Early Stage of the Celestial Immortal Realm if he managed to prevent them from escaping.

For this reason alone, he didn’t fear the celestial trials as much as he had done before. Feeling confident that he should be able to smoothly go through them with his current strength.

Not to mention, even if he ran into a problem entering one of the celestial trials in the mystic realm, his current Dao of Space gave him the confidence to survive even in the face of a spatial storm.

Well… Somewhat confident, as he had seen some spatial storms that far exceeded the Celestial Immortal Realm.

But… He should be strong enough to avoid them with his current mastery of the Dao of Space. The only thing he had to really worry about would be a potential retaliation from the celestial gates whose spatial passages he would alter to accomplish that kind of escape.

”No need to continue thinking about this anymore, I should leave immediately, before it’s too late…” Shaking his head as he muttered this to himself, Xuan Hao didn’t waste any time as he got up and made his way towards the closest entrance to the mystic realm. Understanding that every second wasted at this point would mean one step closer to him failing his breakthrough to the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm.

At least, now that he had the robe of the elder from the Mirage Sect, he would be able to enter the mystic realm without encountering any problems along the way.

The main problem outside completing the celestial trials contained inside of the celestial gates to gather celestial coins for the Tower of Secrets, being to ensure that the Tower of Secrets really did have the information he wanted in the first place.

After all, the last thing he wanted to do was gather the celestial coins only to find out that the Tower of Secrets didn’t have the information that he wanted, or worse, find out that he didn’t have the required celestial coins when the time came…

In the end, because of all this, Xuan Hao soon found himself at the entrance to the mystic realm… And without a hint of hesitation, he rushed inside before rapidly making his way to the Tower of Secrets. His increase in strength and understanding of both the Dao of Light and the Dao of Space allowed him to reach the Tower of Secrets in no more than a few minutes.

”Ah… I forgot… Don’t I need celestial coins to enter the Tower of Secrets…?”

And it was only when he stood in front of the Tower of Secrets that he finally remembered that he would need celestial coins to even enter the Tower of Secrets, a rather comical error on his part.

Luckily, just as he was lost in his own thoughts thinking about what to do, the preservation golem that had been guarding the Tower of Secrets came to life and approached him.

”Trail participant detected, temporary elder status acknowledged, trail participant, what would you like help with?”

”Help? Yes, do you know about a way to break through to the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm? Is there perhaps information on how to break through to the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm inside the Tower of Secrets?”

”Question acknowledged, Information on methods to break through to the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm can be found on the third floor. Special access is allowed to trial participants at the Late Stage of the Dao Domain Lord Realm, Price for the information is also reduced from the original price.

Warning, current balance of trial participant, 0 celestial coins, recommended to first obtain more celestial coins before returning to the Tower of Secret.”

Just as he was feeling overjoyed to learn that there was information on how to break through to the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm hidden inside the Tower of Secrets, he was rudely brought back to reality by the sudden warning from the preservation golem that reminded him of his current broke state.

Unfortunately, even if he wanted to rush inside the Tower of Secrets to get his hands on the information, there was no way for him to do so, as the formation guarding the Tower of Secrets would undoubtedly kill him the moment, he attempted something like that.

Even with his recent increase in strength, the terror he felt from the formation guarding the Tower of Secrets remained intact and only seemed to have grown stronger as he was able to sense more.

Looks like the only way is for me to complete more celestial trials and gather the celestial coins needed for the information, but… Even with a price reduction due to my status as a Dao Domain Lord in the Late Stage of the realm, how much would information on the third-floor cost? 50 celestial coins, 100 celestial coins or maybe more?

Shaking his head as he thought about this, Xuan Hao could not help feeling a bit worried about his chances of gathering the required celestial coins in time. After all, the time he had before he would be forced to break through was only between three days to at most seven days.

No matter how much he rushed, he doubted he would be able to complete more than a single- Maybe two celestial trials if he was lucky in this short period of time.

After all, the difficulty of the celestial trials was adjusted to his cultivation realm, and he had no idea what kind of enemy he would be facing inside the celestial trials-

Whoosh-!

Even then, there was no way he could simply give up on the opportunity to reach the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm. So, without hesitation, he turned around after hearing what the preservation golem said and directly left in the direction of the closest celestial trial.

At the very least, it wasn’t difficult for him to track down the celestial trials inside the mystic realm with the help of the celestial compass… And reaching them took even less time now that his comprehension of the Dao of Space had increased along with his strength.

Because of this, after only a few minutes of flying, he reached the closet celestial trial that he had not yet completed.

Although… Looking at the celestial gate that looked to be in a half-broken state with part of it collapsed on the ground next to it, Xuan Hao hesitated when it came to stepping inside the celestial gate. Understanding that the spatial passages on the other side couldn’t be in a much better state…
