Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

At the same time Chu Yang could finally be said to have made it out of immediate danger regarding the Dao Seed Realm cultivators who currently wanted him dead, Xuan Hao opened his eyes for the first time in over two months with a bright smile dancing at the edge of his lips as he looked towards the system notifications that had appeared at some point during his cultivation. Indicating that both the formation hall and the blacksmithing hall had reached the standard required for the two quests to be considered to have been completed.

[Sect Quest: Establish a Proper Formation Hall] [Formation Hall Disciples (Below Master Realm): 544/500 (Complete)] [Formation Hall Elders (Master Realm): 10/10 (Complete)] [Formation Hall Elders (Grandmaster Realm): 1/1 (Complete)] [Reward: Dao of Formations Comprehension, Formation Diagrams, Formation Training Stones, Formation Construction Materials] Sect Quest: Establish a Proper Blacksmithing Hall] [Blacksmithing Hall Disciples (Below Master Realm): 842/500 (Complete)] [Blacksmithing Hall Elders (Master Realm): 12/10 (Complete)] [Blacksmithing Hall Elders (Grandmaster Realm): 1/1 (Complete)] [Reward: Dao of Blacksmithing Comprehension, Artifact Blueprints, Spiritual Metal] Although there also seemed to be other notifications outside of the indicating the completion of these two sect quests, Xuan Hao ignored them for now, as he decided to first accept the rewards from the two sect quests.

First, starting with the reward from the Formation Hall sect quest that took a little over two days to fully consume. The comprehension gained not really causing any significant breakthrough outside of pushing him closer to the Perfection Realm in the Dao of Formations.

As for the resources gained, none of them were really useful to him and were directly handed over to the formation hall.

The resources and other things gained from completing the Blacksmithing Hall sect quests were similar, though the comprehension part was far more useful this time around. Allowing him to go from the Small Success realm to the Large Success Realm in the Dao of Blacksmithing.

Not just had he reached the Large Success Realm with another Dao, but the total layers possible for him to create around his dao lotus was now 24, the dividing line where a new transformation would take place and also considered the Late Stage of the Dao Seed Realm.

Even if he could delay the emergence of the layers around his dao seed a bit if he wanted, he didn’t intend on doing so, as he was keen on reaching the Late Stage of the Dao Seed Realm in terms strength as it did completely put his strength outside the scope of the Earth Immortal Realm.

While he doubted that he would be able to fight someone in the Celestial Immortal Realm, he should at the very least have a better chance in case he ended up facing someone in the Celestial Immortal Realm.

Rumble~

Because of this, Xuan Hao immersed himself in cultivation for the next week, as he consolidated two new layers around his dao seed before the layers began undertaking a drastic transformation. Instead of just staying around the Dao Seed and protecting it, the layers had started to integrate into the dao seed itself.

After the layers reached thirty, they would be able to fully integrate into the Dao Seed and he would be considered at the Peak of the Dao Seed Realm and have the ability to break through to the Profound Immortal Realm according to what he knew about the realm.

Of course, there were other requirements for reaching the Profound Immortal Realm outside of just that, one being to have at least reached the Perfection Realm in one Dao and have two supporting Daos reach the Large Success Realm.

Although far easier than reaching the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm, it was still a difficult thing to accomplish, as reaching the Perfection Realm in any Dao was in no way a simple matter.

As for how those who didn’t become Dao Domain Lord Realm cultivators managed to condense layers around their dao seed without comprehending so many daos, it was done through comprehending smaller support daos that supported the growth of their main dao.

For example, the Dao of Fire has easier support Daos like the Dao of Burning or the Dao of Heat, while one could also use more complicated and difficult to comprehend Daos like the Dao of Wind as a supporting Dao.

Of course, the stronger the supporting Dao, the stronger the main Dao and in turn the stronger the cultivator…

Not worried about any of this, Chu Yang focused his attention on the new internal situation of his dantian that now seemed to be brimming with far more strength compared to before.

Different from the past when he just felt a small boost in strength after another layer was added around his dao seed, this time around, he truly felt like he had broken through to a brand-new realm.

If he had to fight with his past self, it wouldn’t even be a challenge, as he could clearly feel that he had already taken a crucial step forward that had started some kind of transformation inside him.

Looking at the dao seed that was now slowly merging with the layers around it, he realized what this transformation was, as the layers around his dao seed would automatically be integrating themselves with his dao seed from now on.

More importantly, if he couldn’t add any new layers and the transformation came to an end, he would be unable to continue progressing through the Dao Seed Realm and would be forced to go down the path of the Celestial Immortal Realm.

Even if he was a Dao Domain Lord Realm cultivator, this was still the same, at least he thought it best to think so considering that it was still unknown if he could still reach the Profound Immortal Realm leveraging his Late Stage of the Dao Domain Lord Realm cultivation Base.

At least he was certain that if he failed, he wouldn’t be able to reach the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm...
