Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Having finished informing Feng Chen about the situation regarding the two new elders of the blacksmithing hall, he didn’t spend much time looking through the rest of the sect before making his way back to his cultivation room.

Although the rest of the sect had also been developing well and the different profession halls were far from the only part of the sect that had grown stronger over the past few months, it wasn’t to the degree that it warranted any special attention, as it was mostly just some elders and disciples who had broken through.

The only thing that did warrant some degree of attention being the servant quarters, that had at this point expanded to become the largest part of the Star Shattering Sect at this point in time, with there being far more members inside the servant quarters compared to the sect itself.

Though… It wasn’t really that surprising, considering that most of the sect’s daily management didn’t specifically require a cultivator to take care of it and was mostly handled by the servant quarters of the sect at this point in time.

Of course, even though most of the members of the servant quarters weren’t able to step onto the path of immortal cultivation, living inside the Shattered Star Peaks still brought a lot of benefits, as the rich spiritual qi present would easily allow an ordinary mortal to live upwards of 150 years with a far lower chance of becoming sick.

To accommodate this large number of servants working for the sect. A small valley close to the Seventh Star Peak inside the Shattered Star Peaks had already been transformed into a rather sizable city where most of the members of the servant quarters lived.

As for the problem of what would happen if this city became too small to accommodate the number of servants required to keep the sect operating normally? That was a problem Elder Song would have to handle when the time came, as continuing to expand it wouldn’t be an option forever given the limited space of the Shattered Star Peaks.

The best option would of course be that the servant quarters could transform into a place where everyone at least had a cultivation at the Qi Condensation Realm, as cultivators would be able to handle far more work than that of a normal mortal.

The main problem with this was that the current Star Shattering Sect would have a difficult time finding so many Qi Condensation Realm cultivators who were loyal to the sect.

After all, the current members of the sect’s servant quarters were all being trained and recruited when they were still young and had been meticulously cultivated, something that couldn’t compare to the sect recruiting people from outside the sect.

Problems for the future~ Problems for Elder Song~

Thinking this to himself as he thought about the potential problems regarding the future development of the servant quarters, Xuan Hao arrived inside his cultivation room before slowly sitting down and closing his eyes. Starting to comprehend the Dao of Space without another thought.

Problems like the servant quarters were ultimately not something that concerned him and was instead something that would end up being solved by Elder Song who was in charge of the sect’s internal situation.

Better to just leave such thoughts to him instead of worrying himself about these kinds of potential internal problems of the sect. Especially considering that Elder Song was clearly far more skillful than himself when it came to dealing with these kinds of things.

…

At the same time Xuan Hao resumed comprehending the Dao of Space after what could be considered a short break, Chu Yang was still hiding away inside the secret realm after having fully consumed the source crystal and managed to take full advantage of it to reach the Elementary Realm in the Dao of the Spear and Eighth Stage of the Domain Lord Realm.

However, having stayed hidden away for months inside the small cave without leaving, he had not managed to make much progress in his cultivation over the months he had stayed hidden and had mostly used the time to fully stabilize his foundation in the Eighth Stage of the Domain Lord Realm.

The main problem was that as the time for the secret realm to close approached, he began to feel increasingly uneasy. Understanding that he would likely soon have to face the powerful cultivators from the different major powers who had control of the secret realm… And considering how he had just rushed inside and knocked their guards away, he had a feeling that he would most likely end up facing at least one Soul Ascension Realm cultivator after leaving the secret realm.

To solve this problem, he would definitely end up having to use one of the two remaining talismans from his master.

Even then… He would likely still have to flee from his life and have to hide while running while making his way back towards the sect. After all, he didn’t feel like those different major powers of the neutral region would just let him escape like that. Especially considering that news of the source crystal being in his hands would most likely also reach them.

Though he could say he had already used it, he doubted that they would believe him considering how dangerous it was to use something like that inside the secret realm and the fact that no one would use it under normal circumstances unless facing a major bottleneck.

The two talismans he had left… Were really far too few to safely leave the neutral region if he tried to just rush straight back to the sect.

In the end, the safest option would be for him to reach the Ninth Stage of the Domain Lord Realm before the secret realm closed.

The main problem with this being that he would have to leave his hiding spot and search for an opportunity like the rest of the Domain Lord Realm cultivators currently inside the secret realm if he wanted to have any hope of that happening…
