I am the Ultimate Villain, So What If I Kill a Protagonist

248: Chapter 248 The Bright Road?Seeing these detestable beasts, which had already been scared out of their wits and completely demoralized by his powerful aura and brutal methods, they turned and fled.

Ye Yun employed his footwork, giving rapid chase to slaughter every one of these Chimpanzees that dared to flee.

”I have said it before: for any beast that has touched my body, there is only one path awaiting you—to be drained of your essence and blood by me, Ye Yun, and become a dried corpse.”

”You forty-some beasts, none of you will escape.”

Ye Yun wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth, his crimson eyes locking onto the fleeing Chimpanzees one by one.

He had originally thought that using such a primitive, disgusting method—draining essence and blood—would surely make him feel incredibly nauseated, even repulsed.

However, after absorbing the blood of so many Chimpanzees, Ye Yun even felt that he had begun to enjoy the taste of blood, becoming obsessed with the bloody sensation.

”Wuwu...”

Another Chimpanzee was held fast by its four limbs by Ye Yun, its neck being frantically sucked upon by him.

At this moment, the Chimpanzee was completely terrified, emitting whimpering sounds, wanting to beg Ye Yun to spare its beastly life.

”You feel afraid now, and want to beg me to let you go?”

”When I previously used this same tone and expression to bitterly beg, hoping you beasts would spare me, how did you treat me then? You destroyed me bit by bit.”

”Why didn’t you give me even the slightest bit of mercy? Since you committed such beastly acts against me, and you were unrighteous and heartless first, then don’t blame me, Ye Yun, for being ruthless.”

”The only thing awaiting you is death.”

Ye Yun gritted his teeth, completely ignoring the Chimpanzee’s pleas for mercy, his eyes revealing a touch of madness.

He clamped down hard on the creature’s arm, opened his blood-stained maw, and bit down viciously.

In just a few breaths, this Chimpanzee, which had been trembling in fear and shedding tears of regret while being bullied by Ye Yun, had its life ended.

After finishing off this Chimpanzee, Ye Yun’s madness surged, and he strode forward to continue the chase.

Today, not a single Chimpanzee in the cave would escape.

These Chimpanzees had long since been terrified into trembling; Ye Yun had knocked them all to the ground, broken their limbs, and they lay there wailing one by one.

They looked at the human before them as if a demon had descended, emitting whimpering howls from their mouths.

In the end, those howls could only turn into soft weeping and pleas.

”By absorbing all your blood and qi as nourishment for me, Ye Yun, I have already recovered half of my lost vitality.”

”Master Bai Mudan once said that for those martial artists who rely on crooked paths, unless they encounter a heaven-sent opportunity, they are unlikely to ever cross the threshold of the Transcendent in this lifetime.”

”Yet it only took me ten years to cultivate from a second-generation rich kid who knew no martial arts and was just waiting to die, into my current Transcendent.”

”Over these years, I have suffered countless hardships, yet every time I have managed to turn danger into safety.”

”If I, Ye Yun, cannot be called a person of great destiny, and be called a Son of Destiny, then who under the heavens could possibly deserve those four words?”

”I am the Son of Destiny, a person of great destiny; even by relying on crooked paths, I can still achieve great things.”

After experiencing countless blows and frantically absorbing the blood of dozens of Chimpanzees.

Ye Yun’s inner thoughts had undergone an earth-shattering change.

Even his aura was filled with a malevolent air.

His entire being had completely blackened.

Since doing the right thing and walking the path of light resulted in him being ruthlessly schemed against by those people, and being suppressed until he was treated like a lunatic, almost losing his life in the process.

Even the people he liked were one by one snatched away by those villains and thrown into the arms of other men.

Then he would insist on walking the crooked path, insist on falling into the demonic path, and become a devil, using bloody means to take back everything he had lost, one piece at a time.

”A golden carp is no pond creature; once it meets wind and clouds, it transforms into a dragon. The path I, Ye Yun, have walked for these past ten years has been entirely wrong.”

”Only this path is the only hope leading to the path of light.”

Ye Yun clenched his fists and gritted his teeth.

He believed that with his strength, like a carp leaping over the dragon gate, it wouldn’t be long before there would be an earth-shattering change.

Once his strength improved, would he still need to be as timid and cautious as he was now, almost dying from the schemes of a mastermind?

Would he still need to be obsequious in front of those people, fawning over those goddesses?

Would he still need to hide his deep love for Master Bai Mudan in the depths of his heart, only daring to recall it occasionally when alone in the dead of night, while dreaming sweet dreams?

And would that snobbish mother-daughter pair, Su Mingyue and Ye Xiaoling, still abandon him because of his incompetence and choose to run off with those second-generation rich kids?

”Su Mingyue, Master Bai Mudan, you just wait. It won’t be long before I, Ye Yun, let you know just how blind you were to abandon me, to choose wealthy and powerful young masters, and to choose useless, trashy punks.”

”You, too, will pay the corresponding price for your choices.”

After annihilating all the nearby Chimpanzees and draining their essence and blood, the scene was left with nothing but dried corpses and the sound of Ye Yun’s impotent roar.

”Ding! Due to the host’s schemes, the Protagonist Ye Yun has completely blackened and lost his Protagonist halo. The host has gained 30,000 villain points.”

As Chu Yuan was leading Master Bai Mudan on a flight, running toward the outside of the mountain.

A prompt from the system suddenly sounded in his mind.

Hearing this sudden prompt from the system, Chu Yuan then pretended to be panting, stopping to catch his breath on the side.

Ye Yun has completely blackened and completely lost his qualifications as a Protagonist?

Upon hearing this prompt, Chu Yuan felt no joy; instead, he was somewhat annoyed.

He had originally wanted to play with him properly, but who knew this kid was so useless? After being hit by him repeatedly, he had completely blackened.

The current Ye Yun was nothing more than a blackened piece of trash; he didn’t even count as a minor Protagonist anymore.

What was there left for him to play with such trash? Naturally, it was time to take the opportunity to finish him off.

It seemed this matter really needed to be settled.
