I am the Ultimate Villain, So What If I Kill a Protagonist

235: Chapter 235 Three ConditionsCould it be that Master Bai Mudan had discovered him peeking at the scene of her being intimate with a stranger, and in a fit of shame and anger, decided to kill him?

At the thought of this possibility, Ye Yun felt as if his heart, already shattered and beyond repair, was being continuously sliced by his master’s sharp blade, causing him excruciating pain.

Slap! Slap! Slap!

Another series of loud slaps rang out, leaving Ye Yun dizzy and completely at a loss.

”You rebellious wretch, your head is filled with nothing but these filthy thoughts. Is there anything else you are capable of besides these things?”

Master Bai Mudan looked at her foolish disciple, her face cycling between pale and flushed, looking as if she had lost all will to live.

Seeing the strange expression on his face, she realized that her foolish disciple must have assumed he had walked in on her being intimate with Chu Yuan, and that she was beating him out of shame and anger.

Master Bai Mudan, who had originally felt a shred of affection for Ye Yun, now felt no pity at all, only cold indifference.

”Master, what exactly did I do wrong? I implore you to enlighten me. Even if I am to die, let me die knowing why.”

Ye Yun was no fool. For his master, Master Bai Mudan, to berate him like this must have a deeper meaning, causing his heart to sink completely.

In his mind, he couldn’t help but recall how, not long ago, he had mistaken that Tibetan Mastiff for his master, Master Bai Mudan, and even defiled the Tibetan Mastiff.

With a guilty look on his face, Ye Yun felt a chill run down his back, and beads of sweat the size of peas began to pour from his forehead.

”You know perfectly well what you did wrong. Do you really need me to recount all those filthy deeds?”

Master Bai Mudan stared fixedly at Ye Yun; her cold gaze was bone-chilling, making Ye Yun shudder with fear.

”It is best that you understand your own foolish actions. I have no time to dwell on them with you right now.”

”Yesterday, I was surrounded by the Dragon Group and fell into their ambush, suffering heavy injuries. My wounds have yet to heal, and I have neither the time nor the energy to hunt down the mastermind behind the scenes.”

”If you want to save your pathetic life, you will go and do three things for me.”

”First, the whereabouts of Kaitlin and the others are unknown. You must find a way to track them down and see whether the three of them are alive or dead.”

”Second, because of the stupid things you did, the Dragon Group has become our enemy. Having offended the Dragon Group in the Dragon Kingdom, we can barely move a step. You must find a way to mend the rift with the Dragon Group and ensure they stop harassing us.”

”Third, find the person who posted that video on the mercenary network.”

”Everything you have encountered here is likely inextricably linked to that person. If you can find him, perhaps you can find a breakthrough, or even track down the mastermind.”

After slapping Ye Yun several times and leaving him dazed, Master Bai Mudan spoke these words in a cold tone.

Master Bai Mudan delivered these words almost in a tone of command, devoid of any shred of master-disciple affection.

At this moment, Master Bai Mudan couldn’t even be bothered to glance at this useless disciple, Ye Yun.

Looking at this disgusting person only made her angrier, so she turned her head away to go find her own gentle and considerate bad boy.

Although this place was a secret contact point for the Nether Palace, it was not absolutely safe.

Especially since Master Bai Mudan had rashly attacked earlier, destroying the entire wall.

She believed that it wouldn’t be long before the people from the Dragon Group caught the scent and found this place, and even the mastermind, upon discovering their tracks, would surely come looking for them.

As for that bad boy in front of her, although he was a martial arts genius, he didn’t know a single bit of martial arts.

She had to take her bad boy and flee this place immediately, before these people arrived, to find a safe place to hide.

After hearing what his master had to say, Ye Yun remained stunned in place.

During the time he had been mentally unstable and locked up in the Mental Hospital, what kind of earth-shattering changes had occurred outside?

Even if he had acted filthily on impulse and laid hands on those two Tibetan Mastiffs belonging to the Dragon Group, the Dragon Group wouldn’t have completely broken ties with their Nether Palace over a mere two Tibetan Mastiffs, would they?

They wouldn’t have gone so far as to mobilize a large number of personnel and weapons to ambush his master, would they?

His master’s strength was so formidable that even three Ye Yuns combined would not be a match for Master Bai Mudan.

Yet, she had still been successfully ambushed by people from the Dragon Group and suffered heavy injuries.

That such things could happen within the span of a few days was simply unbelievable.

Could all of this be the handiwork of the mastermind hiding in the shadows?

”Damn it, how did I, Ye Yun, offend you that you would treat me like this?”

”This thing hiding in the shadows hasn’t even shown its face, yet it has beaten the two of us, master and disciple, to the point where we have no ability to parry. We don’t even know what the other party wants to do next, how they intend to deal with us, or how we should respond.”

Thinking about how he had suffered in the Demon City for over a month, enduring all kinds of pain, and how even his master had almost died at the hands of that mysterious and powerful enemy.

Ye Yun felt a chill down his spine, and a sense of helplessness welled up in his heart.

The opponent’s strength was too terrifying; the two of us, master and disciple, had absolutely no ability to fight back.

”For these past few days, I have been mentally unstable and staying in the Mental Hospital. Logically speaking, I haven’t had much combat capability.”

”With the means and strength of that mastermind, dealing with me would be as easy as pie.”

”But during this time, even now that I have regained my sanity, the other party has not continued to take action against me. Apart from the few suspicious individuals spotted near the Mental Hospital at the very beginning, there has been no movement whatsoever until now. Even the people monitoring me have withdrawn.”

”It is very obvious that everything this mastermind has done is not to kill me, but for some other purpose.”

”Could it be that I possess something he wants, or perhaps the other party wants to ruin my reputation, which is why they have repeatedly set so many traps to deal with me?”

Ye Yun was no fool; on the contrary, as a Son of Destiny, his mind had to be sharp.

Although Master Bai Mudan had only told him a little bit, Ye Yun, combining this with all his experiences during this period, seemed to have guessed what the person behind the scenes was trying to do.

But even if he knew the other party’s intentions, what could he possibly do?
