Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

”I’m getting old, haha, my mindset has changed.”

Upon realizing his mindset had shifted to this mode, Jia Yan smiled faintly.

You can’t deny aging, even with his strength, among those of similar prowess, there are hardly any at the Galaxy level as big as him, perhaps even smaller.

”The development of a civilization can never be driven by one or two individuals alone. I’ve done enough for Earth; if I push it any further, it will only make Earth’s development become distorted. After all, civilization is essentially a change from within.”

Jia Yan has seen too many civilizations and knows too much about their prosperity, so he has a relatively clear understanding of the path forward for Earth’s development.

That means he shouldn’t interfere too much; providing help at critical points is already an immense contribution and an external force that can expedite Earth’s progress many times over.

”Just like how I told them about the basic progress rules of the Yin-Yang Dao just now, such matters I also couldn’t have known from the start. Earth people will realize this flaw as they develop to this point, and if at the beginning I had foreseen they would fall into a trap at the very entry point and resolved it, then surely other traps or incomprehensible areas would arise. If I kept perfecting, over and over, my Yin-Yang Dao entry point would cease to be an entry and become a lengthy discourse, something no one could understand. Instead of letting it become that way, it’s better to address a major problem as it arises. As long as the fundamental issues are resolved, the future of Earth people will be directed towards a positive and unobtrusive path.”

Having figured these things out, Jia Yan no longer concerned himself with minor details.

Even if certain things seemed extremely unreasonable to him and would certainly come at a certain cost for the future Earth Alliance, Jia Yan remained silent.

Just like the current situation on Earth, where focus has gradually shifted to tourism and finance, making industry exceedingly weak. Jia Yan originally could have suggested redirecting some energy back to industry, but after some thought, he chose not to speak.

Without experiencing one or two setbacks, Earth people wouldn’t be able to navigate the universe, and if they cannot withstand any blow, they would only become a fragile species in the universe’s harsh rules, reduced to a weaker, inferior species.

”Alright, for now, let’s put aside Earth’s matters. I need to switch to my true body; my subordinates have heard of my return and have all gathered.”

Jia Yan let his avatar silently roam on Earth while he focused his main attention on his true body.

The true body had already reached the cosmos.

Even in subspace, no matter how hard the people of the Earth Alliance tried to investigate, wanting to know which direction Jia Yan had gone, they still couldn’t find where he went.

Actually, Earth people knew that Jia Yan’s sense of belonging to Earth was diminishing.

They also understood that in the later stages, Jia’s family should be their sole excuse and reason to draw Jia Yan close.

So gradually, in the minds of the Earth Alliance officials and most people, they understood Jia Yan subtly as ’Jia Yan’, and even after realizing why he, as an Evolutionary Creature, would protect Earth, they did not expose Jia Yan’s lie but went along with it, acknowledging the existence of the ’Giant Mosquito Clan’ and continued to respectfully address him as ’Ancestor’.

The tricks the Giant Mosquito wanted to play in the Earth Alliance became something the Earth Alliance could only hope for.

”Alas, if this Mosquito Ancestor Lord becomes more and more distant from our Earth in the future, what will we do?”

”Haha, you all need not worry, The Lord Giant Mosquito will definitely not ignore our Earth, because on Earth, there are still people from Jia’s family, and as you know, he still has many attachments to Earth people.”

”Hmm... we can only think this way, but our Earth must also strive on its own so that when unexpected changes occur one day, we can protect ourselves.”

”That’s right, that’s called self-reliance.”

The leaders of Earth, knowing Jia Yan’s true body had left, were instead inspired to have a sense of self-reliance.

Overall, these circumstances were beneficial for Earth people, so Jia Yan, even if he knew, would never intervene abruptly.

In subspace, Jia Yan’s true body was flying.

”Those guys are all coming from different directions of the Orion Arm, coincidentally at the same time. It seems that after a period of a peaceful life in the Orion Arm, they are all itching to move.”

Jia Yan looked at the communication reports from his subordinates coming from all directions, and couldn’t help but smile.

These nine subordinates are quite the significant assistance for Jia Yan, but unfortunately, at his current Galaxy level stage, even though the nine subordinates still present decent combat power, they can no longer greatly aid against his Galaxy-level enemies.

After all, the gap between Stellar level and Galaxy level is too vast, and not everyone is a genius like Jia Yan, capable of fighting Galaxy level even at Stellar level. Even supposing the subordinates were such existences, their strength has not yet reached the peak of Stellar level.

Thus, for Jia Yan, the subordinates who were once immensely helpful and fought alongside him have now become somewhat dispensable.
